New document (File > New) window is blank/black/empty
File>New box is completely black. I cannot do anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling without effct.

Nur, meanwhile you can revert to legacy New window in Preferences > General. It won’t fix that one, but it will allow you to work.

When I click file -> New, the interface show like this, no information about paper options. Please, how to fix it?

I tried to open a new doc in Illustrator and get a blank window! Have tried different ways to restore but to no avail.

When I select new document icon. The new document pop opens up but its fully blac.
