1. Acumin Font ampersands not printing or appearing in PDFs correctly.

   Ampersands in Adobe's Acumin font are not printing correctly. Sections are being "cut out". When you outline the font, it doesn't appear to be making a compound shape

2. Transparency on PNG not supported when imported or replaced

   Transparency mask on the png file shows as white when imported or replaced into illustrator data created last week.

   Transparency on the original png file on the illustrator is intact. The problem is seen only when the new png file is uploaded.

   I thought it may be the png file, but the problem occurs only on the illustrator.

   The problem started after updating both Photoshop 2019 and Illustrator 2019.

4. App unresponsive due to tour window

   MacOS Mojave, Late 2013 iMac

   This is probably a rare event, but it should never happen and if this "feature" behaved consistently with MacOS, it wouldn't ever happen:

   The other day I launched Illustrator, and immediately pushed the window down and out of the way so I could access multiple files on the desktop. I didn't realize this was the first time I'd launched Illustrator since an update, so a tour window had popped up, but since I had shoved the entire workspace window down right away, I couldn't see the tour window.

   What happened was that I attempted to open files, interact with Illustrator, but nothing would happen. The tour window that I couldn't see (because it was anchored to a window that was mostly out of sight) was waiting for me to take an action on it.

   I tried grabbing the window title bar and raising it back into view, but apparently the tour window stops any other actions in Illustrator. I couldn't "grab" the window frame and move it back into view.

   I realized Illustrator probably had some sort of window like that open, waiting for input, so I attempted to just hit Return (that should universally trigger the "Okay" button on such a window) but nothing happened. Apparently the tour window is immune to keyboard input, requiring a mouse click.

   When I couldn't get Illustrator to do ANYTHING ELSE, I attempted to force quit it through the application manager, but it refused to quit. Apparently the tour window acted like a foot in the door or something. I couldn't even shut down my computer normally because when it got to Illustrator, Illustrator wouldn't give up, eventually having to force it to shut down and then restart.

   THAT IS CRAZY. Obviously it's a rare circumstance that the window is hidden but the offer of a tour shouldn't block all other activity except for a very specific mouse click--it's not mission critical, but it blocks any other action than clicking "skip" or "Okay"

   That's not the way the OS works, and it shouldn't be the way this window works.

5. Files preview sticks after opening multiple documents

   After having a couple of documents open for roughly an hour, I go to open a new document as well. However, after clicking to open this document I am presented with the preview of the document that was already open in the background.

   Now when I click on any one of the three documents in illustrator they all show the same preview. You can see in the screen shots, three different documents showing the same preview.

   I have to close Illustrator down and reopen it. This happens Multiple times a day and is disrupting my workflow immensely.

   I am running version 23.0.3 CC, on a Macbook Pro (Late 2013) - OS Mojave 10.14.3 - 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GT750M, Intel Core i7 2.3 Ghz.

   After having a couple of documents open for roughly an hour, I go to open a new document as well. However, after clicking to open this document I am presented with the preview of the document that was already open in the background.

6. Adding an asset to the Asset Export panel adds another object with it

   In the attached document when selecting one object and adding it to the Asset Export panel (with or without 'Option' key pressed), it'll always add the Light Red Curved brush the artboard #1, as if this line magnetized to all vectors on that artboard.

7. Characters in Type on a Path appear rotated

   When trying to type on a path around a circle, the preview shows the letters rotating abnormally, but when converting the text to outlines or printing the type, it corrects itself. Would be fine, but I can't design what I need without the preview first.

9. IMPORTING png file = blank

   I tried to import a png file into illustrator and nothing happens, it shows as an asset but nothing is on the board. Other png files import normaly, just this specific one for some reason, I even tried to reformat it with photoshop and create a new file and no success.

10. X and Y in values in the transform don’t reflect the position of 2x identical boxes, -they are in obviously different position on alert boar

It’s up to me to manually manage the alignment. I tried using ALIGN, The align option is useless. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR AGES. I always trusted the the NUMBERS, BUT NOT LATELY. The X and Y readings in transform are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Hence great stress. Please FIX the BUG. LOST MY FAITH ..., I wish I could go Back to OLD BUT STABE CS6...CS6, CS6*.
    All the bells and whistles don’t do me any good...
    I have subsequently, updated the version off CC, 5.29.19. and same problems exist. Sorry, my boss is looking at me like I am SLOWWWWW.

11. Character scroll bar

    The character scroll bar stopped working. If I click to change the font there is no scroll bar, nor is there a size option. I am on Windows 10 (64 bit Home) using the latest Illustrator (23.0.0 64 bit). I uninstalled and reinstalled and still have this problem I am using two screens, and have found that if i move the character window to the other screen and reset it, I can get the scroll bar back temporarily so this seems to have to do with dual screen setup

12. initializing Creative Cloud Libraries

    Something went wrong. Libraries frequently states "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries".

    I have to frequently restart creative cloud (CRTL+ALT+R).

    I will be working on a PDF(with cloud working), save exit PDF, open PDF only to find i cannot access my cloud files. Super annoying!

13. Illustrator have weird display problem halfway during my work.

    I've recording down what had happen to my AI recently. I have no idea why this happen, and i don't know the keyword to search for an answer to solve this problem so I decided to post it here. This had happen a lot recently almost everyday and at least happen twice or thrice a day. This had already happen for at least one or two weeks. And the properties panel also is unviewable because everything is squishing together, unviewable and unuseable. (for the properties panel unviewable problem, I didn't get the chance to took a picture before Ai crashed.) Crash did not happen a lot, but this problem really happen everyday, and this problem will not always crashed, Part of AI is still useable, like shortcuts are all useable, cursor everything still functioning. Just every dialog box are all in black color, which is unviewable. I try to search online, I saw people written that if your Ai have problem, you can uninstall the newest one and install a older one since the older one is more stable. I tried, with many older versions already, but this method is not helping at all. I hope anyone can help me on this, because this really fustrated to me a lot.

14. crashes consistently

    Illustrator is crashing repeatedly with the latest update. I'm on a Mac with Mojave 10.14.5, my coworkers are on PC's and we're all crashing since the latest Illustrator update. No consistency to the tasks we are doing in ai to make it crash. Please fix!

15. Unable to set maximum number of files to be opened

    Upon opening program, error displays "Unable to set maximum number of files to be opened." I did research suggesting to open terminal and typing "$ ulimit" but I get "unlimited" as the output. The forum then suggested to report this bug here.

    I believe this is not an issue for the latest versions of Illustrator CC.

    Workspace panels jump from the screen where they are set to appear to another screen. I use an Apple Cinema Display (aluminum bezel) and an Apple 27" display with my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

    During one week I left Illustrator opened.
    During this week, Illustrator upload 21 Gb of data!

19. Generic Color Palate

    I am using the newest version of Illustrator. Within the last week or so, my generic CMYK color palette has changed. The percentages that make up the color are different on nearly every color. My black color swatch used to be 100% black. Now it is C:74.97 M:67.92 Y:67.05 K:90.15. Everything in my document is set to CMYK. I changed nothing. My yellow is C:6.18 Y:96.55. It used to be 100% yellow. All of the colors have this issue. Please let me know how I can get this back to the normal way. I've been using Illustrator for the last 23 years and have never experienced anything like this.

20. Distribute Anchor Points not always working

    When all Anchor Points of a Path are selected, Ai automatically assummes an Object selection, stopping the possibility to make use of the Distribute Anchor Points function.
