  1. déformation d'ouverture PDF dans illustrator

    PC i7 64
    illustrator 25.0 64bit

    ouverture d'un fichier PDF multipage dans illustrator (avec PDF lié coché)
    une fois qu'on veut incorporer, ça déforme les 100% initiaux car quand il est lié il affiche le format du support et quand il incorpore il importe sur le fond perdu.

  2. Saving into a legacy format gives an error when using custom Area Type alignment

    Bug on Area type alignment: An unknown error will occur when you have an area type with other alignment other than top and saving it for a lower version of Ai.

  3. Panels Keep Opening While Using Shortcuts

    Panels on the top of the screen keep opening when I try using tool shortcuts. For example, I'll be on the type tool then want to switch to the move tool but when I hit its shortcut (V) it opens the view panel instead (I get that this one doesn't work if I have type selected but I mean when nothing's selected and I want to arrange my type it opens the view panel instead of changing tools). Not sure if this is a common problem but it never happened until the latest update.

  4. Layers and Artboards tool disappears in sidebar when Illustrator is reopened.

    Every time I open Illustrator the Layers and Artboards tools disappear in my side bar. I have to go to the Window Menu and click on Layers to make it reappear.

  5. impossible to add to graphic styles by dragging from the canvas (version 25.0)

    It is impossible to add an appearance of an object to the Graphic Styles Panel just by dragging it into the Panel. The less intuitive ways do work (click the "New Graphic Style" button on the bottom of the Panel or using the fly-out Menu.

    2021バージョンでもドロップシャドウの効果がグレースケール化するとベタに変換されてしまう。一括グレースケール化が必要な時　オブジェクトが変わってしまうので　困る.....

  10. Gradient colour not following path of curved line

    When I go to colour the gradient after applying it to a thicker curved line a new shape is made and takes the colour and gradient that I chose. This shape appears to be connected by the same anchors as the curve but is just a straight line.

    Do you have the test fil you can share with the team?

    Please remove anything sensitive from it and leave only the shape with the gradient. Do not move it into another doc or make sure it uses the same color mode as the original document does.

  13. Suddenly I can't seem to open or create new files in Illustrator.

    when I tried to launch and run my ai files and trying to create new files, the application will just hang and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-install but the problem is still the same. It was still working fine 2 days ago. I need a solution fast because I have deadlines to meet!

  14. Where is the Polygon tool in Illustrator V24.3???

    Hi Illustrator Team,

    Where did you guys hide the Polygon toold? It is not in the extensive option under Rectangle tools.

    All I am seeing are:-
    Rectangle,
    Rounded rectangle tool
    Ellipse Tool
    Star Tool
    Flare Tool

  15. Alignement of neighboring objects

    Hi, when I used to move my objects on artboard, there used to be lanes and alignments automatically showing me when two objects on the artboard are in alignment with a green line. However, I can't see that feature anymore, it just happened since yesterday. very frustrating. Is this a bug, or is this due to some settings issue?

  16. "Export As..." is generating poor quality images

    Using "Export As" to generate JPG or PNG file is having poor quality results recently, photos look grainy. In order to get the quality that is expected, you now have to go back to using "Save for Web (Legacy)" feature

  17. Trying to apply an opacity mask on an object with a freeform gradient makes it disappear

    I have an object with a freeform gradient and I'm trying to clip that with some text (which has been converted to a shape). Although it seems to work initially, after switching back form mask to the object layer, the object disappears completely.

  18. Illustrator not allowing file saving bug

    The Save or Save As functions aren't working. After going to File and selecting either one, nothing happens. I'm left with work unsaved and at risk of losing. This hasn't happened before and I have been using illustrator perfectly for the last 6 months.

    I have a MacBook Air, macOS catalina version 10.15.5.

    I have Adobe Illustrator 2020.

  19. Display Issue ?

    Having very odd display issues, (see attached files) basically I draw a curved shape in outline, this views correctly, then view it in overprint mode, this views correctly, view it in standard mode and it is awful, I've tried restart/making a new document etc etc, still views awful ????

    please advise..... don't ask me to work in overprint preview as one of my others posts states, that is ridiculously slow.

  20. Keyboard modifiers no longer work with Transform panel

    Up until the latest release of Illustrator, pressing Command-Return after entering a new height or width for an object in the Transform panel would scale it proportionately. This no longer works and pressing Return does nothing if any modifier key is held down. The same is true for holding Option while pressing Return (this used to transform as a duplicate but has not worked for a while). Having to manually turn on the link button or disable it every time is very tedious. According to your own reference pages for keyboard shortcuts in Illustrator it is meant to be working,…
