Libraries panel not loading. Signed in but Creative Cloud Library saying signed out!
Signed into cloud but message in illustrator Libraries panel gives message "to use Creative Cloud Libraries please sign in to Creative Cloud"

 commentedI'm logged into my CC account but as far as Illustrator is concerned, I'm not. So I can't access my assets via Libraries or Adobe Colour Themes.

 commentedHaving the same issue. Creative Cloud open, signed in, up to date, opened Illustrator from there. Illustrator Library says not signed in. I've tried quitting/force quitting from Activity Monitor as suggested in another post, still nothing. Any ideas?!

 commentedI have signed out and in a dozen times, rebooted and Illustrator will not recognized I am signed into my cloud account, so now I cannot access my libraries.
