I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Illustrator menus won't scale down on external monitor for Lenovo Yoga
I am running Illustrator 2018 on my new Lenovo Yoga laptop. I am using external monitors and when using Illustrator on those external monitors, the menu's are bloated as if they were still retaining the "touch enabled" versions rather than the standard desktop versions. This is very annoying and I would greatly appreciate a fix. Thank you.

Illustrator freezes all the time
I am not able to use Illustrator at all. I have updated to the 2018 version. Every time I want to create new project or open existing one the program freezes. No matter if I have GPU Performance option on or off.

Join tool still drops selection.
It was reported already and reported as fixed, but in 2018 CC the bug is back, Join tool drops selection every time after it was used not allowing consequent connections without reselecting the whole curve every time.

Certain font styles are missing, like Montserrat Bold, Arial Bold, Myriad Condensed, etc.
I have ITC FrizQuadrata installed. This font family has 4 styles: normal, italic, bold and bold italic.
AI CC2017 does show all four.
CC2018 shows only one — 'ITC'.It doesn't show it when you type family name, it doesn't show other styles in drop-down style list.
If I copy/paste text with needed font family style from 2017 to 2018, AI will show me two identical font names but two different preview near them (and again no italics).-

Can't get rid 0.001
In the file, width of the clipping mask should be 550pt but it only stuck in 550.001pt. Want an explanation for this.
I could only create another rectangle in this case. But sometimes happened on some complicated shapes which was quite exhausted.

環境設定の変更が反映されなくなった
バージョン21.1.0
環境設定を変更した際に設定が反映されなくなりました。
・一般/キー入力の単位と角度の制限
・単位/一般と線
の設定を変えていたところ起きた事態です。線を描画する際に何度か角度を変える必要がありましたので、15分間くらいのうちに何回か設定の変更をしましたところ、途中から反映されなくなりました。
(角度の固定を30度や45度や0度に変更していたところ、0度にしても30度で固定されたままになりました)Illustratorを再起動したところ、解決しました。

Selecting multiple objects with different opacities incorrectly reports their opacities as 0%
AI CC 2018 - MacOS Sierra
When selecting multiple objects with two different opacities (say one square at 80% and another at 40%) it reports their value as 0%.1 vote -

graphic style library don't load at startup
Hello,
Even with the option "persistent" ticked, custom graphic Style libraries don't reopen automatically.

Illustrator 22.0.1 not opening in High Sierra
I (foolishly) updated to High Sierra last night. Now Illustrator won't open. Clicking on the icon, all I get is this:

Type reverting & doing all sorts of weird things
The new Illustrator's type feature behaves strangely. The font reverts to the 1 I chose previously when I do some things such as discard the Offset Path setting I've set for it it in the Appearance Panel.

Kerning Font Characters (Letters) Causes Cursor to Jump Around
While kerning letters in a statement, each time I press the up arrow to give more space or to press the down arrow to shrink space between letters, the cursor jumps to the second line in some random spot. I have to move the cursor back each time I press the up arrow and down arrow. This is definitely a bug.

My text is being converted automatically to shapes
I am working on a project (wordle project) and I have a layer where I put text; Every time I open the file after I had saved it, I find the new text converted to shapes :s. This is so frustrating.

A large triangular glitch renders on canvas when selecting and moving objects
Tried working on a new artboard to learn interface and immediately started getting this problem - this happens when I select an object and try to move it. Then I am unable to move anything properly. I have been unable to find any settings that may have caused this. I uninstalled and reinstalled and have received this same problem on different files and art boards.
A triangular cut out that appears on the artboard and causes the objects to malfunction when manipulated.If I try to create something new, it disappears and then shows up again.

Can't expand toolbar icons
Working in 22.0.1 on Mac OS 10.12.6, I can no longer expand a tool to use a hidden alternate, unless I use a keyboard shortcut. When holding down on the mouse button to select, nothing happens.

Smooth Tool | Selection
A small bug, but it has been driving me crazy:
When you have, let's say the Sharper Tool selected, and you click on a path wanting to switch to the Smoothen Tool, when you do that, it unselects the object you chose, and you have to switch back to Selection, Select the object again and switch back one more to the smoothen tool.
