New swatch is NOT global by default
- Use the color panel to customize a fill or stroke color.
- Drag the fill or stroke box into the body of the Swatches panel to create a swatch for the color.
- Swatch is not global as stated in https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/whats-new.html

Pencil automatically goes to no color
Hi, everytime I draw a line with the pencil tool and have the fill with a color ex: black it automatically goes to no color. This randomly just started happening to me.

Transparent lines at beginning and end of Gradient Slider
Changing the Opacity of any Gradient Stop in the Gradient Slider to less than 100% appears to add 1px transparency grid lines to the left and right of the Gradient Slider preview.
In my screenshots, 100% Opacity displays correctly. 99% shows the transparency grid display bug on the left an right of the slider.
The lines do not scale with the palette.

Eye Dropper tool color is off

Cannot set tint percentage to C (cyan) value except by sliding cursor
Illustrator CC 2018
Windows 10If I want to set the tint value of a CMYK colour to the same percentage as the Cyan number (66 in the example below), my only option is to slide the cursor, because typing the value or raching the value with the keyboard arrows don't work.
This was already an issue with CS6, on both Mac and PC.

Borders_Dashed Treatment Changes Spot Color to Process
I draw a box, stroke it with a spot color, apply a "borders_dashed" treatment. The Spot color becomes process. Please fix.

Swatches disappear
I've been experiencing this phenomena in which my swatches would disappear every now and then. One day, I'll have all the default swatches available in the swatch menu, other days, it'll only be the color white.

Color Panel changing multiple swatches issues
Illustrator 2018 CC 22.0.1
Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6In the past using with CS5, I was able to select multiple swatches in the colour panel, double click, and then change properties such as “Global”. As per the video in AI CC 2018, I select multiple swatches, double click, and it only opens the panel for the colour I clicked on. I’m only able to change multiple colours by clicking on the Swatch Options.
I don’t know if this is a bug or a feature that was dropped, but it would be nice to have it back for more efficiency.

Clicking on swatch in PMS Color panel jumps down to list
So I am using a pantone color swatch book panel in Illustrator and I'll be at the top of the list and I'll click on a swatch color to change a shape's color and for some reason when I click on the swatch, it will jump down near the bottom or middle of the list so I'll have to scroll back up and click on the swatch again. It get's really tedious especially when I have to change a lot of colors or I have to go and search for a while for the pantone color again.

Stroke/Fill Color Selections
I miss being able to just drag a fill color to the stroke box or vice versa. It is tedious to have the extra clicks to get the same results

Can not open a saved .ase color book
With the update to Illustrator CC 2019, I now can not open the .ase color book that we've been using for 3 years.
Please fix this as it is an incredibly inconvenient bug to encounter

colour themes/swatches/window never work
colour themes/swatches/window never work. Every time I try to do anything within the colour theme window I'm either asked to sign in when already signed in, or I try to create a theme and it 'saves' but doesn't actually do so, and afterward the theme window goes blank and I have to restart illustrator.
And now instead of doing work I'm here writing this and researching alternatives to adobe products. The sign in thing is driving me nuts.

Picking a colour from the Library, randomly opens the colour picker
I've got a shared library with assets and colours to use in the work we're doing. When I have an object selected and I pick the colour from the library, it's 50/50 if the colour picker dialog box is going to open or not. I don't want it to open, I've clicked the colour I want to use, so why does it pop up and get in the way? Really annoying!!

Colour code 000000 (CMYK)
I select 000000 for a colour (in CMYK mode) to create a nice black. This is C91 M79 Y62 K97. However, when I go back, it will still be 000000 but C00 M00 Y00 K100 - which isn't the same? It seems to change at random?
This is on a PC using Windows.

CMYK sliders don't work when decimals appear
Mac OSX High Sierra Version 10.13.5 Adobe Illustrator 22.1
I am new this month to Adobe Illustrator.
I have been able to use my app for only 3 days in the last 3 weeks. I have a 2 second wheel of death whenever decimals appear instead of the normal number percentages. A few things happen when the decimals appear, either trying to use the sliders freezes the screen as it fades, or I can move the sliders and the decimals disappear, (3 days only), or I have just the decimals and cannot change the colors. global color slider occasionally stuck
We work from a preset set of colors that I have set up as global colors so that we can easily use percentages of each color in the projects we work on. I have found that not infrequently the global color slider will get "stuck" on the initial percentage it is set to. Trying to change the percentage by typing in a new percentage will get set back to the percentage that it was originally set to (I was just working on a project where I set it to 30% initially. That looked too faint so I typed in "40"…

Problem rasterising unicode-named spot colors
If you make a spot color named not in English, assign it to a path and then try to rasterize it with "keep spot colors" option checked, the rasterized image will miss that spot color. It will be converted to process colors instead.
Renaming it to English name immediately fixes the problem. Adding a single non-English letter (I tried Russian) returns it back.
This can be easily tested with separation preview panel that hides unused spot colors. Tested on Mac with the latest Illustrator, also tried on older Illustrator CC - behaviour is the same.
