Clicking on File > File Info... does nothing and sometimes locks up
When opening a file or creating a new file, nothing happens when I click on File > File Info...
The menu bar disappears and all menu options are grayed out. I can sometimes hit escape and it clears the condition, but I'm unable to open the File Info dialog. Other times, it completely locks up and I have to Force Quit.
On version Illustrator 22.0.1

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Units preference not retained on asset panel export

My global preferences are set to inches as well as the originating document.I'm often creating elements then exporting various bits as assets. So the asset export panel is handy for this. Transformation problems
The Width/height (Screenshot B: / H: ) Values don't work sometimes.
If I manually type in the values like 20x20 it will create something like this 20,134x19,999.

2018 Illustrator CC is crazy slow / extreme lag on fast touchbar mac
AI is extraordinarily slow to do anytlhing, even select tools, or draw or duplicate objects. I have a very fast computer:
2016 MBP 2.9ghz intel core i7
16gb ram
radeon pro 460
running OS 10.13.6
I have 60gbb free of space on my SSD.I haven't worked in AI for several years, but I'm deeply familiar with PS, and I'm following a tutorial on how to draw a geometric shape. So thats what I'm doing in the project. Very simple stuff.

Rasterizing a clipped image/group of objects results in extra white space in the resulting image.
If I rasterize a clipped image, the result is the same size as the clipped image but with extra whitespace surrounding the clipping boundaries. Expected result, IMO, should be that the resulting image is only as large as the clipping object.
4 votesIllustrator now crops clipping groups to their masks’ boundaries, the excesses get trimmed, no extra empty areas get kept.

SVGs not aligning properly unless title layer is deleted.
When I import an image in SVG format the alignment tools do not work properly to align the image with other elements on the artboard. I've found a work around for this, deleting the "title" layer of the SVG in the layers panel seems to allow it to work properly. There is no graphic information in the title layer as far as I'm aware so why does it affect how the alignment tools work? Also with the title layer still present clicking align moves it every time it's clicked rather than just once, how it usually behaves. I've attached a…

PNG export
when I export any file as PNG / JPEG which included type the font become broken/blur
I am not sure how can I overcome this issue i tried from different accounts and computer as well but is still the same

Frezzing issue
Since the 23.0 version Illustrator keeps freezing regularly, up to 3 times in a day's usage. There is no actual pattern that i can point to, just that it keeps doing it at certain time intervals and with certain signs sometimes (like the menus not showing), which are also irregular and i have to use Task Manager to close it and open it again.

'Remove redundant points' in Pathfinder options keeps unticking itself
AI doesn't respect 'Remove redundant points' being checked in Pathfinder options and always unticks it.

Extra large font in drop down lists - can't fix
I can't modify the size of the font in Illustrator's drop-down lists. When I click on a top menu item (File/Edit/Object/Type, etc) the font displayed in the drop-down list is extra large, and I can't change it in Settings. Even when I select "Reset Essentials Classic", nothing happens. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Gradient stroke with spot colors separations error
Using spot colors in a gradient stroke has problems on a close path. When viewing separations, white gaps appear between some spot colors.

Undoing Warp Tool Transforms
Software Details:
Windows 10 / Ver. 1809 / OS Build 17763.316 / Illustrator Ver. 23.0.2Steps Taken:
a. Selecting Warp tool (or any other from the warp tools palette)
b. Selecting an object
c. Warping the object either once or repeatedly
d. Undoing all warps to restore original shape.Expected Result

in Ai CC2019 I cannot scale a horizontal line via the center box handle. The only way to it, is to use the direct selection tool (A).

Draw Inside Object problems
I am working on an Apple Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6.
In Illustrator I can't use the draw inside objects, Draw Normal and Draw Behind are enabled, not Draw Inside?

Delay when opening/placing/looking for files.
illustrator and indesign and photoshop all had little or no delay when 'exiting' the software to find/open/place/import a file. Now there's significant seconds added whenever I do anything, even selecting fonts causes seconds of delay when they used to show up instantaneously. just started Monday with Mojave 10.14.1 update

Envelope distort: Using arrow keys to adjust bend and H/V distortion nudges object down the page
I am having a situation where I have created an arc envelope distortion of some text and, after committing my initial bend, decided to edit the distortion.
The problem is that, when I go back into Envelope Distort > Edit Envelope and increase (or decrease) the bend, H or V distortion in the toolbar, for every digit I go up or down, the object itself nudges down the page by 30-40 points.
I have changed the transformation reference point from the top to the center to the bottom of the object, but it doesn't matter. The object still nudges down…

Text edits have no undo, do not trigger file as updated
When editing a block of text. Back delete key does not work and forward delete key deletes from start of block instead of cursor/insertion point. Text has to be highlighted to be deleted. Undo for deleted text is unavailable. Document does not indicate any changes and can be closed without a save dialog and thus losing edits.
