  3. Export as PNG not working in iOS

    V 22.0.1 on iOS thru Creative Cloud will no longer let me Export As PNG or JPG. I've checked for updates and there are none. I've tried a restart on my MacBook Pro and the Creative Cloud. I can't figure out what is wrong. I really need to be able to do this.

  4. cant sign in to creative cloud

    i open a project i was working on and and i didn't have the font, it prompted me to sign in to creative cloud and when i did it adobe app tries to open but cant.

  5. Bug With Blend tool with check preview mode and text in CC 2018 on Mac and PC

    In Illustrator CC 2018, when you want to modify a shape gradient by passing it in step with check preview mode. The software crashes every time. I tested on PC and Mac with different windows and OS, and each time the software crashes.

  6. Illustrator has bugs to support variable font with 3 attributes

    This is a sample font which to demo the variable font has 3 attributes (weight/height/Optical Size).

    If use Illustrator's Character panel to adjust the height attributes, the weight attributes would no work.

  8. Tiny background pixels in top objecting flickering in and out

    In some of my files pixels that are the color of the immediate background of an object will flicker in and out of the object. Zooming in and out changes the regions of the object that are affected, and sometimes it appears as if the object is fine. However, if you then zoom in, the problem resumes.

  9. Bug saving and opening legacy version 8

    Bug in latest version of Illustrator CC2018
    A file saved as version 8 (eps or ai doesn't matter) can't be reopened in Illustrator CC2018.
    Got this problem since this month (January 2018)

  10. Unable to move anything once placed within Adobe Illustrator

    I am using the latest version of Adobe Illustrator, i have restarted both my computer and my program numerous times and the issue persists. I am unable to move anything once placed on the Illustrator workspace. the only thing it allows me to do is to resize the objects but not move them.

    It is really frustrating when you come across issues like this which just interrupt workflow preventing you from doing the simplest actions. I am sure there is a fix but I don't have the understanding to know how to fix the issue and the majority of forums…

  13. Style Menu in Warp Options panel not opening.

    CC2018 in OSX.11

    When I click on OBJECT/ENVELOPE DISTORT/MAKE WITH WARP when an object is selected I cannot open the STYLE menu in the WARP OPTIONS box. I click on the menu and only ARC is available, menu does not open.

  14. Multiple Bugs

    Alrighty, there are a few different things going wrong here. The version of Illustrator I'm using is CS3 on Windows. One of my issues is that when I'm using the selection tool, it won't select an object if I simply click; if I want to move an object or simply select it to re-scale it, I have to click and drag my mouse over it. This makes my life difficult, as it's a serious pain to select objects, and it's extremely annoying.
    Another issue I'm experiencing is difficulty duplicating objects. Alt-Drag isn't working on objects; if I want to duplicate…

    Version: Illustrator CC 2018 22.0 (Standard)
    Illustrator does not show a path view. When I select Path View, the object is no longer selectable and no path view is displayed.
    It's the same with every file, both simple and brand new.
    It didn't work in the previous version either.
    In older versions it worked without any problems.

  16. Custom color library have varied and inconsistent behaviors

    When creating a custom color library, for example, using PANTONE colors with custom CMYK values, Illustrator imports them in to the swatches pallet inconsistently. Double clicking adds colors one way, clicking on "add to swatches" adds color another way. And, some PANTONE colors are added differently than how they were imported in to the custom color library. For example: I created a custom CMYK build for PANTONE 115 C. I imported to my custom color library then double click to add to swatches. It adds the color but somehow converts the color to what looks like a Lab to CMYK…

  19. Anchor Point Tool can create shape so huge, not enough memory to Undo

    I was using the Anchor Point Tool to add handles to an anchor point (using mouse pointer to click and drag handles into existence), and suddenly, the shape stroke line shot off the artboard into virtual oblivion (apparently a gigantic loop causing a massively huge shape). When I tried to Undo (Ctrl-Z) a message box popped up saying "The operation cannot complete because there isn't enough memory (RAM) available."

    I f'ing lost several hours of work because I had to close Illustrator and not save ('cuz I was afraid it would reload into the same condition, thus destroying many [MANY]…

  20. Colors Display As Black and Blue

    An AI file opens on all our computers except one, with 5 different colors, blue, green, and orange. The one exception opens the file but it renders as black and blue. In all the color settings areas it shows the correct colors but the rendering still doesn't render correctly no matter what you change.
