Save for web - image size percentage not working
When using save for web option, the image size percentage is not changing even when a new number is put in there. It is only saving as 100%. Sometimes it allows me to increase the percentage, but more times then less it saves as 100% no matter what number I type in there. I am using the creative cloud version.

Type Object Selection by Path Only not working correctly
When a Type Object is rotated, Ai selects it when the pointer is clicked in side the bounding box of the rotated object, even when Selection by Path Only is active.

Flickering cursor icon and Unresponsiveness (High Sierra 10.13.4)
Got a new Mac running 10.13.4, installed adobe CC completely fresh. Illustrator is very slow, often comes to a complete stall / irresponsive, and I have to constantly restart the application. And even after the restart, it is still very slow. I turned off everything, including the GPU performance and other things it didn't help at all. The cursor flickers for several tools. It has become very unuseable and drag the time I normally would be able to finish a project by 2x at least.

Eyedropper tool doing whatever it wants
For example. when using alt click (as for copying the style of what I have selected to another thing. It DELETES ALL STYLE from the thing I'm clicking on. When I click normally it just copies color (sometimes) and even though I have everything checked in the eyedropper tool setting. It just copies just color.
This is making me wast a lot of time
I already updated the software AND also did a fresh reinstall, even deleting settings. Didn't work.2 votes -
Applying a new graphic style duplicates paths into hidden groups
This is a severe bug that ruins SVG export by creating multiple copies of the same paths after switching graphic styles.
I believe something caused a created graphic style that should have only had a simple fill to create copies of the path when applied to paths.

Importing Multiple Page PDF
When importing multiple page PDFs the sizing changes when you embed to work on the files. It is a small change but a change nonetheless. i.e. my 1.4" became 1.5". Something that you will not notice until it's too late. Importing single pages has no problems.

Clipping Mask
Every time i try to create a clipping mask, it says in order to create a clipping mask i have to have more then one object in the clipping which i do but it still doesn't work.

I do have one suggestion – please reset preferences and try again. Found the following in your crash report.

Rotate tool doesnt work poperly. After I try to change the anchor point. Nothing happens.

Link and Resolution
lately i have working with some client adobe file and i notice that there is some problem or bug i usually come across. The first one is some time file that i open contain the image link that support link to high resolution image but appear in low resolution, when it print out the pixel is damage, this matter only solve be re-link the image to high resolution image. Blending Modes BUG in Ai
- Version of Adobe Illustrator - 22.1 Machine: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB
- The issues - Using Blending Modes (specifically Screen/Color Burn). Worked both in on-screen preview mode & saved as a jpg, Thursday, April 12th, 2018. Today, Monday April 16th, they are not displaying properly on-screen, in print, or in saved file preview. (if color mode is switched to RGB, blending mode displays more properly, but not in Overprint Preview) Screen blending mode disappears/Color Burn retains only some parts of the graphic in black. Does not translate between cc programs either.

AI from PDF keeps old thumbnail/preview
I often get someone's source documentation in PDF.
Yes, we should get source. No, it seems we can't get the soruce.
So - I open the PDF in Illustrator and save the useful chunks - graphics mostly - as separate files in .ai format, pdf-compatable.
For whatever reason, those docs usually will not preview correctly in Win Explorer or when browsing from ID to place as a graphic.
It seems there's some preview/thumbnail info from the original PDF that lingers in the AI file - even though it was a multi-page file, and I'm only using a piece of it…

Problem syncing with CC Files on startup (sometimes!!)
Well the title says it all, really!
It looks like I have NO files in the cloud. But not all the time. Restarting Illustrator sometimes solves the problem.
I reïnstalled the program, have the latest updates, etc...
Maybe I overlook something?

Align to artboard not working for svgs added through File/Place
I added an svg to use (with File/Place) and wanted it to be centered. After clicking to align to artboard and clicking the Horizintal Align Center button it never actually centers. It moves a bit each click until it stops working all together (almost parabolic as seen in the attached gif).
Everything worked fine on objects created from within that file

Screen flashes with large slice in screen
I am using Adobe Illustrator CC version 22.1. I open a new document, and no matter what the content, the screen flashes in and out and then a large triangle shaped slice appears in the screen. I cannot use Illustrator at this point. This program costs way too much money for this. Please see attached.

Font increase/decrease arrows in character panel immediately closes character panel
Select text in an art board, when the character panel appears in the properties panel, and you then try and click/hold the text size arrows, they don't work and instantly close the character panel. Feels like a bug because I was able to use this workflow before to adjust the size of properly selected text.

Slow on iMac
I have just bought a new iMac Retina 5K 27-inch (2017) with i5 3,4 processor, 16 gb of Ram, Raedon Pro 570 with 4 GB.
Illustrator is very very slow... the files I have are simple vector only with no effects and simple paths. The files are local.
I have a low spec 5 year old pc laptop, the files run better on that...

Slow new start screen
New start screen is slow and has difficulty connecting to the cloud. I have all the latest updates of the entire CC.

A clip group containing a compound path that borders an artboard often gets stuck as selected. Scaling the clip group (then undoing) causes the group to become unstuck as selected.
