Amanda, the fix is included in the latest BETA build, 30.8.0.72, not the 'General Availability' one.
You can install the Beta Ai separately from your Creative Cloud app.
After the Beta users confirm it works, the team will push it into the GA.

This is NOT FIXED for me. I just updated to the latest Illustrator available this morning, which is showing as 30.7, not 30.8.

The Turntable button now is hidden until I select an item, but its tool tip STILL blocks the rest of the transform tools if I accidentally hover over it. This is as of August 13, 2026

The Turntable butto is still there. You will not see it initially, but it appears when you have an object selected.

It should not be in the Transform panel at all. You might as well put the 3D Revolve option and other transformation effects in there.

Frustrating and a concentration breaker. Why is this not fixed already patched? It should have been a hotfix months ago - like 30 minutes after the Turnable button was introduced. Turn it off with the rest of the rich tooltips, give it more than 1ms hover delay, or give it a small (i) icon so folk can choose to see the popup. Only reason it's not corrected by now is because someone made the decision not to. That, or the Adobe Illustrator team doesn't use their own product.

Absolutely! This pop-up is both persistently annoying and an intolerable intrusion of advertising into the user interface. It must go — now! It is an insult to professional users.

This is an incredible time waster when using the Transform control panel. Please give us the option to turn it off or at least move it somewhere else where it doesn't cover the inputs.

Please! This shows up whether or not tool tips are turned off and makes it impossible to use the panel without moving out of it and back in (and hopefully not hovering over the turntable accidentally or it just comes back).

Stop inserting things like the turntable button in the Transform panel! It is not helpful, and it slows down productivity, which is what I thought Adobe products were trying to improve. We don't want your garbage AI "features..."

I don't even care so much that it's in the transform button, but I want the hover-over tip/promotion of it to be able to go away. I have all tool tips off, but this happens anymore I hover around the wrong portion of the transform panel. It's burying the actual options I want to use under it and making me move my mouse OFF the panel and back just to actually use it. Very counter-productive and intrusive to workflow. I haven't found a way to make it stop (except maybe using it, but I'm not spending 20 credits on that to see).

This behavior is not a learning aid in this context but an interruption to a primary editing workflow.

Please provide one of the following:

・　an option to disable this tooltip entirely, or
・　a redesign so that it does not appear over editable numeric input fields.
