Files are plugged and then deleted !!
I made a very big job and then the computer got stuck and the file was deleted until the previous maintenance and destroyed 8 hours of work.

Hi,
Please see if Snap to Grid is on in your document? If yes then try turning that off and try again.
Launch Illustrator and check if it works and share the outcome with us .
Otherwise follow below steps :
> Click on finder , when you will click on finder on mac at the top you will see an option as “Go”
> choose Go > Go To Folder
> In go to folder , type ~/library
> choose application support/Adobe/rename the folder named as Adobe Illustrator22Settings to Adobe Illustrator21Settings.old
> go back to library folder where you got application support folder and scroll down
> Open the Preferences Folder rename the folder named as Adobe Illustrator22Settings to Adobe Illustrator22Settings.oldThanks

Selection tolerance issues using pen
When I'm using Surface Pen on my Surface Book Illustrator randomly starts to select nearest top objects instead of the highlighted one. It starts randomly but very often. Opening preferences and checking-unchecking anything then pressing OK temporary fixes this issue. If i'm using touchpad - everything is ok.
I've already reported this bug to Windows Ink Team (windowsink@microsoft.com), but am duplicating it here, because i'm not sure what is causing this issue. Windows 10 and Adobe apps were updated on the same day for me and both of them have a lot of issues, not only when i'm…1 vote -
CMD+D issue...
I used to be able to copy and paste an object and then CMD+D to continue duplicating but it doesn't seem to work at all in Illustrator CC 2018...I downloaded CC 2017 again where it used to work, but it doesn't work with that either and doesn't even seem to be a feature anymore. Does anyone have any way to fix this? Thank you!

ワードで作ったPDFをイラレCCに配置して新たにPDFを作ることが出来なくなった。
以前はワードで作ったPDFをイラレCCに配置し、トンボを付けて新たにPDFを作ると言う作業を出来ていましたが、
最近バージョンアップ後？上記の様な作業を行ったところ、PDFはできるのですが、一部のみ表示され後は空白といったPDFが作られました。
他のアクロバットリーダーのみの端末で出来たPDFを開いたところ「このページにはエラーがあります。Acrobatはページを正しく表示できない場合があります。PDF文書の製作者に連絡し て問題を解決してください」とメッセージでます。

The latest updates
I've missed advert deadlines, because even though I'm on the newest Macbook pro, Photoshop and Illustrator have been dysfuntional, with artboards glitching, font sizes not being adjustable and glitching to the maximum size before telling me the font's too big.
On top of this, the work often dissapears when zooming in and fonts do not sync with your type app.
So I pay money for a subscription because you are industry standard, yet I've now missed deadlines, been hung up on three times by your support staff and failed to receive confirmation that you are at least attempting to solve…

環境設定の変更が反映されなくなった
バージョン21.1.0
環境設定を変更した際に設定が反映されなくなりました。
・一般/キー入力の単位と角度の制限
・単位/一般と線
の設定を変えていたところ起きた事態です。線を描画する際に何度か角度を変える必要がありましたので、15分間くらいのうちに何回か設定の変更をしましたところ、途中から反映されなくなりました。
(角度の固定を30度や45度や0度に変更していたところ、0度にしても30度で固定されたままになりました)Illustratorを再起動したところ、解決しました。

Blending mode in text box not saved in the file
Adobe Illustrator 22.0.0, Mac OS 10.11.6 - Extensis Universal Type Client user:
I am experiencing a very troublesome bug:
- make a text box with a few lines
- put a backgrund coloured object under it, so that multiply blending can be shown up easily when applied
- apply a blending mode (such as multiply) to the second line only; now you have a single text box where the first line is normal, the second is in multiply mode

Stock Single Action Download?
There's no forum for Stock Photos so I decided to post here - Why is downloading an Adobe Stock image not at least a double-action before downloading? I went to see more of a photo, miss-clicked and before I could stop it, the image started downloading and I was minus one image credit for an image I can't use. Tech support told me they would issue a "one-time" image credit, but this reeks of opportunism. Cannot check ppi of an image in cc2018
In cc2017 when you were resizing an image you could check its ppi, in cc2018 this is not possible. I checked in info panel with the image selected but this information is not even there.

recent screen: thumbnail vs list view
Since this last CC update, the LIST button does not work on the recent screen when the application first opens. It is stuck in thumbnail view. This affects ALL the adobe software that I use, illustrator, photoshop, indesign, premier.
Please advise if a fix is in the works.

Can't preview artwork
Hi, I can't preview any artwork. However I can see the layers and when I drag the file, i can see the preview. Once i release the mouse, it turns black again.

Clipping path in psd file does't work in Illustrator.
On macOS Sierra (Illustrator CC 2018).
Clipping path of psd file does't work in Illustrator CC 2018.
The full of the psd image was shown in Illustrator, ignoring its clipping path.
Same problem has occured in older versions of Illustrator (probably CC or later).There are two conditions for this problem to occur.
One is that the name of the clipping path has Japanese characters.
And the other is that a Mac's system language is set to English.As a test, I tried to change my Mac's system language to Japanese from English, this problem was solved.

There are so many bugs my brain is too fried to write them in. I can't do anything. Every two minutes something goes wrong.
Description says all.
I have an image with a bounding box that's extremely large (no, there's nothing else in the layers panel).
I have tried to export an object and was given the option for two different ones, even though there is only one (nope, no hidden duplicates).
Handles were missing when using direct select tool. Came back randomly for no reason.
And on and on and on.
You need to beta these 'updated' products before you encourage those of us who have paying clients and no time for this **** to download a new version.
