2. Mouse scrolling

   Mouse wheel scrolling is almost non-responsive.

   Whether I want to scroll up or down, or zoom using the alt key, the mousewheel is almost non-responsive. Only scrolling 1 or 2 frames for every 6-10 mouse wheel scrolls.

   Mouse wheel scroll works fine on Photoshop and Indesign. Only Illustrator presenting this issue

3. export directory

   "Export as" exports to the parent directory, rather than the selected directory. This appears to happen more often if the target directory is created from within the dialogue.

4. Bezier Curves break on circles when compounding shapes.

   1) Windows 10, Illustrator 23.0.3(64bit)
   2) Experienced a bug while compounding a shape into a circle, this managed to break the Bezier curve. This became an issue with a plot cutter slicing from one point to another in graphics production. The issue can be seen when compounding a shape. After using the pathfinder to minus a shape, two live corner appear in the center of the selection. When pulled the live corners on the circle create angled points.

5. fill not aligned with path

   Paths not aligned to fill or actual graphic on Illustrator 23.0.3 (CC 2019).

   Not sure when it happens or how but it will randomly not move the fill with the path lines. Changing the colour or selecting some edges of the path will make it bounce to the correct position.

   The file will print with the fill moved.

   Once it is corrected it you can't undo problem without reopening the file that is saved like this.

   My best guess and only thing I have noticed different about this paths that are wrong is it has a overprint fill turned on. Turning that off also corrects it but almost doing anything corrects it.

   I attached a AI with the problem.

6. Screen Mode/Application positioning bug

   On Windows 10. Toggling the screen mode does produces UI rendering bugs. But also I am entirely unable to get back to a windowed view, or move the window by any means (either dragging or the menu option behind the logo)

7. Zoom Blur gets cutoff.

   At high amounts, the blur effect from zoom blur gets cut off (specifically with text, whether the text is rasterized or not. I haven't tested other shapes). It's related to the "add x amount of space around objects" setting (though no number actually fixes it. It is easy to see when you compare the effect in Illustrator to the effect in Photoshop.

   You guys really need to work on Illustrator's effect system. It's the one thing no other vector app has, but some things don't work or aren't effective because we have less control than we do in Photoshop.

   P.S. I also can't change the color of the Neon Glow effect in Effect Gallery.

8. Option+Drag with Artboard tool to duplicate Artboard copies art twice and drags places in the opposite direction

   When I Option(Alt)+Drag to duplicate an artboard. Illy places another copy of the boards artwork on the opposite side of the original artboard.

   It's happening in Illustrator CC 2019 (23.0.3)
   I'm on a 2017 iMac running:
   MacOS Mojave 10.14.4

9. Saving as PDF with no editing capabilities should not allow you to edit

   Currently, if you are working on an AI file, and then choose File / Save as / PDF (and select PDF output options that have NO editing capabilities), once the PDF is saved it then remains open.
   The bug is, that although the PDF is set with no editing capabilities - the file will still allow you to make changes and add items outside the Artboard area.
   The problem with this is that once you save and close. if you open the file again - there is no way to access the content outside the Artboard area.
   So you could spend hours editing content outside the Artboard and then successfully save and close the file, without receiving any warning that you will lose content.
   Solution: I suggest that if a file is saved as a non-editable PDF, that it should provide some type of warning either during post-save editing, or when trying to click a subsequent Save - that the content is not going to be usable.

10. Tilde shows up in text box

    Illustrator CC 23.0.3 Precision 5820 Tower,Intel Xeon W2102
    16 GB RAM, 64 bit, Win 10 Pro

    Working with any text box, the tilde character shows up at insertion point. Even if no typing is happening.

11. illustrator 23.0.3 crashes every I use eyedropper tool.

    illustrator 23.0.3
    crashes consistently using eyedropper tool.
    Mac Mojave operating system, ver 10.14.4
    IMAC pro 3.2 ghz processor intel xenon.

    point sample crashes every time
    3 point average crashes almost every time
    5 pt sample crashed after 3rd time using tool.

12. Mobile Adobe Draw open in Desktop App (AI) does not work

    Opening in Adobe Desktop Apps does not work in iOS Adobe Draw. There is the option to save as a PSD in cloud files, but NOT to save as an AI. Highly disappointing for tablet integration.

    Also, two finger gestures are slow and interpret commands poorly.

13. illustrator when I try to type something it is shown with some prepared text

    when i try to click the T button to creat new text, it is shown already made some text example with has tag. This has tag is hidden and if I click "show hidden character" it is shown with # . Can I start with completely blind text function without this suggested pre-made alphabet arrangement looks like some word (but doesn't make sense, it is just look like preview of the text).

14. Selection tool automatically nudging object when clicked.

    When (v) or (a) are used and a vector line or object are clicked on with the mouse, the object automatically jumps/nudges right. Multiple clicks produces multiple jumps/nudges.
    The problem will stop for a period of time after reboot but begins again.

15. Typing French

    I am having an issue typing French accents in Illustrator. For some reason the accents are not appearing above the letter but beside it. ê is how it should look but in illustrator the accent would be to the left of the e. Am i doing something wrong? option + i then the letter... etc

16. HDTV 1080 preset has a PAR of 1.33

    When the HDV 1080 and HDTV 1080 document presets were combined the HDTV pixel aspect ratio never changed from 1.33 to 1. The HDTV 720 has the proper square PAR, but the 1080 still has the old HDV one. This is only a cosmetic issue, as it affects the AI ruler, but not the shapes created or when art is imported into after effects, but it is still wrong when you're trying to measure distances using the Guide Ruler.

18. Huge glitch

    I'm working on a Windows 7 in Illustrator version 23.0.1

    The very first time I opened the program the file had a big cutout in a triangular shape, and clicking anywhere on the document or even just moving the mouse around causes it to glitch further by adding random colours to the document and displacing the objects in the document.

    After the first time this happened I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that didn't work. I also just updated to the newest version of Illustrator today but that also didn't work.

20. ALIGN not working correctly in Illustrator 23.0.3

    Ever since the latest update for Illustrator (23.0.3) Align does not work correctly. I've got 3 items selected; I click on the Align tab; use the "Align to" dropdown box and select "Align to Selection"; then click the "Horizontal Distribute Space" icon - but it distributes it across the page instead of just the THREE ITEMS I've selected.
    I've noticed other align issues over the last week or so but cannot give details like I did above because today I stopped my work so I can come out here an list my problem.
    There are so many bugs and issue with little things that used to work correctly. It is so frustrating for someone who spends their day working in this program. It makes my work go so much slower and just creates frustration.
