2. Dimensions (globally) do not display accurately after recent update to v25.0.1 - CRITICAL ERROR

   I'm experiencing a critical issue that has me halted on a current project. This occurred after recently updating Illustrator to 25.0.1. I've been working on a file with precise dimensions for all shapes and lines, and suddenly dimensions for all shapes and lines are globally incorrect (or are displaying as such). After typing in exact dimensions for creating a rectangle with the rectangle tool, a "10 mm x 10 mm" square becomes "10.1764 mm x 10.1764 mm". This is a critical error, and has halted me from continued work on my current project. Expedited help is greatly appreciated.

   Update: I just checked another machine with Illustrator v25.0.0, and all dimensions display accurately. Looks like the culprit lies in Illustrator update 25.0.1.

   Update: I reverted back to Illustrator 25.0.0, and Reset Preferences which brought back the correct display of dimensions. I'll wait until there's a fix to version 25.0.1 before updating.

3. Crashing when trying to save file

   Sometimes when I'm trying to save my progress on a file, it crashes and doesn't create a recovered file or anything. I've lost a lot of work.

4. Decimal points added to values - Precision issues

   I am operating on Windows 10 and just updated to Ilustrator 24.3.

   I am having all kinds of massive issues with precision when working in files created between Illustrator 24.1 and the most recent update at 24.3. When I create text and set the point size, I'll come back later to find that it is "48.002 pts" and that the horizontal scale is at "99.9987%" and it is no longer aligned at x: 1 in., y: 1 in., but has moved to "x: 1.005 in" and "y: .9998 in." This happens will all kinds of objects, not just text. The values are changing and shifting even if I try resetting them or typing in exact values.

   I don't have pixel snapping or anything like that on, and it only happens with files created during that time period, even after resaving them in the updated 24.3. Are these files doomed to be broken forever?

5. Contents of CC Libraries panel shrinks when Cmd +/- used

   The panel with all the swatches and assets I have saved will suddenly shrink as if I hit Cmd +/-. This mainly happens in illustrator but has happened in InDesign and Photoshop as well. Then I wont be able to click into or out of the libraries tab or accurately select what I want in the library as well.

6. Fonts dropdown is not showing any fonts

   My font dropdown is no longer displaying any fonts, I updated to the most recent version. While researching it looked like this was an issue a few years ago...did this issue come back again or is mine broken?

7. Shortcut keys not shown or working for items in Object menu and in other menus

   Many but not all shortcut keys are not shown in the Object menu or operate as in previous version! This is a major setback for my type of work. Can't quickly Group/Ungroup, Zoom, UNDO, Copy, Paste, change stacking order, other functions. Browsing the menus shows only a few shortcut keys. Same in all workspaces. Please put them back as in the previous version!

10. Masque Illustrator

    Bonjour,
    Jusqu'à présent quand on créait un masque sur un objet, la visualisation se faisait en temps réelle. Je travaillais sur le masque de l'objet et je voyais le résultat. Maintenant je dois obligatoirement passer par la visualisation (option clic sur le masque) puis revenir sur l'objet pour voir le résultat de mon masque.
    Autant dire que cela limite grandement son utilisation.
    Du coup je suis revenu à la version 2020 qui fonctionne très bien.
    Config système dans le fichier joint.

11. Can't save a file as PDF due to Courier font licensing issue

    Get this message when trying to save file as PDF

    The font Courier could not be embedded in the PDF document because of licensing restrictions. Stroked text will not be visible.

12. Illustrator und Mac M1 funktioniert nicht zusammen

    Ich arbeite als Designerin und verwende Illustrator um die 4 Stunden täglich. Seid dem ich auf einen Mac mit M1 Prozessor umgestiegen bin habe ich folgende Probleme: Es dauert extrem lange das Program zu öffnen, Dateien zu speichern und Dateien zu Exportieren. Zudem hängt sich der ganze Computer regelmäßig auf, wenn Illustrator geöffnet ist.

13. CC Library funktioniert nicht mit MBP 13" Apple Silicon

    Ai gibt die Fehlermeldung, dass Elemente aus der Library nicht gefunden werden können und neu verknüpft werden müssen. Diese Elemente sind aber vorhanden. Neu in ein Dokument gezogene Library-Elemente werden sofort nach dem Platzieren als fehlerhaft markiert. Das gleiche Dokument, gleiche Library, gleiche Illustrator-Version auf einem anderen Mac (Intel) unter Catalina funktioniert tadellos. Reproduzierbar nur auf dem M1 MBP unter Big Sur.

14. Befehl "Speichern" wir von Befehl "Speichern unter" abgebrochen

    Mojave 10.14.6
    Illustrator 2021

    Seit dem letzten Update stoppt Illustrator das Speichern (Cmd+S) ohne jegliche Warnung, wenn man vor Ende des Speichervorgangs "Speichern unter" (cmd+shift+S) wählt.

    Das ist wahnsinnig riskant, da man im Grunde IMMER gleich nach dem Speichern ein PDF mit "Speichern unter" erzeugt. Ich habe mittlerweile an die 10 Dateien so verloren... bis mir der Fehler aufgefallen ist.

15. Everytime I open Illustrator the toolbars are missing

    Everytime I open Illustrator the toolbars are missing, even if I redefine the mode (classic, essentials, layout) they still don't appear. So everytime I have to go to window and add manually, which works, but if I close I have to do it all over again.

16. Scaling an illustration with grouped guides, the guides do not scale anymore with (V) tool CC2020

    This morning it worked fine but this evening it didn't work anymore. I reinstalled illustrator CC2020 twice. Please can you fix this problem? It is not about CMND+SHIFT+B and I don't want to use the (S) Scale tool. So please can you fix this problem asap.

17. Text tool crashes version 25.x

    In version 25.0x and later, every time I draw a text box, Illustrator hangs. After it catches up with itself, I'm left with a text box that I can't access -- if I click on it, Illustrator hangs again. It's unusable.

    I had to uninstall and go back to 24.3.

18. Additional Plug-ins folder preference ignored

    On Macos X with Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 (25.1), the preference "Additional Plug-ins Folder" in the Plug-ins & Scratch Disks section is not handled correctly.
    When I'm trying to change it, this preference is not set when the application is restarted. The option is enabled but the path is empty.
    This behaviour prevents Illustrator to load my plug-ins

19. Save for Web Preview

    This has bugged me for a very long time. When exporting, often the image looks like it will be missing a pixel width along the edge unless you increase the image size to go over the artboard vs. exactly fitting the artboard.
    I check the dimensions of the art and, for example, it's 1920x1080 perfectly aligned in the corner at x=0 and y=0, yet you can see the missing pixel along the left edge. And, if I export it, it indeed is missing the pixel.
