  1. Black canvas when creating or opening a document

    When creating a new document or opening an existing document in Illustrator, I get a black screen (see attached). I have to resize the window to be able to work. This is not ok.
    Version 29.1, im using windows 11

  2. Artwork gets drawn duplicated

    Object glitches appearing in Illustrator when using the new 2021 - 25.3.1.
    Happens when moving around and zooming in and out, see attached.

  3. Bitmaps display as vertical lines in GPU Preview in AI 28.5

    Multiple mentions of bitmaps showing as vertical lines. Displays correctly in CPU Preview in 28.5 but is broken in GPU preview. 2023 does not have this problem on the same system.

    When text is flipped (horizontally or vertically) it appears pixelated / rasterized / aliased.

  6. Rendering Issue with Knock Out Group beyond 200% zoom out

    1 background layer, 1 top layer containing 1 text and 1 rectangle grouped together and set as knock out group. A fill is added to the text with opacity 0%, the initial fill is deleted.
    Until I zoom in to 200%, the text is not rendered. Starting from 200% zoom, the text is correctly knocked out from the rectangle.
    Export works as expected.

  7. Severe color shift in GPU Preview when placing images — macOS Sequoia + M4 chip + Illustrator 2025

    I'm experiencing a serious color rendering issue in Adobe Illustrator 2025 on my new MacBook Pro (M4 chip) running macOS Sequoia 15.5.
    When placing or embedding images (JPG/PNG), the GPU Preview mode displays extreme color shifts, making the artwork look completely different from the source image. However, switching to CPU Preview restores correct colors— but the performance becomes noticeably slower and almost unusable for real-time editing.

  8. Pantalla de diseño negra

    Hola, mi problema es que no logro ver el contenido de la pantalla de diseño de Adobe Illustrator 29.0.1, trabajo sobre Windows 11 Pro 24H2 con una laptop Lenovo Ideapad 5 AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz con 16 Gb de RAM. La tarjeta gráfica tiene el AMD software Adrenaline Edición 24.9.1.

  9. Solid black bar 1.5" wide across entire width of screen blocking top part of opened file

    On opening existing file, solid black bar 1.5" wide and across entire screen at top of screen blocks that portion of file. Cannot resize it or delete it. Cannot access that part of file for editing. Was fine 3/30/25 after upgrading Illustrator on that day due to issues of uncontrollable mouse action.

    TEST YOUR PRODUCT BETTER BEFORE RELEASING IT!!!!!

  10. Problemas para presentar pantalla

    Hola, tengo problemas al querer presentar pantalla en Adobe Illustrator (última versión, aunque me estuvo pasando con las últimas 4 actualizaciones). Cuando aprieto Mayús + F o aprieto la opción de Modo presentación, la pantalla se bugea y hace glitches. Desde ya, gracias por su ayuda y atención.

  11. Pasted/embedded images are sporadically appearing or disappearing depending on scroll direction

    When opening an ai file with V29.2 on Windows 11 utilizing a RTX a2000 laptop (Firmware 553.50) embedded and linked images appear and disappear depending on scrolling direction. This renders the program completely unusable. This bug does not appear in V28.7.3

  13. GPUプレビューモードで高解像度２階調の埋め込み画像の表示がおかしくなる。

    macOS13.6.6〜13.6.7
    Illustrator ver.28.5

    再現手順
    1.1200ppi程度のモノクロ2階長画像を用意する。
    2.IllustratorにてGPUプレビューの状態で1.の画像を配置
    3.配置した画像を埋め込むと表示が反転する。

    期待する結果
    埋込前と埋込後で表示がかわらない。

    実際の結果
    埋め込んだビットマップの表示が反転される。

    現状の回避方法
    埋込んだビットマップ画像が存在するドキュメントではCPUプレビューかオーバープリントプレビューで表示を行う。

    これはGPU表示における不具合です。PDF保存などを行うと正常に保存されますが、GPUプレビューが使えない状態というのは作業性が悪くストレスがたまります。

  14. Animated zoom bug (workspace flickers and turns black when in a group)

    1. Windows 11 (latest)
    2. Illustrator 28.3
    3. The screen flickers and turns black using Animated Zoom within a group. If I exit the group (using escape), the screen returns to normal. Animated Zoom works normally as long as I am not within a group.

    The video I've uploaded shows me double-clicking a group to enter it, then using Animated Zoom to produce the flickering and black screen. I hit escape to exit the group, and the screen returns to normal. I then demonstrate that Animated Zoom works correctly when not within the group.

  19. Slow file open when other docs are open. Shows a magenta border. Macbook Pro Apple M3 Max; Sonoma up to date; AI 29.1

    Slow file open when other docs are open. Shows a magenta border. Macbook Pro Apple M3 Max; Sonoma up to date; AI 29.1.

    What's the issue? I have to "command zoom out" to see the file. Or close the other files prior for it to open without stalling and a magenta border.
