  1. 「すべてのアートボードを再配置」を間隔がアートボードが隙間なく隣接する形で適用したのちに、アートボードを新規作成すると強制終了する。

    オペレーティングシステム windows 10 Home 19042.1083
    Illustrator 25.4.1

    再現手順：
    1.アートボードを2つ以上作成
    2.アートボードウインドウの「ずべてのアートボードを再配置」にて間隔を裁ち落としが重なる形で、完全に隣接する値で適用する。（裁ち落としが四方3mmであれば、間隔は-6mm)
    3.アートボードウインドウの「新規アートボード」ボタンにてアートボードを作成する。
    4.Illustratorが強制終了する。

    アートボード間に少しでも隙間がある場合は再現せず。当方の環境では同様の手順で例外なく強制終了しました。

    ご報告いただきました問題について検証した結果、以下の条件で Illustrator がフリーズする現象を確認いたしました。

    複数アートボードを再配置する際に、アートボードエリアの間隔を「0mm 以下」に設定し、その後、新規アートボードを追加するとフリーズし応答しなくなる。

    裁ち落としの有無に関係なく、アートボードエリアが重なる設定だと発生します。
    Illustrator ver.25.4.1、ver.24.3 の macOS と Windows の両方で再現いたしました。

    今後、追跡調査を行います。
    開発に進捗がありましたら、こちらでご報告いたします。

  2. Illustratorでpsdを書き出しした時の線上のエラーについて

    Illustrator ver22.1 でpsdファイルに書き出しした時に、添付ファイルのように線上のエラーが発生しました。発生したのはその時だけで再現性はありません。このような状況はたまに発生しています。何か原因があれば教えていただけませんか。

    Photoshop書き出しオプション：
    カラーモード（RGB）解像度（300）統合画像
    アンチエイリアス（なし）ICCプロファイル埋め込みなし
    OS：Windows7　Illustrator ver22.1(x64)

  3. AI 26 667 Mac: SVG export with placed images badly broken (Illustrator 26.0 GM Candidate Build 2)

    Test files at https://files.svija.love/ai26-667-svg-export.zip

    Exporting an Illustrator file with placed images results in an SVG with the images at the wrong Z-index, as well as several copies of the same image.

    Steps to reproduce (see test files):

    • open test.ai
    • save as SVG (see parameters capture)
    • open SVG in Safari — red box is behind PNG image when it should be in front
    • open SVG in TextEdit — there are three copies of PNG image when there should be one

  4. Problemas ao tentar duplicar um artboard

    Hoje comecei a ter problemas ao tentar duplicar um artboard no illustrator, arrastando junto a tecla ALT. O programa está atualizado e mesmo reiniciando-o, o erro permaneceu (imagem 1). Ao tentar copiar e colar, deu outro erro (imagem 2).

  6. Screen bug

    Hi there!
    I recently bought a monitor Dell 27" P2719H and the status bar doesn't appear in the right place as you can see in the attached picture, but on the Dell G3 notebook screen, the status bar works properly.

    Operating system - Win 10 Pro 64 bits
    Illustrator Version - 25.4.1 64 bits
    Monitor - Dell 27" P2719H
    Notebook - Dell G3 15 3500 (Core i7-10750H, RTX 2060, RAM 16GB, 64 bits)

  7. 保存時のエラー

    保存をする時、画面が出きっていない状態で次の動作を押すと必ずエラ〜メッセージが出る。例えば別名保存（コマンド+シフト+S）を実行し、まだ画面に保存先などの指名画面が出ていないうちに、デスクトップ（コマンドD）を押すとエラーになる。

    もう一つ
    保存形式を選んだ後に保存先のフォルダを選ぼうとするとそのフォルダ名が保存ファイル名に勝手になってしまう。

  8. Pen Tool: Close path Changes Handles

    Mac Mojave 10.14.6
    Illustrator 25.4.1

    When drawing with the pen tool, closing paths changes the initial path/handles drawn. This occurs every time the initial point plotted is a "click and drag."

    I tried to upload a screen recording (.mov) but it won't let me.

    Whenever I click on the Text tool and i type a word. it doesn't show. But I see what i type on the layers folder. But the actual artboard it doesn't showup

  10. Imported SVG: y coordinate of coordinate space translation is ignored

    In Illustrator 24.3.2, if I import an SVG file with the instruction
    transform=“translate(x y)”
    the y value reverts to zero when Illustrator displays the artwork.
    This appears to be fixed in version 25.4.1, however I am working with a critical, multi-user workflow, where we are not yet ready to advance to that version...

  11. Illustrator free transform bug.

    When I go to use free transform and I want to resize an object, it switches to rotate instead of resize.

    Compounding this I can be near the object but not close to the transform anchors and it will still register me as click the transform anchor.

    Frustrating as .

  13. Close file when saving as a .PDF

    Close file when saving as a .PDF

    This has been a HUGE problem since you guys changed the way Illustrator handles file saves.
    When you Save As... and save as .pdf the .pdf file remains open and editable. Which if you are in a fast paced environment and forget to close that 'New' file, you are editing a PDF and when you close it out and try to reopen you are now faced with a non-editable Illustrator file (especially if you unselect illustrator compatiblity).

    I have lost DAYS of work doing that one simple task, just so I could email…

  16. crashes opening .ai files

    AI worked fine on Saturday (25 Sep), today the same files crash the program. Update over the weekend? Can AI stop pushing updates that turn the program into a brick? In Alaska, we don't have unlimited bandwidth, we have to pay everytime I am forced to uninstall and redownload/re-install adobe programs for BAD updates. Why do we pay you to be in a constant beta?

  17. Art will not display, instead art flashes occasionally while alternating with an all-white & all-orange pasteboard.

    MacOS 11.3.1
    MacBook Pro 13 Inch M1 2020
    Illustrator 25.4.1

    Illustrator opens fine. however, once I open a document or create a new one, any interaction with the artboard causes the art to disappear and be replaced by flashing color blocks, sometimes white, sometimes orange, sometimes blue, and very occasionally I can see a glimpse of the art if I hold the command key.

    • Switching off GPU acceleration does not make anything better.
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator made the problem less profound. The art looks fine until I try to click on anything, then disappears into a field…

  18. The GPU preview renderer glitches out on distortion meshes when the canvas is rotated.

    See title, really. It might just be on distortion meshes inside of clipping masks; that's where I found it and I didn't bother checking for any further details.

    横向き棒グラフツールの数値の座標軸を変更して
    最大値５００,０００　間隔を７にする

    ３．想定していた結果

    最大値と間隔が正常に表示される

    ４．実際の結果

    最大値の数値と目盛りが表示されない

    ご報告いただきました「棒グラブの座標値の間隔が『7』の場合、座標の最大値が表示されない」問題の再現を確認いたしました。
    間隔が「7」の場合にのみ発生するようです。
    （最大値が「500000」以上で発生しやすいようです）

    今後、さらに検証を進めてまいります。
    開発に進展がありましたら、こちらでご報告させていただきます。

  20. Masking/clipping a sprayed Symbol Set drops performance

    Was working with spraying symbols to create a pattern, and then masking it. Symbol spraying etc, work great, until you mask them (transparency mask or clipping mask) after which any editing of symbols grinds to a halt.

    Even after unmasking, the symbols still cannot be quickly edited.
