Blob Brush changes size after undo operation
Illustrator CC 2017.1.0
I Select blob brush on 2pt.
Draw a bit with it
Hit undo and the blob brush suddenly changes to a much larger size even though it says 2pt in the menu
The only way to get it back is to go to Blob brush menu, select 1pt hit ok, then go back to blob brush menu and select 2pt again.
I expect that when I hit undo the blob brush will stay the correct size
It changes size every time I hit undo
I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

I am currently having the same exact problem. Does anyone if the problem has been fixed? This will definitely get in the way of meeting my own deadlines.

Another solution maybe to select all elements in a document and delete all contour lines. If you use the brush only for fillings, this makes it editable again.
The problem results sometimes from a contour line, where the settings of the brush are somehow stored EVEN if the element has no visible line at all! -

I backed into a fix: A was able to shake the problem by copying my work into a new document. It's not a solution, but it may help deal with frustrations.

I'm having the same problem. Every time I press undo and then try to draw with the blob brush, it's a much bigger size than before. This issue is making my project a lot longer and frustrating to do. I hope this gets fixed soon.

It has ruined my workflow. it takes me forever to get just one stroke right if i have to keep getting into the settings, inputting a "wrong" setting and then changing it back.

Similar thing happend to me. After undo, my blob brush's profile had changed to oval.
First I checked the blob brush settings, but it was good. Then I noticed, that my brush definition had changed somehow to oval instead of round. So I just reselect round, and it works fine, even after undo. -

Same issue. It seems Adobe crew is not really concerned with fixing this, so I guess this is just a shared grievances thread where we can all be frustrated together.
