Subtracted shapes get drawn with a skewed artifact covering them at the topThis is an odd issue that is kind of hard to explain.
Whenever I am using the Minus Front tool on some objects, the appearance doesn't end up quite right. For example, I subtracted these outlined text characters from a black background. The blue outlines show that they were subtracted correctly, but the white background showing through is cut off in the wrong spots?-

Transparency on PNG not supported when imported or replacedTransparency mask on the png file shows as white when imported or replaced into illustrator data created last week. Transparency on the original png file on the illustrator is intact. The problem is seen only when the new png file is uploaded. I thought it may be the png file, but the problem occurs only on the illustrator. The problem started after updating both Photoshop 2019 and Illustrator 2019. 3 votes

Measurement labels is not showing properly (Smart Guide)Hello, I found a bug that is not showing measurement labels properly on a specific environment. in Windows 10 Pro Korean,
English version of Illustrator CC is not showing measurement labels properly (it just shows a narrow gray box, no text at all inside of the box). When I install Korean version of Illustrator CC, it shows the measurement labels properly. I think this causes because of the font issues or Windows local system. I hope this bug is going to be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks 1 vote

Inconsistency between GPU and CPU modes for composite fontsmac OS 10.15.1 (19B88) iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)
 4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
AMD Radeon R9 M395 2 GBI have an issue regarding inconsistent appearance between GPU and CPU modes when using composite fonts. Attached are the screen shot images of the identical material when captured in (1) GPU-mode, (2) CPU-mode, and (3) GPU-mode after outlined. As the files show, the last 2 characters show up at different position. The outlined characters show up in the position identical with (2). So I guess (1) has some issue (not displaying the pre-outlined characters at the correct position). … 1 vote

GPU Preview hangs with simple fileSystem specs: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) • GPU Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB • OSX 10.14.6 • Illustrator 23.1.1 I have an Illustrator file (attached) which is originally imported from a dwg file but doesn't seem to contain that much artwork. Trying to open this file (or preview) with GPU either hangs Illustrator or takes minutes on end to render. The same thing happens if this file is placed in Indesign and GPU preview is on there, even recovering that document after force quitting hangs Indesign. I can simply work around this problem by disabling GPU performance from… 1 vote

GPU performanceGPU performance in iMac 27" 5k with AMD Radeon R9 M380 2 GB
turns colors to a pale tone.Using CPU preview turns back the vivid colors but it slows down the performance. Any clue how to fix this? I'm using the latest update of Mojave and Illustrator v. 23.0.1 4 votes

Illustrator CC Crashes In Tablet ModeIllustrator regularly crashes every couple of hours when my Spectre x360 is in tablet mode, also when using the HP Pen. Is anyone else getting this? Running Illustrator in power saving mode was suggested as a workaround, but it's still crashing. System info attached. 1 vote

High Sierra (macOS 10.13) GPU rendering issues with RGB document - Intel GraphicsIllustrator 21.1.0 has issues with GPU rendering in the latest High Sierra public betas: Paths will appear jagged and generally do not display correctly. Altering the zoom level affects these artefacts. Switching off GPU rendering altogether fixes the issue but this way, performance is obviously affected. Additional Note: Works correctly in CMYK document. -

Stroked Paths get notches or bleeding in sharp connectionsPaths with a stroke color and no fill are still filling random corners within the shape. I've rebuilt the shape, and checked for redundant nodes, but neither has fixed the problem. To make is worse, this is happening to to connection points at random (sometimes it has a fill, sometimes it doesn't). Definitely a bug, and a very major one. Also, copying the artwork into a new document, or even into InDesign, does not fix it. Placing the artwork in InDesign actually makes the preview glitch out. It's as if Adobe gave CC 2018 a lobotomy! GPU continues to randomly turn only white to black (not inverting!)an ongoing issue with CC is the random and unprovoked flipping of Black to white on screen. Only the color white does this. This is not a case of color being inverted. It is only white in a file that suddenly turns black and then needs to be closed and reopened to fix. 3 votes

GPU rendering problem. - My graphics appear pixelated at certain zoom levels. Comes and goes. Very annoying when working. This happened a few months or weeks ago. I am using Macbook Pro - 2017
 OS version: Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)
 Adobe Illustrator: 23.0.4
This issue disappears when I turn of GPU rendering but I am used to working with GPU rendering ON.I am hoping for a fix on this soon or maybe there is already. please let me know. Thanks :) 1 vote

Fill with overprint set does not align with the pathPaths not aligned to fill or actual graphic on Illustrator 23.0.3 (CC 2019). Not sure when it happens or how but it will randomly not move the fill with the path lines. Changing the colour or selecting some edges of the path will make it bounce to the correct position. The file will print with the fill moved. Once it is corrected it you can't undo problem without reopening the file that is saved like this. My best guess and only thing I have noticed different about this paths that are wrong is it has a overprint fill turned on.… 1 vote
