  1. Selecting all objects on layer via Layers panel not recognized by Intertwine

    Go to Layers panel
    Click target button for Objects layer (to select all paths on that layer)
    Choose Object > Intertwine... note that Make is gray
    Instead, in Layers panel click to select first object and Shift + click to select last object. Object > Intertwine > Make is available

  2. 「Illustratorの編集機能を保持」の不具合？ / trouble of "preserve illustrator editing capabilities"

    OS: Windows 10 Pro
    version: 28.0 (64bit)

    ２． 問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
    Steps taken when the problem occurred

    (1) ファイル編集
    Edit file
    (2)「別名で保存」（ファイルの種類：svg）
    "Save As" (file type: svg)
    (3)「svgオプション」で「Illustratorの編集機能を保持」を選択
    Select "preserve illustrator editing capabilities" in "svg Options"
    (4) Illustratorを閉じる
    Close Illustrator
    (5) 同じファイルをIllustratorで開き、編集
    Open the same file in Illustrator and edit
    (6)「保存」（上書き）
    "Save" (overwrite)
    (7) Illustratorを閉じる
    Close Illustrator
    (8) 同じファイルをIllustratorで開くと、エラー発生&編集機能破損？
    When the file was opened in Illustrator, an error occurred and the editing function was corrupted.

    最初の保存の時点で「Illustratorの編集機能を保持」を有効にして保存していたのに、編集や上書き保存をしているうちにIllustratorの編集機能が保持されなくなってしまっていると考えています。

    ３． 想定していた結果
    編集機能が保持されている
    エラーが発生しない

    ４． 実際の結果
    　編集機能が壊れている
    　「フォントの問題」がでる。

  3. GPU performance not detected (unavailable)

    AMD RX6800M: GPU Performance not detected by Illus, unavailable driver, not supported etc, while also the driver and the GPU appeared in the system information on Illus???
    Updated driver done, Reinstalled driver/programs done, forces use GPU done, meddling with performance done wtf???

  4. Dissapearing controls

    My controls are dissapearing. Attached is a screenshot.
    I can select elements on the graphics but cannot see any buttons.
    Seems to be happening at random times. I have tried using 3 different PCs now and it happens on all 3.
    AI version: 26.5
    OS: Windows 10 Enterprise version 10.0.19042 Build 19042.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  5. FONTS and text REMOVED

    Text removed. Sometimes its happens to me hat I open a file and all text is removed, fonts no showing up, but the text is not there any more. I can see there are text elements but are empty of text.

  6. Illustrator UI Scaling Issue

    I am currently using Illustrator version 27.3.1 on a modern Lenovo laptop and the UI is far too small and hard to see. I have had this same problem now for the last few years of updates of the program. I have searched this issue many times and have tried all the solutions that have been offered by the community support and none of them work. Has there been a solution for this issue developed yet?

  8. File get corrupted after save

    Description:
    I was working on the attached file, I saved without any issue and close Illustrator but when I tried to open the file again I get an error informing that "The file was only partially read", when the file is opened all the elements outside the artboards are not shown, and the artboards are not editable

    Illustrator ver. 27.9
    O.S: Windows 11

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open the attached file
    2. Click on the open button

    Expected result: The file is opened with all the original elements available

  10. 線と塗りが黒のテキスト選択時にカラーパネルを変更するとパネルの挙動がおかしくなる

    ①
    PC：Mac Studio M1 MAX / OS Ventura 13.4と13.5
    Illustrator：26.5.3と27.7で同じ現象を確認

    ②線と塗りにC0Y0M0K100が適応されているテキストを選択した状態で、カラーパネルをCMYKからグレースケールに変える。

    ③C0Y0M0K100からK100になる。
    ④見た目は黒だがカラーパネルはK=0になってしまっている。
    　修正しようとするとオブジェクトが白になってしまう。

    補足：グレースケールからCMYKパネルに変更した時も黒から白になります。ちなみにアピアランス設定で塗りと色を黒にして同じ操作をすると問題なく黒のままでした。

    既出でしたら申し訳ございません、ご検証宜しくお願いいたします。

  11. Illustrator crashes when using rotate tool

    Using the rotate tool to rotate something freezes while rotating, and Illustrator never comes back (tried waiting for hours). Using rotate dialog box from the menu has no problem.

  12. Display different colors even though the color profiles match.

    OS: macOS Ventura 13.6.1
    Software: Illustrator CC 2023, Indesign CC 2023, Photoshop CC 2024

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Step 1:
    Set a unified color profile across all CC applications using Bridge (In this case, Adobe RGB + Japan Color 2011 Coated were used).

    Step 2:
    Create an image in Photoshop in RGB mode with a solid cyan color (#00ffff), embed the color profile, and save it.

    Step 3:
    Place the image created in Photoshop into Indesign and check the values when converted to CMYK in Overprint Preview.

    Step 4:
    Repeat the process from step 3 in Illustrator.

  13. Adobe Express QR Code Keeps Crashing Illustrator

    I was working on a poster and needed a QR Code. I built a code in Adobe Express, saved it as SVG file, and opened it, along with my poster, in Illustrator. Every time I tried to copy the QR Code to paste it on my poster, Illustrator crashed. I tried re-doing the code, saving it as different file types, etc. When I recreated the QR Code in a different program, it worked perfectly.

  14. File adding images unnecassarily in file

    When i reopen a file, illustrator has duplicated and randomly placed (and sized) images from within the file or even doubled the link that was in place. It adds an additional image for each link in the file and also asks them to be relinked! Very frustrating having to look through and clean up the file.

  15. Full screen mode does not take up 100% of the screen when the Windows taskbar is hidden

    Hello! In April update of Windows (22621.1413) developers changed automatic taskbar hiding mode, now it is hidden completely, without 1 pixel border. I think that this is a good solution, but some Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign) in full screen mode do not open 100% of the screen when the taskbar is hidden, leaving a gap of 1 pixel at the bottom of the screen which shows the desktop wallpaper, and if it is bright and contrasts with the interface of these programs, it looks defiant and it is not good.   17. Artboard Snapping is broken when creating a new artboard

    If you're creating a new artboard, you can snap the edges of the artboard to previously created artboards.

    However, if you hold SHIFT to constrain proportions (handy if you're making social size assets for example), the snapping no longer works, even though you'll still see the snapping points.

    Furthermore, when you constrain proportions, the artboard location will be a decimal point, meaning if you Export For Screens, you'll get extra pixels added to your artboard thanks to a different unrelated illustrator bug.

  19. Pressing Numpad Enter no longer commits editing a note for an object in 27.6.1

    In previous version hitting Numpad Enter in the Note filed in the Attributes panel would have commit the changes into the field (while the main Enter created a new line). In 27.6.1 it’s not longer working, hitting Numpad Enter does not do anything — even create a new line. It should work and commit changes :(

    Steps:
    1. Open Attributes panel
    2. In the panel’s flyout menu choose Show Note
    3. Create any object, keep it selected
    4. Put the cursor in the Note field in Attributes panel and type anything
    5. Press Numpad Enter

    Expected: editing should end

  20. Multiple Artboards only saving as main file name

    When exporting multiple artboards, they are not saving as individual artboard names but rather, trying to save as the main file name.
