Losing data saved in cloud
I'm using version 2025 of Illustrator, if the files stored in the cloud re-run the program, all the text will disappear. Don't you really have to compensate me for losing data while paying a lot of monthly fees? I'm so angry.

Verification takes too long
I just went to open an Illustrator file and it decided it need to verify Illustrator. It just took 25 minutes for the verification progress bar to complete before it even began to open the program. This is way too long when you’re under a deadline or even just trying to run a business. What a waste of time. I’ve had the same issue with Photoshop and InDesign as well when CC or the computer (I don’t know which) decides it needs to verify the program. Extraordinarily frustrating and embarrassing when working with a client.

Problemas para presentar pantalla
Hola, tengo problemas al querer presentar pantalla en Adobe Illustrator (última versión, aunque me estuvo pasando con las últimas 4 actualizaciones). Cuando aprieto Mayús + F o aprieto la opción de Modo presentación, la pantalla se bugea y hace glitches. Desde ya, gracias por su ayuda y atención.

Can't pick colors with eyedropper on groups
The title... I can't pick colors with the eyedropper on grouped objects where the color is applied to the group. If I ungroup, the fill and stroke disappears from the object. This is so annoying.

Adobe Illustrator double clicks automatically and overrides the whole operating system.

Embedded Images Appear Desaturated or Greyed Out in Adobe Illustrator
I'm experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator. Every time I try to embed an image, the image turns greyed out or desaturated. However, if I use the Crop Image function instead, the image appears correctly with the proper colors.
I've tried this with different image files and it consistently happens when embedding, but not when cropping. I'm using Adobe illustrator 29.5.1 (64-bit), Windows 11, 24H2, 26100.4061

29.5.2 MacOS 15.5 M3 Performance degrades over time, after extended use.
Working with the any file, the performance degrades over time. 30min-1 hour it becomes noticeable. CPU slowly move up as time progresses from 10% to 100%. File becomes so slow that it takes 2-3 second for typed text to appear. A restart of AI fixes it.
Files are not point-heavy nor do they have complicated effects.1 vote -
Ai. files have no transparency
I work with the latest illustrator (29.5. 1) and InDesign (20.3. 1). Since the last updates an .ai imported in InDesign is no longer transparent. If I save it as .eps in Ai, then yes. Please solve otherwise I would have to convert all my previously made .ai files.

Under MacOS Sonoma 14.7.2. Illustrator 29.5.1 Cannot change color of a single word on a text box.
Under MacOS Sonoma 14.7.2. Illustrator 29.5.1 Cannot change color of a single word on a text box. It adds a very very slim outline without a add an actual stroke. The word is suppossed to be Brown.

Constant random crashing of application (version 29.5.1) with no obvious operation as the cause (on MacOS 15.5)
I am experiencing random crashes in any file with the latest version of Illustrator (29.5.1) on the latest version of MacOS (15.5). | have also been having similar (although not as often) crashes in InDesign (again, latest version 20.3.1). Meanwhile, I see stories that you are about to increase the subscription prices for access to generative Al tools, while the stability of your software--the basic usability is in question. Not acceptable.

Paste in Front shortcut got reassigned to Contextual Task Bar
For some reason this very important shortcut is now assigned to the Contextual Task Bar.
Please repair that. Cmd-F goes decennia back, and is very important for experience Illustrator-users.1 vote -
Properties is Missing the Pathfinder Options
I use the Properties panel to make quick access to the Pathfinder options. I just fired up Illustrator ver 29.5.1 (64-bit) on my Surface Pro 3 (it's still chugging along!), and the there was a section missing. It usually appears right under Align, but it's not to be found. I tried increasing the size of the panel's tab, but there was nothing hidden below. I do clearly see a button to use Gen-Slop (no, thank you), but no Pathfinder.
While I can still access the Pathfinder panel itself without issue, I preferred to keep my work space as uncluttered as possible. Anyone know where the options went, or if I unchecked an option somewhere?

1 votePathfinder section in Properties appears only when more than one object is fully selected. If you need to see Pathfinder in all cases, including having only one point selected, like in this case, — use the dedicated Pathfinder panel instead.
Illustrator doesn’t offer a way to customize Properties or lock specific sections. If this is something you need — please upvote this request.

Offset path gets applied as a single shape
I am having an issue where when I offset a path, it adds the path as a single shape. In the past, I could ungroup the new shape and go from there. Now, I am unable to separate the new offset path from the original shape. My next step is to use the minus front feature around another shape. Please help, as I have tried everything from forums to ChatGPT and nothing is working.

Incorrect Future Dates Displayed in Links panel on Illustrator 29.5.1 with OS Sequoia 15.4.1
The Dates are NOT correct in the Links pallets. Not only does it say the same for the creation & modification dates. It is from the future 2040?

My time is set up to EST on my iMac 24inch M1 2021.I create the files... It doesn't matter what file or what link is placed. If I select any link in any file I have created over the last 4 years... They all say the exact same date — Feb 06, 2040. Files that I created in back in 2019, haven't touched since... I just opened them, clicked on the image in the links pallet & it says Feb 06, 2040? I have been dealing with this for over 4 years & i used to rely on it to prove I replaced the proof file with the correct final file & it always is the same... Feb 06, 2040.
Feb 6th 2040 is 15 years in the future, how is that Illustrators time? I feel like I am in the Ground Hog Day movie!

Campo de texto não exibindo sublinhando correção
Em alguns campos de texto, não exibe a correção para textos, esse problema acontece em alguns campos, quando cria um novo, ele volta a sublinhar o texto com erros ortográficos, isso atrapalha no processo de correção, você não consegue confiar na ferramenta de correção!

Stroke gradient sometimes defaults to within stroke instead of across stroke when using eyedropper
I have a path with a gradient across the stroke that I'm copying to other strokes using the eyedropper, and roughly 90% of the time it works fine, but sometimes it lags a little and then copies the appearance over except for the across stroke, instead setting itself to the stroke gradient default of within stroke. Obviously fixing this is only a couple button clicks, but still.

Object extruded in perspective with 3D and Materials renders with split non-matching tiles
I just want to know what is happening with the messed up preview. I get a correct preview when moving a slider but a FUBAR one when released.

In "recolor artwork" when I select a "user defined" color palette, it lets me chose it, but will not use those colors.
In "recolor artwork", when I select a "user defined" color palette, it lets me chose that palette, but will not use those colors in the recoloring options. For instance, I can select the color palette, but when I go to randomly change the color order, it does not use those colors, it only uses the colors that are already in the artwork.
In previous versions, once I selected the "user defined" colors, that selection of swatch colors would appear in the "Swatch group" side panel. That no longer happens. And as stated before, just doesn't work in general.

Corrupt clipboard image view
Images pasted from the clipboard that are embedded in tif format become corrupted. When working with an embedded image from the clipboard, after a while, when moving an element or zooming in or out, the image becomes corrupted, rendering it unusable and unrecoverable. The images usually end up as shown in the screenshot. This has happened to me several times.
I'm working on a 2023 Macbook Pro M2 Max with 32GB RAM and macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 using Adobe Illustrator 29.5
