    Adobeクラウドに保存していたものを開くと「プレビューを終了できません。指定した処理を実行できませんでした」というポップアップが出てしまい、保存していたものがモノクロになってしまって編集もできない。クラウドの一覧で見ると正常そう。

  2. Bug Graphic Display Corruption Issue (Pixel Artifacts on Screen Only)

    Illustrator 30.1 (64bit)

    We are experiencing a display issue when opening RGB graphic files. The content appears corrupted on screen, showing scattered or smeared pixel artifacts.

    In some cases, the issue is reduced or temporarily disappears when zooming in/out or scrolling the canvas. However, the problem is purely visual and does not affect the actual file data.

    When the file is saved or printed, the output is correct and shows no abnormalities.

  3. Rotating an object with 3D Extrude & Bevel causes pixelation in v29.8.2

    I don't know if any user has raised this before, but the 3D Extrude and Bevel in Illustrator (29.8.2) has an issue. When trying to manipulate an object by rotating it, the object completely pixelates as it is adjusted. It's impossible to ascertain the positioning as it just becomes a massed blob of pixels whilst I am trying to position it. Whether positioning it manually, or by using the X,Y, Z sliders, the problem still persists. Zooming in doesn't work either (the pixellation just increases in size).   5. Color blindness proof preview kills GPU, requiring restart

    Steps to recreate:
    Create a new document. Proof setup > Color Blindness (any type) > Proof Colors. Zoom in or out. The screen flashes and GPU preview if now off. It can not be re-enabled even if you disable Proof Colors. Restarting illustrator is required to get back GPU preview.

  6. This file will not allow viewing in GPU mode on my computer. It works fine on other computers.

    Apple M2 Max Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2023 OS 15.6 (24G84)

    Using Illustrator 29.7.1

    Upon opening this file (attachement wouldn't work - please provide another way to transfer) I can not use GPU mode no matter what I do. I tried reinstalling all of Creative Cloud, and then completely wiped my computer and started fresh. The file is still glitchy. It seems to only happen on my computer. Colleagues do not have an issue with the file. Happy to provide the packaged file, just can't upload zip here.

  8. Artboard Borders / Guides / Grid Disappear when Scrolling/Panning

    When I scroll or pan with the scrollbars or the hand tool the black border of the artboards disappear. This is super annoying as I keep my canvas white, so when I'm moving around the canvas, I can't see where the artboards are until I release the hand tool.

  9. I can't see any shapes I have created inside and outside the artboard, even when I have not selected any preview options

    I am not able to see any shapes, I created inside and outside the artboard. I made sure that none of the preview options are selected, still after zooming in and out whole shapes are disappearing from the illustrator software.

  10. Extremelly laggy experience

    I have i9 14th gen CPU, 64 GB Corsair vengeance RAM , a 5090 RTX.. still my illustrator lags like crazy... It runs 10X smoother in my mac with M1 pro chip and 16GB RAM! This is soo annoying, I loose hours daily because of this lag...

    There is an annoying bug with GPU glitch / flicker / spinning wheel lag while moving artboards (since Illustrator 29.8.3 - 30.0)

    1. Choose artboard tool
    2. Move artboard

    How to fix this?
    (It is absolutely NO option to turn of GPU ussage!)

  13. Black table screen

    With the latest Windows update, every time I open or create a new file, the desktop screen goes black. I tried uninstalling the latest version and reverting to previous versions, and the same thing happens.
    My computer is an HP Pavilion.
    Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics 2.00 GHz.
    Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable).
    System type: 64-bit operating system, x64 processor.

  14. Sudden and constant "Out of GPU memory" error, Ai 29.4

    I am suddenly getting constant "Out of GPU memory" errors, which renders all the graphics in "Outline" view, and crashes Illustrator. It just started occurring today (Wednesday April 23, 2025). Yesterday everything was fine.

    Mac Studio, M2 Max, 64 GB RAM, Sonoma. Ai 29.4

    My CS6 version of Illustrator at home on an old Mac, runs so much better than anything coming out of Adobe ever since this Creative Cloud debacle disaster!

  16. Drop Shadow, Outer Glow, Etc. make the files extremely bloated

    Every time I create a drop shadow or an outer glow now, the thing doesn't render properly on screen (see screenshot), but worst of all that simple addition adds about 500MB to my file size. What's going on?

    M1 MacPro Sonoma
    Ai version 29.3 - though same thing happens with 28, 27 and 26.

    I've also included a simple file - add a drop shadow with about 15px size and save (without compression) and watch the file increase, Also see rendering errors.

  18. 線を細く設定した際の表示バグ

    線の太さを0.001pxなどに設定した場合、設定は出来ているのに実際の線の表示位置と、選択できる線実体の位置にズレが生じます。
    表示限界かとは思いますが、表示できないなら設定も出来なくすべきかと思います。

  20. Illustrator keep blacking out the top part of my artboard.

    My version of Illustrator: 29.5.1 running on Windows 11:
    Keeps blacking out the top portion of my window. I can scroll a little and make it go away, but it sure is annoying and sometimes won't go away.
