In Legacy "File New" Interface can't change Name from Untitled-1
On Illustrator CC 24.1.1 (64bit) on Windows 10 v1909 using the Legacy "File New" interface from the home screen on a fresh launch it is impossible to change the value of the file name. It shows as selected text, yet typing, reselecting, hitting delete and backspace all do nothing to change the text from "Untitled-1".

Shortcut Window doesn't auto close
When opening Illustrator you are welcomed by the shortcut window showing previous files and most used file creation options etc.
On Illustrator 24.0.3 and previous iterations when using the shortcut window the file opens as it should but you are left with a blank shortcut window open, which then needs to be closed. I have attached a screenshot.

Plug In Error Message
I get this error message every time I start Illustrator. Running Windows 10

When I enter and open an Ai file, it starts one more illustrator application.
I am working on updated version of Adobe illustrator cc 24.0.1 (64 bit) ruining on windows 10 .
If I have already opened my application and then hit enter on any AI or EPS file to open it, it launches another application of illustrator while the first one is also running . So, at a time two same applications run on my system.
I want to open that file in same application.

New document window sticks to single space when working in macOS
When you start a new document, if you switch spaces in macOS Mojave, the new document window sticks to the original space it was opened in instead of following the user from space to space. This can lead one to think that Illustrator is frozen or stuck as the workspace is locked when the new document window is open. Double clicking Illustrator on the dock does not switch the user back to the space the new document window is in.

Illustrator version 23.1 won't launch
Illustrator version 23.1 will not launch after initial opening upon install. On Windows 10 64 bit. It also will not start in safe mode. I uninstalled that version and went back to 23.0.6 and it seems to works fine.

GPU start
Hi there, here is my issue what i found.
Create new file, start working - illustrator is little bit slow. In Preferencies i switch on GPU - everything works perfect. After work i close Illustrator app. Next launch I see the home screen but everytime if I want to open new file or file I was working on before Illustrator freeze and does not work.
Only working solution for this issue is from home screen go to preferencies switch GPU of - open document - switch GPU ON and after that I can continue on my work.My HW configuration:…

This is no a problem UserVoice forums can help to solve, unfortunately, for many reasons.
You have to contact support to deal with it, if this is still a case.

Illustrator 22.0.1 Crash on Startup when Signed In on Windows with a Microsoft account
Adobe Illustrator version 22.0.1 (x32-bit) crashes on startup on any user profile logged in with a Microsoft account.
It works fine on the PC across local user accounts, but as soon as the local account is converted to a profile linked to a Microsoft account, that's it. No more Illustrator.

v23.0.6 Freezing when opening file
Frequently Illustrator has been freezing when attempting to open recently created Illustrator files. These files can be created or modified from any recent version of Illustrator (versions for 2018 and 2019), but only seem to freeze when opened with Illustrator v23.0.6. The files seemingly will open just fine on v23.0.4 or below (I did not test every version, but I can verify that v23.0.4 works and checked on 2 versions of v22.xx.xx). Sign In / Sign Out -- Account info not saved
Every time I turn off my computer and restart computer, I am somehow signed out of CC. So, every time I launch any program, in CC, I am asked to sign into my account every time. It will not remember me. This is very annoying.

can't open file properly

I can't open some file It hangs on interface background, it shows all layer of my file on my layer tab but I can't see any of my illus, I try to switch on-off the eye in front of the layer and it can't help.
So, I downgrade to v23.02 and all the problem are gone and I think you should fix it before this bug goes with the future version.1 vote -
File open error message
This bug recently started happening when I first open Illustrator, then open first file. This message pops up twice. After that, the file will open without a problem, and Illustrator will work without a problem. Subsequent files will open without a problem. If I close and restart Illustrator, the bug happens again in the same way.

I can't get latest version of Illustrator 2019 to open up and function. I keep getting this) There is not enough memory to ... appearance of an object. . I had nothing but problems with the latest upgrade when I installed it back in Jan. I got same dialogue (appearance of object) So I reinstalled the previous or older version and it worked fine. Illustrator crashes (hangs) when creating a new file on second monitor
When creating a new file in Illustrator on my second monitor, the program hangs, and I have to force quit it.
If I try to do the exact same operation on my main monitor, it works as expected.
Pretty straight-forward operation to get to the problem, but if you need any further info, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Double-click open ai file results in error but dragging in works
When in Windows Explorer I double-click to open the ai file but results in error: "Illustrator can't open the illustration. There is not enough room for the window..."
However when I drag and drop the file into Illustrator it opens no problem.
This error started happening in the last few days.
Please advise.
