Can't the color of the layer be changed and doesn't it change the color of the anchor handles/points? (I'm on my phone and can't check). I thought that could be done but I may be wrong.

AT LAST! Wow. This is a FAR more useful, bigger, more important upgrade than ANYTHING Adobe has done to Illustrator for at least a decade. THANK YOU for listening to users, for the first time in the history of this application's life! I'm sure, when this version hits the streets, you'll see people RAVING over this. As every Illustrator user always says, "please fix the bugs before you waste time on silly new features".

I just downloaded and installed the beta and FINALLY I can make the handles BIG and magically working with bezier curves becomes a pleasant experience rather than a frustrating challenge on my nervous system.

There was recently an update to Photoshop and the app has now big and nice handles. Can we just get the exact same for Illustrator please?

It seems to be a bug with the tolerance feature. I've tested it with Illustrator 19. 2.1, and it works fine in that older version. The handles are easy to grab, and the tolerance works as it is supposed to - you don't have to be right on top of the handle to grab it. However, in current versions the tolerance seems to be broken. The cursor has to be right on top of the handle, and even then I cannot always grab the point. It may not be a problem with the size of the handles at all, although making them bigger wouldn't hurt either.

The size of the handles are FAR too tiny to be useful. It should be easy enough to offer a setting where the points are more grabbable. My illustrations take twice as long as they need to because I am constantly re-selecting the item I want, even though I'm right on top of it! Like another reviewer mentioned, my whole body tenses up because it is SO difficult to make a selection. This is for both the point and its handles. Please fix this!

If you try to thread text from small text boxes, the icon to click can overlay on a side anchor point.

You just increased my monthly subscription by $20/month, and yet the concern I've tried MULTIPLE times to bring to your attention has yet to be addressed. For $625 / a year, I cant even get you to make the bezier curve nodes in illustrator big enough to SEE much less USE efficiently. What gives Adobe. Way to take advantage of, abuse and force your loyal clients to look for other options. $625 / year is ABSURD.

All I can say is "me too". I'm actually getting repetitive stress problems because my whole body tenses up when I'm trying to grab the tiny handles and move them. I end up with horrible muscle spasms in my shoulder.

It seems like if the cursor is more than a pixel away from the tiny handle, it won't grab it. And yes, I've changed the tolerance to 8 pixels (the most that's allowed). There has to be a way to fix this!!!

This problem is only getting worse as display density increases. Adobe, please allow users to customize the handle and anchor point sizes to their liking.

This seems like a really easy fix and will make using Illustrator easier

One of the last reasons not to switch from my Corel to Illustrator. This should be settled already!

Any update yet on this eternally ignored feature? My eyes are sore and I'm fed up with your disregard for your customers health. Every Adobe Max you are preaching about how you make the tools so easy to use and you ignore for years the most basic requirements for a decent user experience forcing our eyes to look at minuscule points on the screen and our hands to make precision ballet to be able to grab your anchor points.

Yogesh, I've been getting my eyesight tired because of Illustrator's microscopic handles for years. Do you think you can speed things up? Otherwise I'm looking forward more and more to switch to Affinity Designer just because of this.
