1. SVG Filter exported wrong

   I have an svg filter applied to a simple path, which is applied correctly in illustrator, but when I export as an svg one feBlend item is missing.

   My filter

2. Documents are marked as changed immediately after opening in 25.4.1.

   Since updating to 25.4.1, many documents are marked as having been edited immediately after opening them, instead of after actually changing anything.

   I have not yet tracked down if there is anything documents doing this have in common. The more effects they have in them, the more likely they are to have this happen.

   I've attached one of the simpler documents that's displaying this behavior.

3. Strokes with gradients create buggy .pdfs

   The .pdf let Acrobat crash, and the preview is low resolution.

4. 書き出し設定からjpgを書き出した時。

   書き出し形式からjpgを書き出した際，裁ち落とし設定を入れていてもアートボードの大きさで書き出されてしまいました。2020では通常の書き出しができたので，2021のみのバグのようです。

6. Exporting of Multiple Artboards in PDF gets messed up the order of pages (Artboards)

   Exporting an AI file that has multiple artboards in it to PDF used to show the artboards in order. Now it just messes up my artboard order. The artboard names are 1,2,3,4.. After export the pages come in this order: 1,2,4,3

   My illustrator version: 25.4.1

   Same file works perfectly in the previous version (before I updated)

7. Save dialog fails if you start typing file name before window is shown

   When I press the ⌘+S shortcut and start typing the file name before the save dialog box shows up, I get a "The save file operation failed." error.

   This is on version 25.4.1 on macOS Big Sur 11.4 on an M1 Macbook Air.

   This has been an error for a long time, if not indeed for several years.

8. Please stop Illustrator coming to the foreground after exporting

   After exporting to screens, which may take several seconds, I usually switch to the the application that receives the exported files and I continue working there.
   Annoyingly, after finishing exporting the files, Illustrator pushes its way back to the foreground so that I have to switch back to the other app I was working on.
   Can you stop this from happening please and leave Illustrator in the background after it has finished?

9. 9-slice scaling distorts objects on export.

   I have a simple arrow symbol with 9-slice scaling to be able to adjust the arrow's tail to different lengths. This works until I export to SVG, in which case the entire arrow gets distorted as if I hadn't enabled 9-slice scaling. Sample document attached. Please export for screens and use SVG.

10. svg mit Konturlinie wird falsch übersetzt

    Illustrator Version 25.4 auf Windows 10

    Beim Speichern einer ai Datei, welche einen Pfad mit einer Konturlinie (mittige Ausrichtung) 0,124 px enthält wird das svg korrekt abgespeichert.
    Ändert man die Ausrichtung zu einer am Pfad innen liegenden oder außen liegenden Konturlinie, wird beim Speichern keine Konturlinie mehr mitgegeben sondern eine Füllfarbe, die die gesamte Fläche betrifft.

11. Export for screens scale problem

    Sometime ago, I entered 0.2x in the scale field in the Export for Screens dialog. Now, in all documents, even if I set the scale to 1, I get the 0.2x scale. Even in new documents! I have even tried to delete the scale definition, it always comes back as 0.2x

12. Polygon is broken when opening from SVG

    3. At least one polygon is broken during the import.

14. exporting PDF files

    You're phasing out eps files. I gather I should now provide logos files in PDF.
    However, I can't export each art board (I use artboards for the variations of the logos I design) as a separate file. I don't believe a client wants a multiple paged PDF for a logo!
    What do you expect our work flow to be?

15. Photo exports come out faded

    I recently updated Illustrator for the M1 chip on my MacBook Pro.
    Now when I save an Illustrator document that contains photos as a press ready PDF (or any other file type) the photos become desaturated, and look faded.
    This is a problem as I am often preparing files to be printed and my colors no longer look accurate. How can this be solved?

16. Save document popup does not correspond to the current document

    When closing a document that is not the current working document, the save dialog pops up but the only the currently active document is shown making it difficult to see which document the save dialog refers to. This is handled correctly in Photoshop but not Illustrator

    Repro:

    1. Open Illustrator

    2. Create two new documents

    3. With the type tool write on the empty artboard of the first untitled doc "Important work"

    4. Click on the document tab for the second untitled document and with the type tool write on the empty artboard "Useless garbage"

    5. While viewing the 'Useless garbage' doc, click on the close X of the other document tab.

    6. Observe the save popup asking if you want to save changes to the file and notice that the document shown behind the pop up shows 'Useless garbage'

    7. Click 'No' on the save popup

    Result: You have now lost 'Important Work'

    Repeat the same steps in photoshop and notice that when closing the background document the view changes to the relevant window allowing you to see the document that you are about to save or discard.

17. BUG: Save As EPS using Artboards changes layer visibility

    I have an AI file with two artboards which I. exported into two separate EPS files, however the layer visibility was changed randomly and did not match the current layout. Note, preview "tiff" image in Finder was correct.

    Upon opening the file, I had to go through and turn on / off the appropriate layers to bring it back to the current state. Unlocking all layers and attempting to do this again did not change the results.

    Must have been introduced in the most recent update as this has previously worked as expected.

19. Exportation of Devanagari in SVG

    There is an annoying bug in the export or save as... SVG, when the artwork contains devanagari script.
    I attach to this post 3 screenshots of a very simple artwork made of 1 background picture and 2 texts, one in Hindi, the other one in French. The fonts used are the beautiful Adobe Devanagari fonts (bold and bold-italic).
    I have used either save as... or export as... and reopened them in Illustrator, with different results, then made a copy of my screen..
    If you open the 3 files for example in Photoshop, you will see that they are all different!!! The devanagari text is shifted and characters are modified and become unreadable. Even the French sentence is slightly modified (position of the question mark).
    The only solution is to open the SVG file in Dreamweaver and copy/paste the text from Microsoft Word... Not really straightforward!
    Thank you to correct this bug, which lasts for years.
    Please note, that, of course, all Indic options are selected in the menus of Illustrator (general settings) and specific to the artwork.

20. Export as SVG does not properly respect letter-spacing style on text

    When saving as SVG, the exporter temperamentally interprets letter-spacing as either 0 (no style exported) or "1". E.g. within Illustrator I might set letter-spacing to 185, this would be exported as just "1" without a unit. Furthermore, if I open the file again, Illustrator interprets this as "90", and if I save again, the exporter exports without any letter-spacing.
