Can not export to png or jpg
When I try to export to jpg I get this error that comes up to lower my resolution. I have tried lowering it to 150dpi and still does not work.
When I try to export to png it comes up with an unknown error "(!now)"
This is ridiculous as I should be able to export from illustrator at any dpi without these issues as this is an expensive professional product.

Ai 23.0Try to open or place a .jpg or .jpeg file
-> Error-Message "File could not be read because there was an error"Does work with other images. I attached the original image.

Can't select or hide layers, AI instantly changes it back
All was fine, until I discovered I can't change layers' visibility or lock them.
Restart won't help. Please see animation attached and document shown.I remember I had this bug before but it somehow went away.

Font Size resets to 12pt when new font family is chosen
Changing font face also changes font size.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select text with text selector tool
2. Select a new font face from the font face drop down menuExpected results: font face changes while all other font properties remain the same.
Actual result: font face and font size properties change.

edge lossy and distorted after exporting AI file as PSD
When I export file as a PSD, no matter, what size I export as, 150psi or 400psi, or CMYK or RGB….
There is allways loss on the edges, and if my design is stripes for instance, each stripe as loss, and also appears slightly distorted with colour variation down one edge. See screenshot1 vote -

Progress Bar freezes when clicking on Menu Bar
While saving or exporting, the progress bar can be frozen by clicking on any option (File, Edit, etc) in the Menu Bar and leaving the drop down open.

Character Styles and Color Picker
Assigned a color value of #c0c0c0 to a Character Style. Selecting the same text and then checking the color in the Color Picker returns a hex value of #bfbebe. Ideas?

Pixels out of alignment when copied from library
I'm currently rebuilding over 1,500 icons which need to be pixel-perfect and have certain badges that we're using a library for.
The icons are being made as symbols so we can edit the symbol and then on artboards, it's resized to the required icons we need.
Illustrator won't allow a linked graphic from the library, so I have to place a copy. As per image, when placing a link, the pixels line up as per design. When placing a copy, it moves the design around and ***** things up, making it not perfect. When I either place a copy or…

CMD + D keys not working, and unable to rotate and copy object multiple times around object
Trying to rotate object multiple times around a circle, but CMD + D not working. Also when using rotation box, after clicking 'copy', command box automatically exits without even clicking OK and i'm taken back to drawing board without being given option to copy object again.

layer
The layers panel does not work. You cannot turn layer visibility on or off. Even enable / disable the panel itself. It is necessary to correct this error!

All new & existing .PDF registering file type as only .AI
System: MacOS High Sierra
All documents regardless if they're saved as and appearing as .PDF have now all changed so under 'file type' it classes them as Adobe Illustrator Documents meaning you can only view these in AI rather than a basic PDF view.
This also affects the ability to view PDF after creation as it doesn't pop up like previously.
This wasn't the case previously it has just changed for me today.

Adobe Fonts dont sync properly with Typekits fonts purchased.
My synced fonts don't show up in Illustrator. These are fonts that have been syncs for months. Restarting Illustrator does nothing. Unsyncing and resyncing fonts on Typekit does nothing

iMac pro
I use a new iMac pro 8 core 32gb. The of Illustrator performance is terrible. I design simple logos (some rectangles and a couple of words) black and white, no pictures, no imported stuff. 4 different Font weights.
After about 15 min of working everything starts to get a really long lag and becomes almost unusable.
I can't believe that this is possible. This is going on for several days. I did several restarts. All the other software I use runs amazing. UI is crazy slow. Commands take forever to execute.

brush pressure lag
the new update makes the brush with a calligraphic pressure sensitivity lag on the beginning of the stroke. it makes it next to impossible to get a clean start to the line.

The masking isn't behaving as normal in illustrator CC. I'm not sure if something is amiss on my end, but my standard workflow isn't giving me the results I'm expecting.

Color Reduction Options reset after restart (keep Preserve White and Black checked)
- MacOS 10.13.5 / AI 22.1
- changing "Colors" to all, untick "Preserve" White and Black
- I expected these options to be saved and the same after a restart of AI
- after starting AI "Colors" are always reset to "Auto", "Preserve White" and "Black" is always ticked
Some of the color reduction options are always reset after restarting AI, e.g. "Colors" will always revert back to auto and "Preserve" white and black will always be ticked.
Colorize method on the other hand will stick.
This is like this since at least a couple of versions, also on Windows 10 with AI 22.14 votes -
Grey blocks trailing
Using Mac OS Mojave
Version 10.14.1When I move an object within the art board, the area following it gets grayed out. If I zoom in our out, the greyed out area disappears. It's been happening ever since the 2019 update. I've attached a video screen shot.

sig malfunction
When exporting a svg for screens the height and width tag has gone missing in the exported svg-file so the appear in odd sizes in my projects – I worked in the pro version og ai – whish I hadn't upgraded :)
