    Double-digit numbered bullet points are adding additional space after the number. This is happening with certain fonts (adobe and non adobe) as well as certain font sizes.

  2. Copied a guide line and Illustrator crashed

    When I copy a guide line, Illustrator crushes.
    Illustrator app uses all of RAM and CPU source.
    Using Ctrl+C or copy button caused this problem.

    Operating system: Windows 11, 10400+P400, 64GB RAM
    Illustrator version: 27.9 & 27.81

  4. All controls in Print dialog are disabled when printing a new file

    When I create a new doc, the first time I want to print with a predefined print settings, nothing appears cheeked in the window. No previsualization too.
    I must check "Finish" and reprint for having the normal window with all functionality.

  5. Can't open file / The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file

    "Contact the owner for more info"... But I am on the owner of the file!
    People with whom I shared for Edit can also not access.
    I created this file and saved it on the Cloud about 1 year ago. It contains all interfaces for a client's project! It's a huge issue if we cannot recover it!

    Can someone help!

  6. Illustrator 27.9 not functioning even with the most simple tasks 2023

    I get a spinning wheel on the simple task of tipping and trying to move a 4-letter word. The word doesn't follow my cursor. I outlined the word, and I can't move it or duplicate without getting the spinning wheel. I created a simple rectangle and I get the same. Change color, resize, duplicate with keyboard, the same. I closed all other apps, the same. Can't work with the app, it's useless. Please help.

  7. Repeat gizmo (number of repetitions) is invisible when zoomed out

    There’s something a bit inconvenient with the repeat tools: when they are small, you need to zoom in to be able to see the repeat gizmos.
    So, for 5 mins, I was trying to find a way to modify the number of repetitions without knowing I had to zoom closer. I realized that it would be handy to have them in the repeat panel instead of only relying to gizmos.

  8. Colors Get Stuck in the Adobe RGB Color Space When Switching From Adobe RGB to sRGB

    When I change the document color profile from sRGB to Adobe RGB and then back to sRGB, all the colors get stuck in the Adobe color space.

    How to reproduce the problem:

    1) Create an sRGB document with an R: 0 G: 255 B: 0 object.

    2) Assign the Adobe RGB color profile.

    3) Assign the sRGB color profile.

  10. No overprint objects but a dash appears in Attributes panel

    Documents that have no fill or stroke objects set to Overprint show a dash in the Attributes panel checkbox that makes you suspect there is overprint. Confusing, nothing should be checked if nothing is set to overprint. The example show a dash for fill when the image is selected and a faint dash for stroke when the text is selected.

  11. Crashing on First Action in New Artboard

    Program crashing as soon as I perform the first action in a new whiteboard. No warning, report, or otherwise. Just closes. Compatibility report shows no issues:

  12. UI scaling reverts when using a 4K monitor

    I've enabled UI scaling to the second smallest option, and it initially works, but if I open a window from my workspace when the workspace is collapsed into icon view, and then go back to the full workspace view, the UI for the window downscales. Steps to reproduce:

    1. Set UI scaling to second smallest option
    2. Restart Illustrator
    3. Expand Workspace to panels (note UI size)
    4. Collapse Workspace to icons
    5. Click on an icon to open window
    6. Click on the same icon again to collapse the window back to the Workspace
    7. Expand the Workspace to panels again (note UI size for the…

  14. rulers display bug

    I can't exactly say, which update introduced that bug, but Illustrator 2022 did not have it: sometimes (often when multiple documents are opened) the rulers go wild. When scrolling through the document, multiple copies of the rulers cover the whole screen and hide the artwork. We have this issue on both of our machines (iMac an Mac mini running on Ventura)

  15. The layers of my project have disappeared

    The fact is that I was working and when performing an action, all the layers of my workbench were deleted. Neither cntl + Z, nor file recovery, nor the files in data to recover a past version help me.

  18. File get corrupted after save

    Description:
    I was working on the attached file, I saved without any issue and close Illustrator but when I tried to open the file again I get an error informing that "The file was only partially read", when the file is opened all the elements outside the artboards are not shown, and the artboards are not editable

    Illustrator ver. 27.9
    O.S: Windows 11

    1. Open the attached file
    2. Click on the open button
