There are two types of default colors for effects.
Type A: Default color upon startup.
Type B: Default color is the most recently used color, resetting to Type A upon restart.Type A's default CMYK effect color separation issue occurred from 2020 (24) to 2022 (26), which was resolved in 2023 (27).
Type B has been a long-standing feature, where the default color is the most recent used color, irrespective of the document's RGB/CMYK color mode. This feature itself poses significant issues.

効果のデフォルトカラーには2種類あります。種類A：起動直後のデフォルトカラー
種類B：直近で使ったカラーがデフォルトとなる。再起動するとAに戻る種類AのCMYK効果デフォルトカラー4色割れは2020（24）から2022（26）まで発生。2023（27）で修正されました。
種類Bは昔からの仕様であり、ドキュメントのカラーモードがRGB/CMYKであるかに関係なく、直近に使用したカラーがデフォルトになります。この仕様自体に重大な問題が存在しています。

59 votesThe issue is believed to be fixed in the latest Beta build and is expected to be pushed into the Global Availability build at the end of July.
To ensure this indeed fixes the problem, please install the latest Beta build from CCD app and try to reproduce it, following the steps provided by Ton in a comment within the report.
Please reply back if Beta works for you or not.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

原表記 = 直訳 = 和訳
Arc Lower = 円弧 下 = 上弦
Arc Upper = 円弧 上 = 下弦ワープのこの2つの設定は、上下どちらに円弧ができるかが重要な点です。ユーザーが設定時に注目しているのは、弦ではなく、円弧です。月由来の用語は上下が混乱してしまうので、避けるべきでしょう。

Windows versionWhen creating a composite font, the font does not change even if the font is selected from the pull-down menu. The font cannot be changed from the default setting. Not only the font but also the weight cannot be changed.

Intertwine applied object bug
・In the PDF area of Illustrator format files, applied objects are converted to 72 ppi low-resolution images.
・In the EPS area of Illustrator EPS files, applied objects are converted to 72 ppi low-resolution images.
・In X-4 PDF files, applied objects are converted to 72 ppi low-resolution images.
・In X-1a PDF files, applied objects are lost.Workaround:
1. Select all applied objects.
2. Object > Flatten transparency...
Note that the Acrobat 8 (PDF 1.7) compatible PDF do not work around this problem.----
「クロスと重なり」適用オブジェクトのバグ
・Illustrator形式ファイルのPDF領域で、適用オブジェクトが72ppiの低解像度画像に変換される。

The concern here is not about Type A, but the need for improvements in Type B. When the color of the effect is set to RGB(0,0,0) in RGB mode, it becomes the default color. However, this carries over to CMYK mode, causing the effect's color to be something other than CMYK(0,0,0,100). This situation could be seen as a lack of consideration for the user.

ここでの懸念事項はType Aに関するものではなく、Type Bの改善が必要です。RGBモードで効果の色をRGB(0,0,0)に設定すると、それがデフォルトの色になります。しかし、これがCMYKモードにも引き継がれ、効果の色がCMYK(0,0,0,100)とは異なってしまいます。この状況は、ユーザーへの配慮が不足していると言えるでしょう。
