Crashes daily, usually over night. Can't keep loaded for more than 24 hours.
Windows 11, 65gb ram, 2tb ssd, desktop. Version of Illustrator is latest, always do updates and owned a subscription for 5-6 years.
Why am I here? I can't figure out this help system, or generally no help at all. I usually never file bug reports because I don't expect any support for my money and have grown desperate with the daily crashes and losing edits.

Lag on cursor and selections "sticking" to the cursor
There is a lag on all selections in Illustrator 28.2. When I select any item I literally have to wait 2-3 seconds before I can move my cursor, else the selection "sticks" to my cursor and moves with it until I click again to drop it and then I have to ⌘Z to send the selection back to it's intended location so I can make the changes I need to make. SUPER FRUSTRATING.
I have a new Macbook Pro with loads of RAM and never had this issue until the latest Illustrator update.

Nested Linked AI Files don’t display proper fonts
Nested or linked AI files inside other AI layouts are not letting the fonts come through. It renders to default font.

Snap to point
Why not have snap to point regardless of what magnification you're at. I'm sick of having to waste my precious time zooming right in to make sure object lines and points are snapped together and aligned properly.
This issue has been going on for a long time, and never gets fixed. I know others on forums have this issue as well...it's universal, not just me!
I do hope someone reads this and actually does something about this issue, but I'm not expecting anything to be honest, because you haven't bothered to fix it for a long time now.

Older name is used in Share for Review
When sending for review, I have shared it with my alternate email, and it keeps pulling up my former name- this was changed on my account setting in google admin, as well as my contacts list. How can I find out where it is finding and autopoulating my old name?

Artifacts and unable to render Mask
Good day.
I'm having troubles rendering an Opacity Mask. I attach the screenshots of the differences. When I change to CPU Preview, the file renders normally but when I change to GPU preview it shows as the image attached. The problem also affects some blending modes like Color Burn which do not render correctly neither in GPU or CPU Preview.
My system is as follows:
-Asus B550M-A
-Ryzen 5 5600x
-32gb Corsair Vengeance DD4 3600MHz RAM
-Sapphire AMD RX 6700XT 16GBIllustrator Version 28.2 (64 bits)

Turning off hinting does nothing.
I have a font with poor hinting where the alignment of several letters isn't working properly. When I select 'none' from the drop-down menu for hinting in the character panel, nothing changes. In previous versions of Illustrator, this is used to treat the letters as standard vectors.

Replacing or updating an image often results in crashes

Before crashing, it loses the preview and can't be restored until closing and reopening the file. But even so, the crash is coming.1 vote -
Blurry Image
It's probably a bug, when I move around the sheet it often happens that the object becomes blurry like the attached image, I work with a latest generation Mac Pro, but this problem occurs on all the PCs I have, what could it be? Thank you

Global Edit not working correctly
I use Global Edit to count objects. It often says "Global Edit is currently not supported for more than 1000 highlighted objects." I know that there are a lot less than 1000 objects that I am trying to highlight.

Create text larger than 12pt when zoomed out! (Plus wacom type tool error)
When I'm putting together a HD storyboard, i.e zoomed out to view a range of 1920x1020 artboards, clicking on the document with the text tool just makes a tiny cross symbol and doesn't allow me to type.
NOTE - Wacom tablet seems to create the cross. Laptop track pad does create text but at 12pt which is crazy small to edit when zoomed out.
It would be great if Illustrator acknowledged my zoom level and didn't default to giving me text so small that I can't highlight it or easily edit. Constantly zooming in and out every time I want…

Values in Transform fields are missing and inactive

Illustrator Freeze completely and I have to restart the app
Illustrator Freeze completely and I have to restart the app. It has happened 3 times only this week already. In the dock the app doesnt say its unresponsive. I am not able to move any of my objects and cant click on anything cause all panels disappeared. I only saw my artboard with graphics but couldnt do anything.

Can't Link PDF
Cannot link PDF into an AI file. When opening the file an Unknown error is detected. Help us investigate further....
However opening Illustrator in a Intel based version on the M1 mac it will open without issue. However as this feature apparently is going to be removed it will cause major issues for me.

Illustrator Freezes when Saving
I am running Illustrator v28.1 on Windows 11 Home - version 22H2 on my Asus Zenbook 15 (2019). I generally use a dock to connect to a single monitor.
Recently when I try to save, the program freezes and I cannot select anything within the program. When I click anywhere in Illustrator, I hear a chime like the program is expecting me to respond to a dialog box, but I cannot find the save window anywhere. It does not appear in windows tile view or when hovering over the illustrator icon in the task bar. I can 'save a copy'…1 vote
