Pattern brush
Pattern Brush start and end components should not appear when used on closed paths as in Illustrator CS6.
if you make a pattern brush with a red dot at the end, you can use it to find open paths in CS6 but not in CC2018. necessary for working with plotter/cutters.

Using the Direct Selection tool on a path, whilst holding ‘shift’ to drag causes crashes/can’t preview.
Mac Mojave 10.14.1 > Illustrator 23.0.1.
This issue does one of 3 things:
1/ the path repeatedly snaps back to the origin (Annoying).
2/ the path extends vertically top to bottom off the artboard causing ‘cannot preview’ issue. Although this is fixed with an undo and selecting view using GPU/CPU (Really Annoying).
3/ Illustrator hangs and becomes unresponsive (basically hammers my system resources) and I have to force quit or it just crashes (Ridiculously Annoying).

Can't change corners or terminators for pattern brushs
Using Illustrator CC 2019 (23.0.1 64 bit) on Windows 10 Pro
OS: Windows
Version: 10.0
System Architecture: x64
Built-In Memory: 16253 MB

ctrl key to change the size of an object
The ctrl key is supposed to make a square arround my selected object which lets me change the size of the object, but this function randomly stopped working.

Both Free Transform tool and bounding box treat narrow objects wrong
I don't use bounding box. It messes with my corner and middle points, it occasionally resizes my art when I just want to drag it by it's side and so on — so I always turn it of.
When I need to scale anything, I pick up Free transform tool.
Alas, both of these marker-ish tools have same problem — they treat narrow objects completely WRONG.See the file attached.

resizing
In Illustrator 2019, when resizing an object using the W value and the H value it does not resize symmetrically keeping it centered on the xy axis like all previous versions. This is something I have relied on to keep everything centered within that shape or object. Why did this change or is it a preference that I need to select?

Box Tool not in Inches and making weird shapes
I'm trying to make specific size boxes in INCHES with my box tool. But it's only coming up in points and when I do make a box, it makes it a trapezoid shape. This new Illustrator 2019 is so buggy, it's not even funny!

Offset Path Bug
OS: Windows 10
Illustrator CC 2018 Build 22.1 (64-bit)
When working with Outlined Letters 9 times out of 10 it works.
However 1:10 when I do Object > Path > Offset Path - one of the Anchor Points does not move. When this happens it always seems to occur within the plug of the letter and it appears to be an Anchor point that would have been straight down from its original position.In the Attached Image I show the original Path and Offset Path as outlines and the Anchor Points are illustrated by Cyan Circles.

'Transform Again' doesn't adjust to center of new object
Please allow 'Transform Again' to transform the new object around it's center. Currently it will transform the current object around the center of the previously transformed object.

Clipping mask not working
When I try to create a clipping mask with a photo and a vector shape nothing happens. I draw a circle over the photo and use shortcut Ctrl+7 and absolutely nothing happens.

Paint Brush and Blob Brush Sizing Issues
There is annoying sizing issues with Paint Brush and Blob Brush.
1- Whenever i resize the paint brush tool, and then use the blob brush tool, ( which takes the same size as the paint brush ), then switch back to paint brush, the size of the paint brush reset to the default, although New art has basic appearance option is not active in the appearance panel.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Selection Tolerance for text or drawing is off and very annoying
Using Mac OS X High Sierra 10.13.4 with Retina 5k display
Illustrator CC 2018 version 22.1Please reference the attached image.
Selecting a line. The curser is clearly on the line but the dot is highlighted instead.
Selecting text with the text tool: the curser is clearly over the text, but the it is highlighting the circle around the text instead.
Selecting dimension text: the curser is clearly over the text, but the tool shows text on a path.This is even more annoying when selecting a point. Click 20 times then give up and zoom in.

Stroke size goes nuts under 1pt sizes
When drawing a regular line with pen tool and changing the size of the stroke to less than 1pt, it automatically switches to sizes higher than 1pt.
For example, if I want my stroke to be 0.5 pt, and if I select it in a dropdown menu, it will automatically turn into 5pt stroke and that will also be applied on the line. Same thing when entering the value manually with the keyboard - entering 0.5 will automatically convert into 5 and change the stroke to be thicker instead of making it thinner. Bounding Box Issues - Incorrectly including shadow on some objects
There are several selection bugs related to the behavior of bounding boxes (as shown in the attached jpeg). If a shadow is applied to an object such as a rectangle shape, then the bounding box correctly stays around that rectangle. But edit a point on the rectangle and suddenly the bounding box also includes the shadow. This is not desirable as then rotating the object changes its center point depending on the location of the shadow. Rotate tool Glitch
My rotate tool when used for copying with or without my wacom, starts sticking, and the object just keeps moving with my cursor. My only fix is restarting and hoping the app saved my recent changes. This is hindering me from doing BASIC and Simple things like copying a custom shape and maintaining the circular composition. I was trying to make a unique cycle like shape. rotate tool
The rotate tool's anchor point won't stay were I place it when I go to the dialogue box to rotate in degrees.
I updated my Mac OS yesterday and since the update this tool hasn't worked.

Illustrator CC 2018 Crashes when using Specified Steps (Blend Tool)
I'm having a problem in the 2018 version of Illustrator when using Specified Steps under the Blend Tool. The problem occurs when I click preview in the Blend Options box after selecting Specified Steps. Upon clicking preview a progress box pops up that says "Reading Illustrator File" and basically sits there. When I loose patience and close out, the whole program shuts down. I've never experienced this before in any previous version of illustrator and was hoping someone could help shed some light on the issue. Thanks in advance.

Transform and Transform again
Older versions of Transform again would let you transform any object the same as the previous object. This function no longer works. If I draw a box and transform it, I want to be able to transform a text object the same without using percentages. Because I am not always transforming a percentage. I may be transforming different objects to be the same height, but the tool does not allow this anymore. Please bring back the original functionality of this tool.

Pasting in front (ctrl+f) places objects outside of the sublayer I am working in.
When I am working in a document I quite often copy and use ctrl+f to paste a duplicate in the same location so that I can just slide it sideways, negating the need for me to locate the object using both X and Y.
