I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Illustrator team is working on a fix for this issue. Meanwhile you can use the below workaround to paste the table as it was before.
Before you copy the table in InDesign, create a path object along with table and then copy from InDesign and Paste in Illustrator. This forces the PDF route for copy/paste between ID and AI

私も同様の現象で困っています。
アプリケーションウインドウを小さくして使用しているケースでは、オプションダイアログの大部分が隠れてしまいました。環境設定を削除しても状況は変わらず、保存をくり返すたびにダイアログが左へズレていきます。
また、UIスケールも変更してみましたが改善しませんでした。Illustrator 2022（26.5）

MacOS10.15.7+Illustrator2022（26.5）でも同じ現象を確認しました。
ここで挙げられている操作のほかに、option（Alt）+ドラッグでのオブジェクトの移動複製も「ヒストリー」パネル上で「取り消し」表記されました。
（動画添付します）ここまで「取り消し」表記になってしまうものが多いと、何の操作を行ったか確認ができず、「ヒストリー」パネルの「複数の履歴を取り消して巻き戻せる」メリットが十分に発揮できません。

Star is now a live shape and available in the all the public builds starting from V 28.3.0.
You can now customise your star in any way you like; may it be changing the no of sides, corner angles, or even the corner radius.

私の環境でも同じことが起きています。
InDesignで表を作り、Illustratorにペーストすると以下のようになります。
2022…テキストは行単位で分割される。表の体裁は維持される。
2023…テキストがペーストされるが表ではなくなる。
以前のバージョンで出来ていたことが最新バージョンで出来なくなってしまうと困る方も多いのではないでしょうか。
［回避策］
InDesignで何かほかの図形と一緒にコピーしてからIllustratorでペーストすると、これまで通りの体裁でペーストされるそうです。（他の方に教えていただきました）

I have the same problem with Illustrator and InDesign.
When I created a table in InDesign and pasted it into Illustrator, the results were as follows.
2022 → Text is split by line. The appearance of the table is maintained.
2023 → Text is pasted but not a table.
It is sad that what was possible in past versions is not possible in the latest version.
［Workaround］
Copying a table with some shapes in InDesign, we can paste it as a table in Illustrator 2023. I was told by another Japanese user.
