Problem syncing with CC Files on startup (sometimes!!)
Well the title says it all, really!
It looks like I have NO files in the cloud. But not all the time. Restarting Illustrator sometimes solves the problem.
I reïnstalled the program, have the latest updates, etc...
Maybe I overlook something?

but wen m opened same file in illustrator cc its not opening with all element

Local file saving and opening is extremely slow when connected to slow external server or VPN.
LOCAL file saving and opening is extremely slow when connected to slow external server or VPN.
Even though I only work on my local drive, opening or saving a simple document takes up to 2 minutes when I'm connected to a slow VPN connection server. Note: I don't open/save through the VPN, I only opens and saves from my local drive.
The second I close the slow VPN connection, Illustrator works like normal and saves the same file in <3 seconds.
So -- What is Illustrator doing accessing that VPN connection when everything it needs is on the local disk?

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Adding Preset Brushes to Brushes CAN cause drop down menu to break
I wanted to have all the brushes that come packed with Illustrator available to me at all times. I loaded the ones I wanted, selected and added the brushes. Once I did this the drop down menu crashes and will not come back, the top is lost and does not scroll up. This has effected all my documents until I closed down Illustrator. When I did this again it was fine.... any ideas?

Once you load all the brushes that you need in brushes panel, Save it as library from the flyout and you can open this library everytime you want to use it.
You can mark the library persistent, so that it opens on restarting the application.

Recent File Opens Up Blank Without My Saved Work
I recently saved a file/project I was working on. The next day when I went to go open the recently saved file it opened a blank page. None of the layers were shown, and the size was not right. I tried restarting my computer but still the same thing occurred. It was like the art I drew was not even there. Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Unable to create bitmaps in photoshop CC 2018. They are corrupted and appear solid black in the preview window. The bitmaps print as solid black when printed from a CC illustrator 2018 file. I always thought that bitmaps were compatible with illustrator.

Align to artboard not working for svgs added through File/Place
I added an svg to use (with File/Place) and wanted it to be centered. After clicking to align to artboard and clicking the Horizintal Align Center button it never actually centers. It moves a bit each click until it stops working all together (almost parabolic as seen in the attached gif).
Everything worked fine on objects created from within that file

Screen flashes with large slice in screen
I am using Adobe Illustrator CC version 22.1. I open a new document, and no matter what the content, the screen flashes in and out and then a large triangle shaped slice appears in the screen. I cannot use Illustrator at this point. This program costs way too much money for this. Please see attached.

Open file that is already open deletes unsaved changes without prompt
If a document is already open and have changes that aren't saved and the user accidently opens the same file, the file closes without giving the user a chance to save changes...

Font increase/decrease arrows in character panel immediately closes character panel
Select text in an art board, when the character panel appears in the properties panel, and you then try and click/hold the text size arrows, they don't work and instantly close the character panel. Feels like a bug because I was able to use this workflow before to adjust the size of properly selected text.

Effects are still recalculated in Outline view
When I'm working on a super complicated and heavy artwork with lots of blends and effects, things tend to slow down A LOT. It would be a HUGE time saver if I could just switch to outline view and be able to edit the lines quickly without having effects turned on. I only see outlines so it doesn't make much sense to have effects and blends load each time I adjust something. They should be turned off in outline view and load when you switch back to preview.
There is absolutely no reason for having effects turned on in outline…

When importing .psd files just saved they appear as colorful bitmap gibberish
Multiple time and duplicated by co-worker. I will create a .psd file, save then when placed, they appear in Illustrator as "Op Art", a colorful nonsensical bitmap. I have to entirely close out of the program to correct. These files are fine in previews, bridge and in Photoshop/ Also fine once Illustrator regains sobriety.

Illustrator refusing to show fonts in character search when typing with no drop down, illustrator cc 2018
Changing font by clicking in the character search bar doesn't bring up the drop down or show the font changing... it's acting really buggy

Decimal delimiter gets ignored in values
When i want to choose the thickness for a line for example 0.25 mm / 0,25 mm AI automatically turns it into 25 mm.
In Denmark we use " , " and in USA they use " . " for decimals. I'm pretty sure.
I have Windows 10 whit english UI but danish system settings and Danish keyboard. And all my Adobe products in English or US. I'm not sure.1 vote -
CC 2018 zoom!
CC 2018 zoom is zooming anywhere but where I want it, even with -preferences-zoom to selection OFF. Its driving me mad and slowing me down in designing, which I have deadlines every day. Please, please can you sort this?

Slow on iMac
I have just bought a new iMac Retina 5K 27-inch (2017) with i5 3,4 processor, 16 gb of Ram, Raedon Pro 570 with 4 GB.
Illustrator is very very slow... the files I have are simple vector only with no effects and simple paths. The files are local.
I have a low spec 5 year old pc laptop, the files run better on that...

Release Layers (sequence)
When the groups are released into layers I have to specifically deselect any object that I have selected in that layer. If not and I want to simply select the next group or object to continue the same procedure, that layer which I have just released and has an item selected will keep popping open even if I close it specifically. Every time I click on a different object or group in the layers panel that last released one will open up, and in my case it contains a looooot of objects.
Also, as mentioned before, sometimes it seems not…

Will deselect anything that is not visible
Since the last update if you have a long file and want to select a big chink of it everything has to be visible while selecting. Otherwise, if I start dragging from the middle let's say and have to scroll until I get till the end of the document/artboard, everything that went off screen get deselected and I'm only left with the last chunk of content that is visible. Slows down a lot working on web designs when you have to move a big chunk of content around because you've changed something before it.

Save Adobe PDF compression resolutions are mixed up
When you go to Save As and select PDF, and go into the Compression tab there are three sections of settings for image qualities and resolutions, Color, Grayscale and Monochrome. The bug is that the Monochrome Bitmap settings are ignored and grayscale settings are used instead.
If you look at my PDF export settings screen shot you will see that Monochrome was supposed to export at 600dpi and Grayscale at 200. The Monochrome image in the resulting PDF file came out at 200 dpi instead. The Grayscale image came out at 200 dpi as well.
