  1. Issue when typing in the font name field to find a font

    v. 22.0.0
    iMac 2017 on High Sierra

    I use English and Greek keyboards on my Mac.

    Very often I start typing in the Fonts field to find a specific font.
    If the keyboard is set to Greek when I start typing, I delete anything I have typed, use the keyboard shortcut and start again.

    The bug is that the shortcut to switch keyboard language doesn't work while I am doing this.

    I have to grab the mouse and go on the Mac's menu bar and do it there, then go back in illustrator and start typing again.

  2. Selecting multiple objects with different opacities incorrectly reports their opacities as 0%

    AI CC 2018 - MacOS Sierra
    When selecting multiple objects with two different opacities (say one square at 80% and another at 40%) it reports their value as 0%.

  3. Dual Screen - Prompt window display on the wrong screen - Mac

  4. Illustrator 2018 Crashes

    Surface Book crashes within minutes of starting drawing in Illustrator 2018. Have done a complete diagnostic check of my machine with Microsoft online and there are no issues there. What should I do?

  5. Selecting list view does not change from grid view in "Start" screen.

    v22.0.1

    Selecting "list" view in the "start" window does not change the view. Have restarted numerous times. Not a big deal, but annoying when I need to see full file names (which are truncated in grid view).

  6. Start Screen and New Page Screen has a black border as if its minimised

    The Start Screen and the New Page screen acts as if it is minimised inside the window (see attachment to understand) until i update the page by minimising and then maximising the application.

    as there is no way to minimise the new page screen it is stuck in this state. Started happening all of a sudden tonight. I have tried to turn off gpu acceleration but that has no effect. Tried Uninstalling but also didn't fix the problem.

    I have not tested any other pages like preferences to test if it happens on that too but my guess would be…

  7. CC 2018: The 'undo count' button in preferences is not responding

    Basically, I can click it but it doesn't respond.
    It's impossible to change the value.

  8. Menu Issues

    MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1
    Illustrator 22.0.1

    When the Application Frame is disabled, the menu items are displayed incorrectly. The "View" menu is attached.

    I have reset the preferences and the menus seemed to work fine, but when I disabled the application frame, they went crazy again.

  11. UI bug

    illustrator CC 2018 (ver. 22.0.1(64bit) / windows 10 Falls creator

    UI gets 'mangled', rendering it unusable, displays 'eating' each other or disappearing or not appearing, usually starts in 'control' area. Happens after various length of time, no special event triggering it.

    Hi Steve,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. If you want to turn it off, you need to switch to some other tool. Or you can remove it from panel by the flyout menu.

    If this doesn’t resolve your issue, then please get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here

  13. Sizing Glitch

    I have updated my Photoshop and Illustrator programs but when I boot them up to see the home screen where I would like to see "new" "open" and previous projects, I am greeted by a glitched window that, no matter what size I try to make it, will always fail to work. I have tried countless times and have only run into this problem with the new update. at first I had thought it was an issue with my monitor but soon realized that even with two different monitors hooked up (including the computer one) I get a glitched window…

  14. Illustrator CC 2018 V22 bounding box/ changed file but not saved symbol

  15. Right click menu opens from the wrong side

    Why, when i right click on an object to bring up the menu and go to a submenu that has an arrow pointing to the right, the submenu opens up on the left? It has done this since i upgraded from CS6 and seems silly... the only time it opens in the direction of the arrow is if you are working on something on the left side of monitor... which is also silly since i prefer to work more or less in the wide open areas of my monitor ;)

  16. Zooming malfunction when switching between windows.

    This occurs when I have multiple documents open in tabs. When I switch between tabs and scroll to zoom, it zooms in the previously opened tab, but not the current one. If I click within the document, then I can start zooming normally again.

  17. zoom tool?

    did something happen to the simple command + and command - zoom keyboard shortcuts? I've been using those since 1995 or 6, and now when i use them it centers me on a specific, but unselected artboard?

  18. Bounding box is incorrectly displayed on multiple highdpi displays

    When using multiple monitors with different Hi-DPI settings on Windows OS, the bounding box for the selected item is sometimes displayed incorrectly.
    I work on a dual display setup: my primary monitor is a 15.6inch 4K display @ 200% DPI scaling settings, and my second monitor is 24inch 2560*1440 display @ 125% DPI scaling.
    When working on a larger second monitor, the bounding box for a selected item is displayed at an incorrect position, which makes the work very difficult.
