BUG: When applying "Effect >> Stylize >> Outer Glow", the effect does not appear on object stroke or fill.
This is constant between multiple files.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Hi Everyone,
We have added a preference to enable ‘Zoom with Mouse Wheel’. Go to Preferences→ General→ Enable ‘Zoom with Mouse Wheel’.
Also, now you can pan the doucment using the middle click of the mouse.
Both of these functionality are available since January 2021 release (version 25.1) onwards.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

How do you mean? Do you mean provide an option to change the zoom controls to be more like AutoCAD?

I use CTL-Z and SHIFT-CTL-Z to undo/redo which Photoshop doesn't have. It would make sense to have an undo panel. Why don't they?

We have released the support for Gradient swatches in CC library with our latest release - v29.3
You can select the gradient swatch in swatches panel and add it to CC Library through the button on the bottom bar in the panel. You can also select any object which has gradient applied and add that gradient to CC Library through Add Elements from the Libraries panel and choose Fill Gradient from the drop-down menu.
Please update to this version from your Creative Cloud Desktop application and let us know your feedback.

In CC 2019 (latest update 23.0.1), at 100% Zoom 1inch artwork would display at 1inch in physical (Print) size, on any display. If this doesn’t work right for screen design workflows, please use the checkbox Preferences > General > Display Print Size at 100% Zoom, to turn off the feature. Currently this feature works only on primary display, and there are plans of extending this to other attached displays.

I have suggested this--and ways to accomplish this--in multiple places. This is a huge advantage so you can view things at their intended size. The only way to do this is to place a ruler up on your screen and find what % zoom is Actual actual size. Then, you have to manually type this in or save as a view (which is limited).

After days, I finally figured it out. I have screenshots but there is not an option to upload here without creating a new ticket.
There is a UI issue where if guides get grouped with objects then hidden, there is no indication that guides are grouped with objects. Also, if a guide is selected with an object (either grouped or ungrouped) it becomes invisible.

Layer groups like photoshop with folders would be a huge help to help manage workflow and keep working layers visible. Please add the ability to group layers in illustrator!

Sadly, the recent accessibility improvements broke the way this feature works.

Hi Everyone,
This functionality is available in our latest release build – 27.6.1.
The new functionality allows searching layers by name using the searchbar in the layers panel. The users can also apply filters based on layer properties (locked, hidden etc) or objects properties (effects, text etc.). This will help to quickly find layers/objects for large documents (having multiple layers).
