  1. Free Distort and Perspective Distort don't appear in the Free Distort tool panel

    Free Distort and Perspective Distort don't appear in the Free Distort tool panel. They aren't anywhere in the tools menu, I really can't find them.
    How can i fix it? I'm using Illustrator 2023 27.7v

  2. Exporting svg file with preserve editing capabilities checked issue

    I have a doc with multiple artboards. when I export the SVG file, I select the individual artboard and export like usual, but recently it's been exporting the entire doc, with all the other artboards as well. even previewing doesn't show all of the boards, I can only tell when I open the SVG file back up or look at the file size.

  4. コピーできてない

    win11　最新CCを使用

    切り取り（ctl+X）をペースト(ctl+v)しているが
    切り取りしたもの自体がなくなります（クリップボードに取れていない？）
    貼り付けがスカされます。

    切り取りしているので、コピーし忘れではない。
    このデータがおかしいのか、アップデートのせいなのか
    PCがおかしいのか不明

    改善お願いします。

  5. Smart Guides do not work properly in large documents

    I don't know if this is a recent problem with the 2023 version on Illustrator, but when I'm working on very large documents, smart guides simply do not work. I have to zoom really close to be able to snap and align this correctly. I believe that the behavior of such functionally should be scalable and independent of zoom levels.

  7. All menu item shortcuts are grayed out

    Illustrator 2023, v27.7
    MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
    Wacom intuos pro
    Apple Magic Mouse

    at some point, all the shortcut menu items became grayed out...I can USE the actual shortcuts like CTRL+X and CTRL+V
    i can select the commands in the menu and get them to work...but it's weird... not sure if it is associated with other weird behaviors like not being able to select and move an object?

  8. Illustrator (still) cannot read TIF files.

    When can we remedy this? I cannot open or place a TIF file in Illustrator 27.6.1. The error message is the file is an unknown format and can't be opened.

    There are reports on this page still open from 2021. When will this be fixed?

    I have several TIFs from a museum to lay out for printing and I'm having to individually bring them all in to photoshop and export them as a different format.

  9. Rotate around a circle changes colours and appearance

    When rotating around a center point on some angles the colours and shapes change of their own volition.

  10. Arrow keys just stop working in Illustrator 2023 Mac

    Since the last update to 27.7 on my Mac (Monterey 12.6.7), the arrow keys just stop working, andI have to quit and relaunch Illustrator to get them to work again.

  11. Se me cierra illustrator de manera inesperada y pierdo todos los cambios realizados

    Se me cierra illustrator y pierdo el trabajo de mas de 4 hs, aún habiendo guardado el archivo en pdf. No se porque no reconoce todos los cambios y se cierra automáticamente sin informar ningun error. Tengo windows 10

  12. File on cloud didn't save before crash

    I was editing a file from my cloud when suddenly it crashed. When i opened the Illustrator again , it says that the file was last edited 24 days ago , but i worked on it 7 days ago too.

    Windows 11 , Adobe Illustrator 27.7

  13. Bug deletou todo o arquivo que estava salvo no pc anteriormente

    Eu estava trabalhando no arquivo há 6 horas, salvando tranquilamente, quando transformei em traçado uma imagem tudo ficou branco como se tivesse deletado tudo. Fechei e abri de novo sem salvar, quando o arquivo abriu veio todo em branco.

  14. Tool bar and windows not visible on start up

    Illustrator doesn't show any toolbars/widows when it is starting up. Also, it's not possible to create a new document.

  16. SVG export Illustrator 27.6.1 and 27.7 not created

    Bonjour,

    Dans les versions 27.6.1 et 27.7 sur PC Windows 10, quand j'exporte mon fichier en utilisant Fichier>Exporter pour les écrans, je n'ai aucun fichier SVG créé. Rien.

    J'ai réinstallé la version 27.5 et çà marche.

    In versions 27.6.1 and 27.7 on Windows 10 PC, when I export my file using File>Export for screens, I have no SVG file created. Nothing.

    I reinstalled version 27.5 and it works.

  17. Save Each Artboard to a Separate File - thumbnails are incorrect.

    When using the option during Save to save each artboard to its own file, the thumbnails for each of the individual files shows all the artboards instead of the the artboard being saved.

    Details of your operating system:
    Windows 11, Nvidia RTX A2000 12gb GPU, i7-12700 CPU, 64G memory

    The version of Adobe Illustrator (desktop):
    27.7

    Save a multiple artboard file using the option discussed above.

  18. 右クリック時のコンテクストメニューがズレる（クリック点を起点とぜず、離れた位置に表示される）

    Mac M2Pro(Mac14,12) , Ventura v13.4.1, Ai2023(27.6.1), 4Kモニタ(27inc,3200x1800表示)

    新規でAi2023(27.6.1)をインストールしたのち表題の現象が起きる。その他のバージョンのAIはインストールしていない。
    環境設定をリセットすると直るが、改めて環境を設定してしまうと同じ現象がおきる。環境設定内の何かしらの項目が悪さしてそうですが一つ一つは検証していません。
    27.7のアップデートが来ていましたのでアップデートしましたが変わらず。

    追加：Ai2023をアンインストールしてAi2022バージョンも試しに入れてみましたが、同じくなにかしら環境設定をしてしまうと設定クリアするまではズレたままです。

    OSシステムのディスプレイ設定で2560x1440に変更してみたりなど試しましたが改善しませんでした。

  19. Charter font is misrendered at small sizes

    The Italic version of the Charter font that comes standard on macOS is misrendered at small sizes by several Adobe programs, including Illustrator and Acrobat.

    Steps to reproduce on macOS:

    1. Create some text in a new document, ideally including the character "A"
    2. Set the typeface of the text to Charter Italic
    3. Simply zoom out until the "A" is shown with obvious artefacts. Zooming in again resolves the issue. See attached screenshot of the same text rendered at larger and smaller sizes, for comparison.

    Notes:

    This affects not just the "A" character, but it's the most noticeable with it. Notably, it…
