Surface pro 4, Illustrator and InDes
I am having problems running Illustrator CC and InDesign CC on my new Surface pro (Intel Core i7-7660U CPU 2,5GHz, 16,0 GB RAM). Usually the programs crashes on startup, and the crash is followed by an option to send a crash report. When trying to send the crash report, the crash report crashes! Only Randomly the programs open, but then it seems like the programs are running on wrong resolution. Have anyone else experienced these issues, and is there any fix?

Saves pdf as ai, and a lousy update.
Today as I was trying to save out a pdf Ai would remove the name when changing folders, everytime. Then it saved a pdf with an Ai extension, but will only open as a pdf. Screwing all of my work because it saved the file as an Ai, instead of overwriting my changes. This entire update has been a **** big buggy dis-appointment and appears to have no added value.
When will software mfg realize that people are tired of updates?1 vote -
Tiny background pixels in top objecting flickering in and out
In some of my files pixels that are the color of the immediate background of an object will flicker in and out of the object. Zooming in and out changes the regions of the object that are affected, and sometimes it appears as if the object is fine. However, if you then zoom in, the problem resumes.

Illustrator CC 18 freezing on macOS High Sierra
Ever since upgrading to 2018 Illustrator, it frequently freezes my entire screen after performing simple actions such as moving or rotating objects. Have had to hard-reboot my MacBook Pro 2016 (Touch Bar version) several times which is obviously not good for the system. This is not an issue with any of the other Adobe CC apps I have installed, Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere Pro etc. all work perfectly fine. Please resolve this ASAP - I rely on Illustrator for my work.

type/color changes having difficulty taking
v.22.0.1 64-bit on win 10
never had these issues before today, but basically some changes are selectively not taking, are reverting back to previous. 2 examples:changed type font from Clyburn to Hummingbird (from Tk), change takes, saved work, then went to move type and reverts to Clyburn. so copied layer with Hummingbird, locked it, hid it, then made change, still switched back. closed/rebooted Illustrator, was back in Clyburn. however, made change and it finally took, however could not change between Hummingbird Regular and Bold.

2-finger track pad zooming glitch/delay on mac
Using 2-finger zoom with macbook pro track pad there is a major delay in Illustrator CC 2018.

My Version is Ai CC 2018
I opened Ai and try to load a new brush that i downloaded, the first time i did it by selecting the Other Library and choose the Brush file was fine but then on it just freeze everytime i do it, be fore i could even select the section that has the file, the application freeze1 vote -

anchor point and handle display - no visible difference on screen
With CC 2018 update there is NO visible difference with ANY of the 3 options of the ANCHOR POINT AND HANDLE DISPLAY dialog in preferences.
THEY ALL LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME ON THE SCREEN!!!!!
2 votesWith version 22.1 there is feature preference added for anchor point and handle size under "Anchor Points, Handle, and Bounding Box display".
You can update to latest version of Illustrator to use the feature.

Many Many issues with Illustrator 2018
Ever since I've updated to Illustrator 2018, the program is always lagging and becomes non-responsive. Something simple like selecting "T" for a new text line will stall my program. I've attached my computer specs.
The alt shortcut for brush tool no longer selects color with the eye drop tool. I have to manually select the eyedropper, then switch back to the brush tool which is very frustrating when I need to do this hundreds of times a day!
The startup time has increased dramatically. Showing a blank screen for a couple minutes until the illustrator home screen finally appears. Also…

Since updating Illustrator to CC 2018 it runs worse than before
Illustrator lags, it crashes. Creative Cloud sucks. Looking to switch over to CorelDraw. That's all I have to say. I'm annoyed and frustrated with Adobe since switching to CC.

Pixel Preview option bug
- Illustrator CC 2018 (22.0.1)
- create a circle in the artboard (any size), then open a new window. choose one of these two windows to set view model with Pixel preview. nothing happened. and nothing changed in this window. if zoom in or out. still can see the scale value on the file title bar.

Illustrator 2018 not working
Illustrator 2018 is not working. How can I downgrade to 2017?
The whole artboard is flashing everytime I move the mouse. The rulers are flashing. Portions of the vectors are just disappearing. I have rebooted my computer twice. Macbook completely crashes with Illustrator 2018
Hi, I'm using Illustrator 2018 and quite frequently my MacBook Pro 2017 crashes completely when I'm moving objects around or copying objects. It happened with the 2017 version as well. I can only hard reset my computer, which NEVER happens with other apps.
