Scale Options greyed out
The Scale Dialog gives a lot of checkboxes. Unfortunately, some are only accesible for Pattern filled objects.
I would like to be able to Scale Strokes only, without scaling the Objects.

Selection Tool Bugging Out In Catalina
In addition to the Save/Save As issues as described in previous posts, I've also noticed that the selection tool randomly quits working. Specifically, the bounding box disappears and you can't reinitialize it and you certainly can't scale or select. Need to do a full restart of the app to correct.

Transformations committing even upon cancel
Even MORE issues with latest version of Illustrator which are rendering it almost unusable for me. When using one of the transformation dialog boxes (Move, Rotate, Scale etc) if the preview option is selected, as you change the numerical values to see what the effect might be, it commits each of those changes. Even if you CANCEL out of the dialog box it will have made the transformations to your object and you have to make multiple undos to get back to your starting point.
Found the same issue with the Free Transform Tool, it commits changes in little stages…

Direct Selection Tool on Control Handles Doesn't Work Properly After Puppet Warp
Normally, you can adjust a single control handle of an anchor point with the Direct Selection tool without affecting the other control handle. But after you perform a Puppet Warp on a shape, this is no longer the case. Using the Direct Selection tool on a control handle affects both handles simultaneously. Radial grid inaccuracy
Not many may use the radial grid, but if you're into special shaping and structures you need them often. Very often. They are a super tool to divide elements, for instance. Sadly, in CC this tool is no longer precise. Not all radial dividers meet the circle around them. This means not all radial dividers are equally long, which is a pain. Align box keeps disappearing
The Align box keeps disappearing when I click its tab. I have to keep clicking other tabs before it randomly appears again.

Brush 0.5 pt the stroke isn't even ! (Illustrator CC 2019)
I don't get it, the stroke gets modified to uneven thickness... My parameters are round brush 5 pt, fidelity at middle and edit selected path at 12 px.
I have searched past posts about this problem but haven't found any.

Reflect tool showing artifacts when flip mirroring a live paint group
A live paint tool when mirroring via Reflect (O) function, seems to always distort parts of the flipped and copied image, sample here. But I've had worse results.

Scatter brush not able to customise after created
When I create a scatter brush and then try to customize it after I've drawn a few strokes with it the "OK" just turns blue and nothing happens when I press it. Never happened before today and I'm not doing any weird brush, just a basic leaf-looking brush. Pretty annoying since I gotta either nail it at first or create a new one again. cheers!

Transform Again doesn’t work with live or outlined text when transformation is made using the bounding box
In Adobe Illustrator, I use the transform again tool a lot during my day to day and seemingly recently, it hasn’t been affecting live or outlined type* when it will affect any other regular object. Has anyone come across this on their own or know how to fix it? It will continue to transform the text if you scale up or down as well repeating moves but when scaling objects to certain sizes using the guides and then replicating the same growth on the text object doesn’t work.

2019 v23.3 still keeps crashing
I'm just using a regular brush tool but 5 minutes using it voluntarily closes the app. It keeps happening every five minutes. I'm using surface pro i5

Nudging with arrow keys problem when in Picas
OS X 14.5 Ill 2019 CC 23.0.3/23.0.4:
This seems to be only happening when the Units are set to Picas:
Using the arrow keys in the control panel to move an object "below" 0 does not function correctly. E.g.: If an object is at "0p0", hitting the down key moves it to "0p1" instead of "-0p1", then bounces back and forth to "0p0".
This occurs for any value between "0p0" and "-1p0". If the starting point is less than "-1p0" then the down keys behaves properly, but if you nudge back UP to past "-1p0", then the value pops to…2 votes -
Magnetism on bezier points
Today, there is no magnetism on bezier points and it is very annoying when you're drawing. Magnetism only works with anchor points (and not bezier points). Here is a GIF showing the problem.

Shape builder moves arrowhead
Illustrator 22.1 on Mac 10.13.6
When I use the Shape Builder tool to cut a path with an arrowhead, it moves the arrowhead to the other end of the path (but without changing the stroke style).
I cannot put the arrowhead back by clicking the end anchor point of the path.
All I can do is save, close the document and reopen it, then I can (and have to) click each of my paths end points to put all the arrowheads on the right side.

Pathfinder Divide Function Not Working
When attempting to divide paths with a closed shape below, the paths are removed but the shape is not divided.

No snap to artboard
Snap to artboard not working with smart guides on (or with any other form of snap on) tried on both existing and new files - no snap no feedback of cursor - using drawing tools pen or rectangle.

Curved Lines Unclear
Any sort of curve that is drawn, imported, or even text is unclear? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have no idea what is going on? See image below. Its not a fill or stroke setting. Anybody have any idea what the hell is going on? HELP

Anchor Point tool doesn’t reshape straight segments
Anchor point tool does not allow me to bend the straight line by dragging the path to convert it to curve. is this a bug?

Selecting pen lines (vectors) & anchor points is really hard after updating to newest version of CC 2019.
I recently updated my OS to Sierra & with that my CC updated to 2019 23.0.2. Ever since, it takes several tries to select a line or an anchor point using the direct select or group select tool & to remove points using the Add/delete anchor tools. The scissors tool also can't seem to find the line to create a point either. It is extremely frustrating & slows down drawing a lot! It seems like the lines/points that we are looking at, are not in the same place code-wise maybe? Something is not lining up. PLEASE fix quickly!

use the key stroke spacebar/command for the mag
It keeps changing my ability to use the key stroke spacebar/command for the mag! I don't have time to **** around with this. Please stop changing things .
