Selecting a single object no longer activates the Align to Artboard option in 23.0.4
Usually when selecting a single object, the align panel defaults to "Align to Artboard." Since upgrading today, it's not doing that. It stays in Align to Selection mode and then the buttons do nothing. Happened after update to 23.0.4 on Mac OS 10.14.5

Panels are mixed up and showing wrong content when docked
I have been having issues when I click between two tabs that I group together in the same panel it will essentially freeze and only show me one of the panels if I am clicking on another. So for example I have the layer and link tab in one panel. I am currently on the layers panel and when I click on the links tab to switch to that panel it continues to show me the layers panel when I am looking to see the links panel if that makes sense? Colored text randomly changing to black
Mac OS 10.12.6 with Illustrator CC 2019
Since December text has been randomly changing to black. It happens with bullets more frequently, but sometimes two words in a paragraph will turn black. This happens frequently when I reopen files but also while I'm working.
Sometimes (but not always) when I change the color back with the eyedropper, it still shows up black in the Appearance panel (see photo).
My 2 coworkers are also having this issue.
I don't know if it's related, but I'm also having a problem with cutting (CTRL-X) objects. Simple shapes and text will temporarily not allow…

Visual glitch prevents using Illustrator when file is opened from Finder before launching Illustrator
As the title describes, this glitch occurs consistently whenever launching a file from finder before launching Illustrator.
The file seems to open, as the layers can be seen in the layers window, but the main document editing window is occupied by the welcome menu. The welcome menu cannot be closed, and the files shown in the recent section cannot be opened. See image 1.

Transform Each currently rotates multiple groups around a common center point, counter intuitive to what the name implies. Does what the name says when used on vectors.

v23.0 files won't open with v23.01 update, Unknown error occurring
Can't open v23.0 ai files since the update to v23.01. The program doesn't even attempt to open, an error pops up saying "an unknown error has occurred"

"An Unknown Error Has Caused the Operation to Fail" Message When Trying to export TIFF.
iMac running OS X 10.14.2
Illustrator CC 2019Whenever I try to export an artboard as a TIFF using "Export As", I get the ubiquitous, yet EXTREMELY vague error message, "An Unknown Error Has Caused the Operation to Fail" a couple of seconds after Illustrator starts to process the image (progress bars gets about 25% of the way).
Now, the weird part is that I have no problem exporting the same artboard as a PNG or JPG using the same "Export As' option.
And before you ask, yes I uninstalled and then reinstalled Illustrator but it's still having the same…

Prefix in graphs
Using a prefix for the axis in a graph works fine, but only with positive numbers. Negative numbers soon get into trouble however. $-50 is not helpful at all.

When Starting a new work or opening a pre-made work, a bug appears
I can access all the tools and tabs, but I can't see them and it crashes, I already checked my requirements and their all good, so anybody have an idea of whats happening?

Pantone Solid Spot colors added from InDesign to a CC Library become Magenta Process colors in Illustrator
A Pantone Solid Spot color (or any Lab spot color) added to a CC library in InDesign will become 100% Magenta CMYK Process color in the Swatches panel when added from the CC library by double clicking in Illustrator.

Issues running Illustrator 23.0.4 and OS Mojave 10.14.5 on a Mac
- Every time I move the cursor, instead of moving it it acts as if I had clicked and dragged, selecting an imaginary area.
- When I try to select an item, the cursor will not do it, so I click twice, then three times, and then - it finally selects, and sometimes catches up with a delay, clicking the second and third time and mucking the selection. I have reinstalled illustrator and went to the apple store to reinstall the OS, with no resolution. The system runs ok with other applications, shows issues with Photoshop as well and is slows when…

SVG import - duplicate layer names erased
In Illustrator CC 2019 (v23.0.2), some of the layer names are stripped during SVG import. This is not an issue in CC 2018 (v22.0.0).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an SVG file with two layers with the same ID attribute
2. Open in Illustrator CC 2019

Different size of postcard preset in the home about Japanese version
Illustrator that is Japanese version has different size of postcard preset in the home.
In the home screen, postcard preset written in "100 X 148mm" but that preset becomes other sizes (197.56 X 101.6 mm）.
I want to fix it.

Change saving process to equal Indesign / Photoshop's
As you likely know, Illustrator and Google Backup & Sync are not working a long. Discussions with lame work arounds are given, but maybe you can just use the same saving method as Photoshop or Indesign. These programmes work fine with Google Drive / backup & sync, so why not use that method instead?

2019 v23.3 still keeps crashing

Mouse response too slow to use Illustrator. Clicking on the file menu causes a 5 second delay to open it.
Mouse response too slow to use Illustrator. Clicking on the file menu causes a 5-second delay to open it. By the time 3 seconds have passed, the user clicks again. By the time Illustrator catches up, the menu is opened, then closed from the two clicks. UNUSABLE! The product should be shut down and users should be getting a refund or face a class action lawsuit. Worst business decision EVER to move this app to the cloud and take away the desktop version in the process!

New Update 23.0.3 Causes Failure to Preview and Art Boards Save Erroneously in PDF- when saving out files they will error. The saved file will display and print a black gradient space in lieu of the art board and (seemingly random) graphics will be omitted. This is replicated when saving as a new AI or PDF or Printed from the saved file. The original AI file shows it prints normally but the print out is also erroneous.

Data Recovery
There's a weird glitch happening where it's like 'recovering data' ONLY once I start typing - and it keeps inserting an image I have previously deleted.
It's also giving me warnings when I open the document about it - I've tried 'ignore' I've tried to replace the file. Nothing makes a difference, it keeps randomly inserting the image again when I type.
I tried setting it aside, thinking it would only do it once... no, it will keep inserting more and more if I keep typing.
