Phantom lines in Outline mode ("QuickDraw") at large zoom levels
Not clear this is actually GPU-related.
This bug dates back 32 years, all the way to Illustrator 1.0, when Adobe used the term "QuickDraw" to describe it. Terminology has changed, the bug has not. It has happened on every version of Illustrator, on every Mac, under every operating system.
I've sent the attached screenshots and videos in the past, no response.
The bug manifests as stray lines or incorrect vectors at certain seemingly-random resolutions.
In preview mode, in addition to above problems, (possibly a different bug), I often get sectors or areas that do not fill or redraw correctly. Sometimes…2 votes -

White bars over the screen when turning Overprint Preview off?
Hi
Been noticing a bug where I get white bars over my screen as I scroll – seems to happen mainly if I come out of Overprint Preview. If I float my tabs to windows or switch Overprint preview back on it cures it, but obviously this isn't actually a fix and is pretty annoying as it happens so often.
Can anyone suggest a more permanent fix please?
Thanks
Ben

Overprint preview of overprinting black shows black as semi-opaque
When something is printed as 100% black and set to overprint, the output will be pure black. No registration issue as the 100% element is carried through the other color breakouts. However, in AI CC 2019m when I zoom way in on text which is 100% black and overprinting, I can actually see through the black type. The intensity of the black varies based on what is underneath. One can even watch the black become muted in appearance as one zooms.
Shouldn't 100% black appear as 100% black regardless of being set to overprint or not.

Getting odd artifacting when using GPU preview on illustrator
Shapes look as if they arent inline with each other when using GPU preview, CPU preview fixes the issue but of course I shouldnt have to be running it on CPU preview. The jaggies seem to stem from where there are anchor points, but not every anchor point.
Using Intel i5 6500 CPU with an RX480 8gb GPU

Illustrator WILL NOT display art OR artboards.
How about making Illustrator useable for starters?
I pay enough for this service. I have done a full update and restart of my computer, all of my adobe products are up to date, AND I've uninstalled and reinstalled Illustrator.
This is what I get when I open a new document. Show artboards is on. NOTHING comes up despite using ALL of the fixes I can find in your boards.I expect a service I drop $700 a year on to actually WORK Adobe.

Strokes rendering with varying thicknesses
When drawing strokes, often the curves and lines have varying thicknesses. This is not the normal issue that arises from normal pixelation from physical limitations of a monitor.
The attachments show a zoomed in and out of the areas.

Shape tools lagging and leaving mark when resizing
I just started using Illustrator CC 2018 on Windows 7. I began using some of the shape tools and started to experience an issue. Each time I go to resize a shape or move it, the shape leaves an impression of its previous size or location. I tried to uninstall Illustrator and then reinstall, yet the problem persists. If I minimize or maximize the art board the lines go away. I have also found that the smart guides don't work when re positioning the shapes.

Rendering Issue When Not Using Application Frame
When the Application Frame is turned off and a file is opened it does not render correctly. Instead broken sections of the screen appear. It's different each time. In order for the file to render the Application Frame must be turned on. It can then be turned back off if the user prefers not to work in the Application Frame. I have attached a screen grab of one of the files opened with the Application Frame turned off.

Outline mode does not work
I have Illustrator CC, I have tried the work around of Ctrl+E then Ctrl+Y.
Outline mode displays the lines but freeze and won’t allow the color to leave the image or the lines to be manipulated. I’m so fed up how could I possibly use this program professionally, i have looked up the work around and tried Ctrl+E followed by Ctrl+Y and have tried to access through view mode, still no joy. I have shut down and reopened files 8 times and started again three times on new art board. This problem has gone on for two days. I had…2 votes -

Some sizes of stroke circles are drawn perfect, some has distractions in four "edges" - how to solve this?
Files atached.
When I extract them as fill strokes, they are going normal, but I need to work with strokes.

Illustrator cc 2018 does not work correctly with the Nvidia GF 610m graphics card.
The program closes with an error when selecting the brush tool. Is there any solution to this problem? I know about switching to an integrated graphics card, but its performance is very small. I noticed the same thing when working with nvidia in illustrator, the tooltip does not show any hints, just the new dialog for creating a new document does not appear (only the advanced one works or the old one works, I do not know how it is called correctly).

Artifacts that shouldn't be there
I've noticed that sometimes there will remain some random artefacts of after deleting anchors that are ordered in lines or curves around each other.
It will remain there, can't be selected, and even if the rest of the original form is removed, it still remain.
It is not shown after rendering the image though.
It occurs sometimes, and could be disturbing.Latest in CC 2018-01

A large triangular glitch renders on canvas when selecting and moving objects
Tried working on a new artboard to learn interface and immediately started getting this problem - this happens when I select an object and try to move it. Then I am unable to move anything properly. I have been unable to find any settings that may have caused this. I uninstalled and reinstalled and have received this same problem on different files and art boards.
A triangular cut out that appears on the artboard and causes the objects to malfunction when manipulated. If I try to create something new, it disappears and then shows up again.
