The shortcut to select layers between objects not working
As the title says. The ALT+CTRL+[ (or +]) shortcut to select the layer below or above the selected object is not working as intended.

Unable to remove/delete payment method on inactive plan or on active plan
as a client i am unable to remove/delete my payment method under my account profile for active plan or inactive plan. With data breach news surfacing every now and then, Adode should not save such payment method details. and client/customer should have option to remove/delete the payment method details.

tab no longer toggles panels
Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4 and Illustrator 24.3 : I recently updated to 24.3. Several problems now I've encountered. Pressing Tab btn no longer toggles the panels on and off. Pressing the F key no longer provides me an isolated view with black background. No visual indication any longer of document saving on already opened document that has been saved.

Selecting text in fields, like width/height field
Make text/values selectable again by clicking and drawing, to ease replacing whole value or copy/paste a value. (used to work in older versions)

Illustrator remains on top at all times
I don't know if I've done something or there is a bug, but AI is stuck ontop as the front window and must be manually minimized. Selecting another programs from the task bar doesn't minimize or force AI to drop back. This is really hurting my work flow and driving me nuts.

Shortcut keys not shown or working for items in Objects menu and in other menus.
Many but not all shortcut keys are not shown in the Object menu or operate as in previous version! This is a major setback for my type of work. Can't quickly Group/Ungroup, Zoom, UNDO, Copy,Paste,stacking order, other functions. Browsing the menus shows only a few shortcut keys. Same in all workspaces. Please put them back as in the previous version!

"Tab" key shortcut not working properly in Illustrator 2021
When you hit the Tab key the panels disappear leaving the control panel and menu bar at the top. This part works fine. However, when you hover over the side to make either side panel reappear, they reappear UNDER the work area, not on top of it as usual. You can see the very edges of the panels sliding in and out under the work area making the feature useless.

Find Font Window doesn't draw properly in a file with a missing font
When I click on Type->Find Font... in a file that has a missing font, the Find Font window doesn't draw properly.
However, when I open the find font window in a new file, it draws properly.

windows crash when renaming files
This was fixed in the last version but with the most recent update and is now a problem again. When I go to File > Open if I rename a file Illustrator crashes this is also happening in the Save As or Save if I rename a file.

Window, Control has disappeared
Under 'Window', under 'Control', the Control bar does not appear at the top of my workspace, as it did in all prior versions of Illustrator.

Panels Keep Opening While Using Shortcuts
Panels on the top of the screen keep opening when I try using tool shortcuts. For example, I'll be on the type tool then want to switch to the move tool but when I hit its shortcut (V) it opens the view panel instead (I get that this one doesn't work if I have type selected but I mean when nothing's selected and I want to arrange my type it opens the view panel instead of changing tools). Not sure if this is a common problem but it never happened until the latest update.

impossible to add to graphic styles by dragging from the canvas (version 25.0)
It is impossible to add an appearance of an object to the Graphic Styles Panel just by dragging it into the Panel. The less intuitive ways do work (click the "New Graphic Style" button on the bottom of the Panel or using the fly-out Menu.

Keyboard modifiers no longer work with Transform panel
Up until the latest release of Illustrator, pressing Command-Return after entering a new height or width for an object in the Transform panel would scale it proportionately. This no longer works and pressing Return does nothing if any modifier key is held down. The same is true for holding Option while pressing Return (this used to transform as a duplicate but has not worked for a while). Clicking an item in a dropdown menu also clicks through into the underlying panel
Describing my program layout:
With my panels locked to the right hand side of the program, I have two columns of panels, Stroke/Brush/Color/etc. on the far right (minimized to select individual panels to expand when needed), and "Swatches" as a standalone column locked to the left of my other panles and constantly expanded.Describing the error:

UI input boxes show text with low baseline shift
Operating System: MacOS Catalina 10.15.6
Illustrator version: 2020 v24.3Most input boxes show text that "hangs" low, making it difficult to see what is being typed in.

Close button has gap
[windows 10] The close button on Illustrator has gap in the corner - and when your mouse goes to the corner (which it usually does when you want to close a window) - you are clicking on thee X button of the program beneath it. ...This is very furstrating and i just closed other software where i lost an hour of work.
