Bug au lancement de AI (big sur) : popup blanc (avec paysages en bords verticaux) au milieu de l'écran tourne en boucle. Si je ferme ce popup je suis éjecté de AI.

I am getting this issue as well

Currently running:
macOS Catalina v. 10.15.6
iMac 27"
3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Memory
NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1GB Graphics card

Everytime I open an .ai file a blank dialog box appears with nothing on it except for the close/minimize buttons on the top left. I'm able to close the box out and view my work but this happens every time I open a file. Also attached a screen shot as well as spindump of Adobe Illustrator.

I had saved my work but after some time when I opened the file, all my work was lost and this white black screen appeared. help me asap at least tell me how I will get my previous day saved work

Same happening here after updating to Catalina, and updating AI

I'm on Illustrator 24.1 on MacBook Pro and the same problem has recently gotten worse - the gray popup window opens every time I switch back to Illustrator from another application, in addition to every time I open a file. MacOS Catalina 10.15.4.

btw the blank window opens over my artwork, after opening the artwork from the popup window with icons that opens on launch of AI. The problem doesn't occur when opening artwork from the File menu. After closing the blank window I can continue working, no problem. (As described earlier by another user.)

I'm seeing exactly the same thing. AI 24.0.1, MacOS 10.14.6, mid 2015 Macbook Pro 15, external 4k display.

you can see the left edge of the .eps doc I opened on the left side.

Blank screen appears before opening a file. App is crashing now and then, not sure of the trigger yet.

This is happening to me also on my iMac. Same on PhotoShop and Illustrator. Can't edit anything and the popup keeps appearing and disappearing. Anyone have a fix? Crazy.

So this is really annoying: I open illustrator cc 2019, and a white popup window appears. It disappears in about half a second before reappearing in a second. this process continues, freezing my screen every time it appears. Really, really annoying. The moment I close it, I close illustrator altogether.

I just have the problem when launching the apps, there is a blank window appearing . If I close the window, the application is just closed too, error's image attached.

It just happens on this PC, it works normally for others.

I've already tried to reinstall the Creative Cloud and all the apps but nothing works.

Have anyone faced this issue, please help! Thanks a lot!
