Rotate axis freezes illustrator
When trying to rotate an object at a different axis point, the arrow button then freezes and won't allow you to drop the axis point to an another area, leaving illustrator to stop working. Not sure if this is a bug in the recent update.

Opacity and location overlaps with gradient bar (Gradient Panel) when expanded state of Gradient panel is docked in workspace
Gradient handles for linear and radial gradient are not responding to user input. Above the gradient input, disabled controls for setting position and opacity of stop are displayed (See screenshot).

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Overprint doesn't work on text with 3D effect
I have to use 3D effect (rotation) for some characters, but the overprint doesn't work when the effect is applied… I have to keep the text option more as possible without vecorizing…

Frequent crash, no crash report , sometimes does not generate recovered file

Illustrator v24 constantly crashes when I try to open a document
The update for the Illustrator 2020 version uploaded and it never opens, it freezes up with a white screen and says not responding. Now my 2019 version is doing the same thing and tells me I don't have enough memory.
I have tried to uninstall all CC apps and reinstall, I have also tried the CC cleaner, no luck.Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz

Graph tool doesn't work at all
I can't get the chart tool to work at all in this latest version. It's not grayed out in the toolbar, and yet clicking on ANY chart format does nothing.
In the Object > Graph menu, the only available option is Type, and even that just creates a loaded cursor that does nothing. What's going on?
Using Mac OS 10.14.5 and Illustrator 23.0.4

Colors disappear when moving a Live Paint object
I have been illustrating vector images on iPad Pro Adobe Fresco. When exported to PDF (why can't I export as illustrator file and keep the layers? 1st missing thing (not really bug but just irritating)) and opened in Illustrator, I fill the line drawings with Live Paint bucket. When just moving this fully painted image from its place, some colors disappear in this image? Becomes transparent again: 2nd bug

Unable to export asset
I am unable to collect and export an asset as I used to in the previous version of Illustrator. Please see the attached screen shot. I select the group in the layers panel, then I click on Object > Collect For Export > As Single Asset, then I choose 600dpi or 300dpi and I get the pop up error in the attached screenshot. Previously, I was able to do this successfully without issue.

Files change type position/spacing when opening file saved in older versions of illustrator
Files opened in 23.1.1 saved in recent previous versions of illustrator change spacing, position and kerning.
I am working in 23.1.1 and the files in question were saved in a recent previous version. What happens is only certain fonts (all open type format in document) jump position by as much as 1 point. this has been confirmed on multiple machines running new version (23.1.1)
It appears that kerning/spacing/tracking gets altered. The attached file shows the comparison between new version and old version. green highlights show amount of distance of shifting.

Save As Crash
Illustrator is crashing constantly when trying to "Save As" after updating to v23.1. Optimizing for slow networks feature is disabled. Crash occurs after choosing the location to save the file. Illustrator hangs for about 2-3 seconds before the crash window pops up. Save as works immediately after launching the program but occurs again later on.

Bug with stroke
Hello! I got a bug. When you copy a shape to a new artboard, a stroke appears that cannot be deleted. It is superimposed over the usual stroke. And when you remove the fill and stroke, it remains. The same when reinstalling the program, this problem remains in this file.

Comment "S" - Command "W"
If you want to quickly save and close a document using the shortcut keys (command-s) and (command-w), illustrator will save the file but will not close it! And if you then use the shortcut key for closing (command-w) then illustrator closes other open files! WTF?

24 ver layer missing when opening in 23.1.1 version
Illustrator ver 24. error!!!
Saved a file in the new version with 2 layers, one layer went missing when I opened it in 23.1.1 version (the previous version). The same applies to PDF files.
Please advise as this is so important for our printing process.

Feather does not gradient to transparent
When 'feather' is applied to (in my instance) a black box overlaying a colored background, the black appears as a conspicuous grey.

Text element with multiple paragraph styles & colors turns white when adding used colors
I have a text element with two paragraphs and have assigned a style to each paragraph. One paragraph style is a different color, for emphasis.
When I go to Swatches (palette) > Add Used Colors, all of the text turns white (invisible against a white artboard) and a swatch named "K=0" is added to the swatches palette. This can be avoided by setting all Paragraph Styles to black or no color and using Character Styles to apply color, but that's not really how the styles are supposed to work.

Menu Bars dont hold. keep disappearing
Hi,
This is relaly frustrating. The Menu bars (all of them) keep disappearing when I click on them. By disappearing, I mean as if someone is pressing escape key. I cant select anything in the drop down, or have to move my mouse super quickly before the menu disappears :(Also, the keyboard shortcuts don't work. please help!

Pivot point in Free Transform doesn't snap
Draggable pivot pint in Free Transform tool doesn't snap at all: not with Smart guides, not with Snap to grid.

When a document using Japanese TrueType font is opened in different OS environment, font warning is given
When Japanese TrueType font is used in a document and opened in different OS environment,
Even though you have installed the same font, you will get a font warning when you open it.
Screenshots are created on Windows and open on macOS. But the opposite is also true.- Create a file in Windows environment and save it using related fonts
