New Document dialog window always coming up blank now
It was working at first, but now when I try to create a new document I just get a completely blank dialog box. When I mouse over areas of the box, the pointer turns from arrow to text input cursor or clicky-finger depending where in the window I am, which implied that everything is there, but not visible. To confirm this, I clicked on where I knew my favourite preset to be and hit return, and it created the right kind of new document.
So the dialog comes up, but doesn't display anything even though it's all there to interact with

Since the issue is resolved after updating the drivers, so marking it as Resolved.
If you still face the issue even after updating drivers please send me an email on anish@adobe.com

Not really - I updated the nvidia drivers and it didn't make a difference - the only reason I'm not experiencing the problem is that I am now working on a different machine, so the problem was never resolved (unless you advise anyone suffering this problem to replace their computer?)

Wow, good job I didn't wait for an answer. Nine months. Blimey.
I am working on a different machine now, so am not facing the issue any more. -

I updated my NVIDIA drivers and controller software. This didn't help by default but I adjust the 3D processing associated with individual programs in NVIDIA and I can get it working. I have a similar problem, fixed the same way, with After Effects. This is still an ongoing annoyance since NVIDIA doesn't appear to save my settings.

I had this problem and solved it by updating the video card driver. You cah use 3dp chip for this. I hope this helps.

I have the same problem and it's really annoying! Did you already found a solution perhaps? A solution you can try is going to Edit > Preferences > General and checking "Use Legacy "New Document" Interface".
