Command+V not working in Pantone Connect
I just had an automatic update for Illustrator version [30.0], and since then, copying the hex code and pasting with shortcut Command+V is not working in the Pantone Connect extension. It seems that it is working with a right click of the mouse, but does anyone have an idea why the shortcut is not working anymore, as this was way faster?

Image links broken in Illustrator 29.8 for different users
We work as a team on Windows, files are linked from an area like "C:\Users\UserName\SharedDrive\" where the user name changes based on the team member.
Illustrator 29.4 can handle this change. For example, if Jane and I are working on the same file, she can place a file with a link C:\Users\Jane\SharedDrive\file name.jpg, and when I open the file, Illustrator updates the link to C:\Users\Sarah\SharedDrive\file name.jpg with no issues.
Jane updated to Illustrator 29.8.2 and suddenly all her links appear as missing on my computer. I tried also updating to 29.8.2 and links remained broken. We both downgraded to 29.4…

Libraries Panel coming up black v 29.8.2
Libraries Panel is coming up black in v29.8.2 on MacBook Pro M1 2020, iOS 15.5 (24F74). I checked my CC app and can see everything there, but the panel won't do anything in Illustrator.

Ai crashed and the recovered file is missing changes made in last 2 hours
Illustrator just crashed after 10 hours of work!!!!!! It recovered the file, but only at the stage I was probably at after just 2 hours — the rest is completely lost! I checked everything, and it saved approximately nothing!!!! I'm furious right now!

Error in startup script with InDesign path, line: 1 I/0 error since latest update 29.8.2
This error pops up on every Illustrator startup now:

I/0 errorTried reinstalling Creative Cloud and all apps using CC cleaner, no effect. Tried resetting preferences, no effect. Renaming the .jsx file helps but it's not recreated and presumably has some purpose (removing a similar one for Photoshop breaks Bridge Batch actions for instance).

Preview issues with Home recent files and Placed files not properly showing all artwork.
Home recent files not populating with updated artwork previews. For example: I use a personal file template, make changes, save as new, and the new file does not populate an updated preview on the home screen. Second, when placing an AI file in another AI file some of the assets are missing in the place file and/or moved and distorted - even though when I open the original file everything looks fine.

Share for Review links are not working for my stakeholders
I just updated to v29.8.2 yesterday and now all of my share for review documents cannot be viewed by anyone but me. The links are set to "anyone with this link can comment" but when they try to open the file it says "404 asset not found". I have tried regenerating the link and it did not solve the problem. This is happening with multiple people using mac and windows computers.

OS updates make Illustrator to get reinstalled
Everytime I get an update to Windows or Adobe, my Illustrator asks to be RE-INSTALLED. What the **** is wrong with Adobe? Why can't you fix the ******* recognition of software your PAYING customers already have, so that we don't have to go through this hide-and-seek ******** EVERY ******* TIME? You get paid well, maybe do your jobs BETTER.

Include SVG code is not working
I used to be able to copy and paste from Illustrator into Figma without any issues. Then, vector icons started getting pasted as images. After contacting Figma support I was told I need to check the Include SVG code in the Settings - Slipboard handing panel. It worked for a few weeks and as of today it stopped working even though the box is checked.

Super slow with multiple art boards
I have 8 artboards with quite simple (ai-generated) icon style drawings. And now Illustrator is extremely slow. Every edit takes seconds. I already ungrouped the art from the ai-variations, so it's just ordinary Illustrator artwork, but still a lot of lag.
Pasting the contents on one big new document with one artboard restores the editing speed, so my conclusion is that Illustrator gets slow when using multiple artboards. Hopefully a solution is found, since dartboard can be handy for some projects.

Using Pencil Tool results in error
Unfortunately, the pencil tool still doesn't work for me. I received this unknown error, which I've attached a photo of. The only workaround that I've been able to use is by using a 3rd party plug-in (Astute Graphics Sketch Tool) to use instead of the pencil tool. I don't understand why this bug has been so difficult to fix

"Could not complete Package" after Tahoe upgrade
After upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26.0, Illustrator (latest version) is unable to Package a file that has links located on a network drive.

Swatch Info rendering / grouping issue
I was creating a tutorial for the swatches info, and I had a bug with the swatch object creation.

Illustrator crashes when I double-click a text to edit
These are awful. You are awful. The program has closed 10 times. The reason is I don't want to double-click a text and edit it. I can't get it to work. You're screwed for the program. Every time I double-click a text and try to edit something, the program closes. The world's highest-earning software is a worthless software team.
