Illustrator CC2019 using palettes sometimes makes palettes disappear and reappear on the left side of the screen
Every time this happens I have to reset my workspace.

Image Trace over a white square on color mode with 2 colors crashes Illustrator
This is a bug that happens on all versions of Illustrator, even CC 2019, and regardless of OS.
It's very specific, but here are the steps:
Create a new document. Color Mode doesn't matter.
Draw a square with only a white fill.
Rasterize it. Resolution and color mode doesn't matter.
Run Image Trace on it
In the Image Trace settings, set the Mode to Color and the number of colors set to 2.
Illustrator will crash.
Try it out! The expected result is probably just the same as if the number of colors was set to 3 or anything else because it's still only one color.This is a bug that happens on all versions of Illustrator, even CC 2019, and regardless of OS.

Random selections and wandering selection tool
When selecting and deselecting layers, the software will select and deselect other layers on its own. The selection tool and text tool will wander on its own all over the screen when trying to select or add text.

Templates
I just upgraded to Illustrator 23.0 and I can't save any templates I get an error message (see attachments) Also my folder with my own templates is missing really annoying Adobe!!!

Sellection tool won't let me resize shapes
I installed the new version of illustrator and since that I can´t resize shapes, text boxes, basically everything...
I've alredy tried to uninstall and reinstall and I can´t still resize shapes

Illustrator CC18 is alwais, yet, unusable with Hight Sierra !!?
I have read many posts on bugs, I read that many problems have been solved. it does not work for me at all.

these the problems with illustrator
- the program is very very slow, almost still
- the pointer selects paths of objects without a voluntary action
- the pointer makes endless selections on the sheet
- the top menu does not respond or does so after many attempts
- almost impossible to open color setting panels
- very slow response keyboard functions (eg show as a path)
- unusable
- function block even if the program block is not signaled in the Force Quit panel
- Deactivation of all fontsI have tried to:
set up documents in both RGB and CMYK
set the screen size to
cancel preferences
activate GPU acceleration
disable GPU acceleration
cancel and re install CC18

Selector tool glitch — element selected and deselected at once
Sometimes, elements will incorrectly be deselected, getting them into a strange state where they are seen as unselected in the layers panel, but being displayed as selected on the canevas. Most operations will not affect it (move and scale), but some, including align, will produce strange, incoherent results. It either stops at random or does not, needing a restart of Illustrator to be able to resume editing.
It has happened multiple times already over the last weeks, and I cannot see a pattern to it's occurence. Just now it happened while navigating the history where elements were being grouped/ungrouped and transformed multiple times.

Visible Text unable to be edited.
While trying to edit a line of text in illustrator, i couldn't select it. While i could see the text in preview mode, in outline mode it does not show. After saving and reopening the file, the text is editable again and visible in outline mode. This has happened to me for years, it just happened a lot today and got on my nerves. pics below of the issue. same section of the file, just different view modes.

Scale Strokes only seems possible, but is greyed out.
Scale dialog: Make it possible to scale Strokes only (Deactivate Transform Objects - which should be possible, but is always greyed out)

Animated zoom and smart guide STUCK!!
Smart guide didn't work, then i try to press Ctrll+U. The screen splash and animated zoom is disabled.

Currently selected artboard not automatically highlighted as per normal
Running Mac 10.13.6 and AI 22.1
In all previous versions of Illustrator the artboard you are currently on remains highlighted so you know which on you are on.
In this version, the artboard is only highlighted while working in it. If I click into a menu item (say 'Object') then the highlighted artboard disappears and I no longer know which one I am on. Clicking on the blank artboard, which usually highlights that clicked on artboard, doesn't work. The only work around is to click onto another artboard and then back to the first. I've had this issue maybe 6 times in the last few days but I don't know how to always reproduce it.

Missing Buttons/Interface in Find Font
I've recently noticed that the buttons in Find Font do not appear unless I scroll over them. This is a very recent occurrence as far as I can tell.

When moving a vector with a radial gradient fill, the gradient shifts upon export of an SVG
Gradient appears to be centered in Illustrator, but shifts on export depending on where the vector is located on the artboard/pasteboard (outside the artboard). I have to manually update the SVG markup on all my exported icons. :(
2 votesA sample file would have helped. I applied radial gradient on a circle and exported it to SVG. The visual appearance was matched. There are some limitations in SVG 1.1 spec like absence of blending mode support that can affect.

Pattern brush
Pattern Brush start and end components should not appear when used on closed paths as in Illustrator CS6.
if you make a pattern brush with a red dot at the end, you can use it to find open paths in CS6 but not in CC2018. necessary for working with plotter/cutters.

Default web presets proof CMYK
When selecting an RGB default, which should be basically Anything for screens, the default is still set to CMYK Web coated SWOP for preview.
It seems the only way you can actually get things to look OK is to set the preview to proof colors ON, and have it set to Monitor RGB. This also seems dumb because I'm working in an RGB document. What ICC profile is Illustrator using when proof colors are off?
Coworkers keep asking why things look so different in their browser. Well, it's because they're looking at their colors in illustrator pretty darn desaturated.Can you just make the RGB presets look correct by default?

Keyboard doesn't register shortcuts
My Illustrator CC 2018 (last update) has a bug with the keyboard. It happens after couple of hours working on a project then the keyboard doesn't register any shortcut from the panel. The only way to fix this is to restart my Mac. Is there solution for this bug?

Menus are too large
This is only an Illustrator problem where the drop down menus and dialog pop ups are way too large compared to the rest of the user interface. I've tried every solution. Running this on Windows 10 Pro on a 2K screen.

Asset export drag&drop doesn't work for group contents.
- Enter a Group of objects in isolation mode.
- drag'n'drop an object or a subgroup into an Asset Export tab
Expected: object added as Asset for export.
