  1. Contents of CC Libraries panel shrinks when Cmd +/- used

    The panel with all the swatches and assets I have saved will suddenly shrink as if I hit Cmd +/-. This mainly happens in illustrator but has happened in InDesign and Photoshop as well. Then I wont be able to click into or out of the libraries tab or accurately select what I want in the library as well.

  2. Illustrator und Mac M1 funktioniert nicht zusammen

    Ich arbeite als Designerin und verwende Illustrator um die 4 Stunden täglich. Seid dem ich auf einen Mac mit M1 Prozessor umgestiegen bin habe ich folgende Probleme: Es dauert extrem lange das Program zu öffnen, Dateien zu speichern und Dateien zu Exportieren. Zudem hängt sich der ganze Computer regelmäßig auf, wenn Illustrator geöffnet ist.

  3. Pattern palette causes program crash

    I have been experiencing a lot of problems with Illustrator since updating to Big Sur OS. At first it didn't even open. Now, the Pattern palette causes the program to crash every time I attempt to create a pattern. I have wasted a whole week and I cant seem to be able to get it to work correctly.

  4. No text selection on New Document window

    I have been experiencing a problem since Illustrator 2020.

    When in the New Document window, I can't select any text on the inputs such as File name, Height, Width, Bleed etc.

    I usually select by clicking and dragging, but it isn't working. The only way to select the entire text for me now is by clicking 3 times at the end.

    I reinstalled my windows 10 system for other reasons, but the problem persists.

    Everything seems fine on other Adobe applications, though.

  5. This file has been modified outside illustrator. do you want to continue? Started after team moved to OneDrive.

    I am on Illustrator CC 25.0.1 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. I create and save my files on OneDrive so my team can collaborate.

  6. Enregistrement de mon travail

    Lorsque je travail sur un dessin, je ne trouve aucun lien pou l’enregistrer. apparement cela devrait se faire autan magiquement au moment où je ferme le fichier. Mais ce n’est pas le cas. A chaque fois que je ferme, je revient à mon dessin initiale. Aucune modification n’a été enregistrée. Comment puis je sauvegarder mes modification???

  8. Illustrator 2021

    I have a 2015 macbook pro Catalina OS ver 10.15.7, 8 Gb 1867 MHz DDR3 with over 100 Gb free and an intel iris Graphics 6100 1536 graphics card
    This computer was powerful enough to run the previous version of illustrator. However, with the new version (2021) there has been a significant slowdown to the point where even copy pasting a simple design takes a minute to do. It is slow and the lag is insufferable. Is there anyway down grading can become available or an option? Or is there something I can do to improve the performance of illustrator…

  9. After about 2/3 functions work area screen goes blank or random rectanges can not see art in any mode.

    Uninstall then installed - Still happens with out the plug-Ins

  11. Illustrator 2021 won't initialize on Big Sur

    Illustrator 25.0
    MacOS 11.0.1
    iMac Pro, latest updates of everything. Nothing else running.

    Illustrator forever stuck on "Initializing..."
    Tried uninstalling, including preferences and reinstalling. Won't start.

  12. adobe color themes not responding

    I am using Illustrator on my desktop, and it is the 2020 version. I'm trying to use the adobe color themes but when I click on it, it opens to a blank white window. I tried restarting my computer and exiting out of the folder, to no avail.

  13. Notification Messages are gibberish

    Notifications in Illustrator appear with broken nonsensical text. Just random letters crossing over each other. See screenshot

  14. MacOX Big Sur Laggy

    I've noticed two issues with Illustrator 2021 running on macOS Big Sur.

    The performance is laggy when I try to move an image around. I hold the image and drag it. The image stops moving, then skips.

    Second, when I option hold an image to duplicate it, it sometimes doesn't work and drags the original image instead. I've noticed that I cannot drag the duplicate a certain distance from the original image.

  15. Have to Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V in Illustrator, before I can Ctrl+V anywhere else.

    I've had this problem for the past months (half a year-ish?). Figured it'd get patched out, but it hasn't.

    SO in order to copy something from Illustrator to any other program, I have got to paste it in Illustrator again first. So let's say I'd make a circle in Illutrator and I'd want to copy that to Photoshop, I'd have to Ctrl+C the circle in Illustrator, then Ctrl+V it in Illustrator again and only then I can paste it in Photoshop. If I were to Ctrl+C it and directly paste it in Photoshop without pasting it in Illustrator first, it'd…

  16. Blob tool freezes Adobe Illustartor

    I'm trying to use the blob tool to outline a drawing in order to complete part of my final for my college class. My expectation when using it is that it simply outlines the drawing, but every time I use it, all of adobe illustrator freezes (the times it does happens varies, it's never at the exact same time. Sometimes I can do it for 5 minuets others it's for 30 seconds). Things are still happening, but I can't see it happen on screen.   17. Variable Data Not Working - Illustrator

    Hi - Is anyone else having issues with the Variable data tool? This week it doesn't seem to be working for me after a recent update.

    I'm trying to import a list of names to swap out for a batch of images.

    I've created my image, dropped in the line of text that will change based on the data and put that on a new layer. I then clicked "Make Text Dynamic" in the Variable window and loaded my .CSV file of list of names.

  18. Buggy

    Very frustrating. Just simple task like tracing sketches with the pen tool, panning with the spacebar or swiping from layer to layers causes the program to freeze. I see the pinwheel more then I see the mouse.

  19. Color picker preview doesn't match color field/document, matches monitor RGB instead

    1. Operating system: Windows 10 Pro. Version of Adobe Illustrator: 25.0
    2. When I select a color in the color picker, the circled color in the color field doesn't match the color in the preview. The color field matches the document, but the preview shows it as much brighter. It actually matches my monitor RGB since it matches the document opened in Windows photo viewer (see attachment). I don't have this problem in Photoshop. Everything matches. It looks like the color field is correctly color managed but the preview box is not.

  20. Illustrator file showing "text import file" tab

    when i launch my illustrator file, it showing text import file, and i click ok. nothing is shown, just blank artboard.. please help me.. it's my important file :(
    even though the file size is 1MB, but when opened it doesn't show anything
