  1. Graphics do not show when document is opened, only in preview

    When I open a document with several artboards that was created in the 2019 edition of Illustrator I can see all images in the preview - but when I open the document there are only empty artboards. How can I avoid recreating all my artwork?
    My Illustrator is updated to the latest edition and the technicians have deleted all previous versions. My computer has 16 GB RAM, x-64 and runs the Windows 10 pro.

  2. Items cannot be centered in artboard

    I am selecting an artboard. Then selecting my item. When I try to center them using Horizontal/Vertical Align Center, my item completely ignores my artboard (and any other artboard for that matter) and positions itself randomly.

    Version 25.0

    This feature is essential for us since we need to center dozens of icons for export.

  3. Repeat not showing in object menu

    The repeat is not showing in the object menu at all. I am updated and I even went to beta, both are not pulling up the repeat button for my adobe

  4. NEGATIVE OFFSET PATH HAS FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON STOPPED WORKING

    I dont have an idea but i have the problem:
    It will work for a shape, such as circle by making a smaller circle, however if i type a word -> type - create outlines -> go to path - offset path and select a negative value it just duplicates the same shape with same thickness and i cannot find a way around it

  5. Consistence in editing common values

    E.g. when two HSB colors voth have 100% saturation, a selection containing those objects should allow to edit their saturations simultaneously.

    But Ai leaves the field empty - as if the values where different.

  6. This operation cannot complete because there isn't enough memory (RAM) available.

    i'm getting this message "This operation cannot complete because there isn't enough memory (RAM) available." I have 64GB Ram and NIVIDIA RTX 3090GPU , it happens when I tried to rotate a shape that has "free from gradient" and inner glow effect with clipping mask.

    I'm using AI version (25.0)

  7. The new version is terribly slow

    The new ver is very slow. Its taking too long to move objects in a fie, which is pretty heavy 200MB

  8. Exporting from AI to Jpg/PNG - Thin line at bottom of photo.

    When exporting and AI file (Logo in this case) to a JPG/PNG format from AI, each image had a thin black line at the frame of the image on the bottom. There was nothing on the artboards that would have caused this. I had to open the exported images in photoshop and remove the line manually. Image attached.

  10. Overprint bug. Overprint check stays on

    Overprint check stays on, even when overprinting object is deselected. This causes confusion when printing.

  11. New Layer button change now inserts new layer BELOW active layer

    With the addition of the button for adding a new Sub Layer, the current button for adding a New Layer now adopts the same behavior of adding a layer BELOW the current active layer, opposite to what was legacy behavior before.
    I checked, and dragging a layer to the New Layer button to make a copy still deposits the new layer copy ABOVE the current active layer, so something isn't right with the new change.

    That said, nice new option I didn't realize was there in the New Sub Level button, convenient, thank you.

  12. Lost extra Pantone Colours after Illustrator 2021 update

    I have registered a Pantone booklet and downloaded the PANTONE colour manager to gain the extra missing Pantone swatch colours. This was working fine but after the 2021 update I have lost them.

    I have tried going back into the Pantone Colour Manager and re-updating the newest colour books I want (PANTONE Solid Coated-V4 and PANTONE+ Solid Coated-336). But the Applications to apply them to as options are only InDesign and Photoshop. If I click the + button below to Add Illustrator to the list, it says I have to click the Browse button and locate the Illustator.exe file. I…

  14. Previews Stop Functioning.

    After Illustrator has been open and multiple files are open on tabs the previews on the artboards stop functioning. Opening new files don't function correctly either.

  15. Objects stuck in RGB colour space in a CMYK document

    I'm working on a print document in CMYK and reusing some elements from a file created in RGB. When I go to change the colour of the text for example in the new CMYK doc it refuses to let me change the object to CMYK.

    For instance, I want the text to be 85% K but whenever I input these swatch values it automatically switches back to RBG (R77 G77 B79).

    This has been happening in Illustrator on my desktop for months, it's something I run into almost daily even after updating the software.

  17. Fonts dropdown is not showing any fonts

    My font dropdown is no longer displaying any fonts, I updated to the most recent version. While researching it looked like this was an issue a few years ago...did this issue come back again or is mine broken?

  18. AI v25 causes error message at launch of Illustrator

    AI update is causes an error on launch. message box can be dismissed and program continues, but it should not happen. Rebooted machine, but it continues to happen, can I go back to AI 2020?

  19. Must Sign In EVERY TIME we open the app!

    Folks,

    Within the past several weeks (and never before) we have to re-Sign-In every time we open an app! Even if we close it for 30 minutes and re-open, we have to re-enter our email and fetch our password.
