Libraries are the buggiest panel in the last 20 years
After using cloud libraries for 5 Minutes (!), they become unresponsive or display oversized icons and I have to restart the application. This is the sloppiest implementation of a feature I have seen in the last 20 years as an Illustrator user.

Similar issue here. Sometimes the icons (color swatches, outlined logos) are oversized and sometimes vastly reduced in size--unresponsive either way. Only wauy to "fix" it is to Quit/Restart Illustrator app.
