Can not export to png or jpg
When I try to export to jpg I get this error that comes up to lower my resolution. I have tried lowering it to 150dpi and still does not work.
When I try to export to png it comes up with an unknown error "(!now)"
This is ridiculous as I should be able to export from illustrator at any dpi without these issues as this is an expensive professional product.

Please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Dale Lawrence commented I'm still having this issue. I have seen some poeple having the "unknown error !now" when file sizes are too large. I'm just trying to export a 300pdi image 3000x1500mm as a preview. Was working previously but now it no longer working... Don't understand why this is such a common issue and consistently since 2017...

Garry Benipal commented Hey I had this same problem where I couldn't export to png, after scouring the web I got the recommendation to click ctrl + A and zoom out to see if I had any random objects or lines in the corner of my workspace. Indeed I had a random image I was trying to paste in the farthest left corner, after deleting I was able to export. Hope this helps.

commentedI'm having this same issue too but I've manage to solved mine. Not sure whether this can help anyone else because I'm just working on a simple artwork. Try checking whether there's any other lines/ artwork outside of the board using "ctrl + A" to select all. If the selection box is larger than the size of your artwork, try zooming out to delete or move the unnessary lines/ artwork.

commentedI like how this is still an ongoing issues and Adobe is a f**king joke with responding to inquiries and actually fixing the issue. I have been using Adobe suite for the last 14 years and I am still surprised with just how poor their customer support is. You are dealing with a ton of digital artist who rely on your program running correctly ESPECIALY when outputting artwork. My artwork needs to be output at a high dpi which is similar to most of your users. So the fact that we are still getting these errors in 2021 is a joke. Come on Adobe! Get your sh*t together and fix this issue. Excuse my frustration but this is ridiculous.

commentedThis is ridiculous to be getting these same problems from a lot of different customers. I contacted support several times today and I am still having the issue. This is not a reputable program at all and it very unreliable. I hate it!!!!!!!!!
