Brush not working with dual monitor setup
- Illustrator v 24.1.1
- My brush pen doesn't line up to where my pen touches on the screen. I am using a touchscreen monitor on a desktop computer. The brush works in photoshop and every other program but illustrator.
- I would like to use the brush in illustrator for drawing
- The brush is about 2-3 inches away from where I touch the screen almost like it's treating my two monitors as one, always pulling toward the center of the two screens.

Split into Grid doesn’t work for objects smaller than 4.25 mm
I've stumbled across a glitch in the Split into Grid code which prevents objects with dimensions smaller than 5mm from being split. See the video for a demonstration.

Shape Builder deletes line sections that should stay.
I have a complex design with a bunch of overlapping parts and I'm trying to use shape builder to connect sections together. when I select all my lines, then start to build my shapes, it will start deleting lines that are not part of the shape I'm working on. Usually these lines are part of the line I'm working on, but outside of the shape I'm trying to build. The lines aren't highlighted while I'm selecting the pieces of the shape, but disappear anyway. Selection tool works slow with rulers
You can improve Illustrator by making the Selection tool workable. As long as I start using rulers in the document, the selection starts to run very bad.

Reflect Tool options order is incorrect
When using the Reflect Tool's panel (pressing enter), pressing the "Up" and "Down" keys on the keyboard recognizes the order to be
1. Vertical
2. Angle
3. Horizontalwhich doesn't match the UI.

24.0.3 pencil tool is laggy and glitchy
I updated to 24.0.3 a few days ago and my pencil tool has been really fiddly ever since, with a lot of skipping of the first fraction of a second of a new stroke, and a certain amount of picking up my motions after I lift the stylus up, as well. If I undo and draw the same shape again at about half the speed, I get the shape I expect, but this really isn't sustainable in the long run for a workflow based around lots of fast Pencil tool shapes!
I've reverted to 24.0.1 and it's back to normal.…

Adding Points and deleting point on path does not work after Command Z
When I make a mistake adding a point or deleting point to a path I usually use COMMAND Z to undo. After the Undo I am not able to add a new point to the path. I get an Alert and it blocks me from adding a new point.

Set round corner numerically for multiple corners
When multiple Anchor Points are selected, it would be nice to set the rounding numerically, in stead of by dragging the mouse.
But unfortunately double clicking a Corner Widget let us set the value for only the clicked corner, and not for all selected corners.

Paste in Place displays Perspective Grid widget
I have Windows 10, Adobe Illustrator 2019 23.1
Every time I copy something and try to paste in place, I get a long amount of random actions all by itself, and it ends with the perspective thing in the corner.

Pen tool shortcuts not working. Pen tool always wants to start a new path (with asterisk next to it)
Mac OS 10.14.6
Illustrator 23.1.1
When selecting the pen tool it used to change to the add point tool when I hovered over the selected path, and if I hovered over an existing selected point, it would change to minus point tool. Holding down option would allow you to move the handles on a point. None of these shortcuts work any more. I can't continue an existing path either, the pen tool always wants to start a new path (with a little asterisk next to it).

Using brush tool either freezes AI or stops displaying on canvas but is updating in layers
Adobe Illustrator 2020 24.0.0
My system: Windows 10When using the brush tool after a few minutes it either freezes AI or it will stop working on the canvas.
So I can still use the mouse or tablet to move the cursor but nothing is transpiring on the canvas. However, in the layer section it is updating each stroke.It is doing it every time I start a new project.

Expand greyed out for Blended variable width strokes
Create a stroke with variable width profile.
Duplicate it.
Blend he two with some steps.
Try to expand the Blend:

Gray "Radial" Appears when using the shape tools
When I go to create and then manipulate shapes, this gray triangle shape appears. I can move a shape and make it "disappear" for a moment, but it keeps coming back. My artboard/work area turns black after a few minutes. Effectively, I can't use Illustrator due to this issue?

Scale Options greyed out
The Scale Dialog gives a lot of checkboxes. Unfortunately, some are only accesible for Pattern filled objects.
I would like to be able to Scale Strokes only, without scaling the Objects.

Selection Tool Bugging Out In Catalina
In addition to the Save/Save As issues as described in previous posts, I've also noticed that the selection tool randomly quits working. Specifically, the bounding box disappears and you can't reinitialize it and you certainly can't scale or select. Need to do a full restart of the app to correct.

Transformations committing even upon cancel
Even MORE issues with latest version of Illustrator which are rendering it almost unusable for me. When using one of the transformation dialog boxes (Move, Rotate, Scale etc) if the preview option is selected, as you change the numerical values to see what the effect might be, it commits each of those changes. Even if you CANCEL out of the dialog box it will have made the transformations to your object and you have to make multiple undos to get back to your starting point.
Found the same issue with the Free Transform Tool, it commits changes in little stages…

Direct Selection Tool on Control Handles Doesn't Work Properly After Puppet Warp
Normally, you can adjust a single control handle of an anchor point with the Direct Selection tool without affecting the other control handle. But after you perform a Puppet Warp on a shape, this is no longer the case. Using the Direct Selection tool on a control handle affects both handles simultaneously. In order to reproduce this bug, the object you're working on may have to be a group of objects. Here is a video of the problem: https://youtu.be/qZoJOQb0seI
