Can't preview artworkHi, I can't preview any artwork. However I can see the layers and when I drag the file, i can see the preview. Clipping path in psd file does't work in Illustrator.On macOS Sierra (Illustrator CC 2018). Clipping path of psd file does't work in Illustrator CC 2018. 
 The full of the psd image was shown in Illustrator, ignoring its clipping path.
 Same problem has occured in older versions of Illustrator (probably CC or later).There are two conditions for this problem to occur. 
 One is that the name of the clipping path has Japanese characters.
 And the other is that a Mac's system language is set to English.As a test, I tried to change my Mac's system language to Japanese from English, this problem was solved.

There are so many bugs my brain is too fried to write them in. I can't do anything. Every two minutes something goes wrong.Description says all. I have an image with a bounding box that's extremely large (no, there's nothing else in the layers panel). I have tried to export an object and was given the option for two different ones, even though there is only one (nope, no hidden duplicates). Handles were missing when using direct select tool. Came back randomly for no reason. And on and on and on. You need to beta these 'updated' products before you encourage those of us who have paying clients and no time for this **** to download a new version. Error using picasThis error has existed in Illustrator since at least version 10, in 2001. - Switch units to Picas in Preferences > Units… or by right-clicking in the ruler and selecting Picas. 
- Select any object. 
- Go to Object > Transform > Move… 
- Enter a negative value higher than -1p0. e.g. -0p9. 
- Watch as the value is converted to a positive and the object moves to the right, or don, not to the left or up. 
 In earlier versions of Illustrator this bug exited across the application in any dialogue that excepted a distance, including Offset Path, Effect > Convert to Shape (using… 6 votesThank you for reporting the issue. We have added the issue to our backlog

Select > Same > (Fill, Stroke, etc.) no longer working in chartsAdobe CC2018 
 When using the direct selection tool to select a single element of a chart or graph, Illustrator no longer responds to the Select > Same > ... commands. This is a feature we rely upon for everyday capabilities when styling charts. When I try the command, it does not select anything within the chart. If I ungroup the chart, or use the Select > Same > (options) with other Illustrator shapes, it works as normal. The problem surfaced immediately after I upgraded from CC2017 to CC2018.19 votesWe have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

Illustrator 2018 CrashesI have Surface Studio, 32 Gig, Windows 10. Today I installed the CC Updates and now Illustrator crashes every 2 or 3 minutes. I uninstalled Illustrator and reinstalled it, but the crashes continue. Finally in desperation I uninstalled Illustrator 2018 and reinstalled Illustrator 2017. At least now Illustrator is stable. I sure would like to know what to do to fix the problem. Crashes on "Cancel" in Keyboard Shortcuts Window- Illustrator CC 2017 (21.1.0)
- Pressed "Cancel" in the Keyboard Shortcuts window.
- Expected Keyboard Shortcuts window to close without saving changes.
- Illustrator crashes
 No plugins installed. Removing preferences resolves the bug, but something in the process of re-setting my preferences makes the bug return. Please let me know if you require further information. 1 voteHi,

CSS Extraction tool code formatting issuesIs there any way to alter the code formatting for this panel? It drives me nuts that the open bracket starts on a new line, all lines are indented with two spaces (seriously, who does two spaces? It's either four spaces or 1 tab), that there's a space before and after every colon, gives me both hex and rgba colors with no option to select just one, not to mention multi-word font family names aren't in quotes. This is almost a useful tool, if it didn't require so much cleanup after copying/pasting, and I shouldn't have to run it through… 1 vote

AIGPUSNIFFER doesn't quitVersion 21.1.0 When quitting illustrator the AIGPUSNIFFER process continues to run, even though it should terminate, unless the task is manually ended in task manager. This is a huge issue considering it puts CPU usage at a high level which consequently affects battery life. 2 votes

Demo version of Illustrator crashes constantly, destroying files.Illustrator CC 21.1.0 (trial), MacBook Pro13,3 (15" with touch bar), macOS Sierra 10.12.3. It seems to happen mostly when editing colors or character/paragraph styles, but honestly it's hard to say, because it's seemingly random. I'd be happy to attach a copy of the file I was working on, but every version is gone now, even ones that were saved between crashes with different file names. You should have several crash reports via Apple, I hope.
