Error: Can't print the illustration - Just updated to 23.0.1 - Trying to print to HP DesignJet 1055CM Plotter - I can print to a HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw just fine. If I don't get the Error then the program crashes.

Legacy blur lost when pasting into a new document.
An object with a legacy blur loses it's setting when copying and pasting into a new document. The blur is still listed in appearance, but there is no value and effectively no blur.

Video Rulers not correct (and useless ;-)
While I don't really need the Video Rulers , they do not seem to work well. (Rulers are a quite skeuomorphic tool anyway, since with Ai we can place everything numerically)
The horizontal axis does not reflect the horizontal pixelnumbers, illustrated in the screenshot, where a 1920 wide artboard is shown to have 1440 pixels in the width by the ruler. Maybe due to some non square pixel setting. Confusing and unneeded?

Smart Guides - Center point not usable
When Smart Guides are enabled, the Center point of an object is shown, when hovered over the edges of the object, but it disappears (and doesn't snap) when trying to hover over the Center point itself.

Releasing Layer Mask issues, Window placement
Sorry—forgot to give you my system last time: Mac OS 10.12.6, AI 23.0.1
1) When I create a layer mask that includes clipping masks within, there are problems releasing the layer mask.
a) using the Layers panel Make/Release Button releases some of the clipping masks within. (see attached movie)
b) Using the Properties panel button and/or the Object> Mask> release will appear to do nothing, but is a redraw issue requiring View> Outline/View>Preview toggle.2) when I startup Illustrator without the application frame it often misplaces my document so it's tucked behind the tools panel —sometime it is where it…

tool tips pop up
Using windows 10 on dell xps15. tool tips pop up appears and then i cant make it go away.. i've disabled the tool tips in the preferences menu but it hasnt made any difference. Is this a bug or something to do with my system?

Unable to select individual anchor point to move
I was trying to fill a shape with an object but can't select and move individual points to create the custom shape i'm looking to make. It just moves everything even if I have the other layers locked

SVG Export issue
When exporting an svg, the file is "empty". There're only some bytes, but it shows in the browser, when you do some drag and drop. So, now comes the problem, if I sending the file to a workmate he get only a "Not working img". I must export the file a few times, with the same options to get a working svg.
And sometimes the export delete the main file (.ai), I don't know why.

Illustrator CC 2019 spots not changing to CMYK
Mojave 10.14 I just updated to Illustrator CC 2019 and when I try and convert a spot colour to process it wouldn't enable when I click OK -

Type on Path Issue
After I apply type on a path (circle) the circle isn't a circle anymore.
Circle without type on a path: Same height, Same width.
Circle with type on a path: Different height, Different width.I never had that issue before, after i apply text on a path (circle) the circle has still the same height & width values, why not now?
Please update adobe illustrator in January 2019

Text block is now a group with a raster image for the drop shadow. I have to reapply the drop shadow in order to correctly edit the text block.2 votes -
Text edits have no undo, do not trigger file as updated
When editing a block of text. Back delete key does not work and forward delete key deletes from start of block instead of cursor/insertion point. Text has to be highlighted to be deleted. Undo for deleted text is unavailable. Document does not indicate any changes and can be closed without a save dialog and thus losing edits.

SVG Exports Incorrectly - messes up art work
I have drawn a simple oval that exports correctly.
I then made 20 copies, and it exports as SVG correctly.
I then made 20 more copies (so I have 40 of these oval shapes) in two columns side-by-side. The first column exports correctly, the second column some of the ovals are longer, some are shorter and the horizonal position shifts back and forth.Used the Export Selection command. Have tried all different SVG parameters, have tried switching the columns, nothing has worked.

23.0.1 Windows 10. Slow, Black Screens, and continually crashes
23.0.1 is proving unusable on my system. Continual black screens, pauses, and crashes. I cannot get any work done.
Win10 Pro 1803 16GB. 64bit. + Nvidia GeForce 210.

Command-s save reverts back a few steps
Sometimes saving the document (command-s) causes it to revert a few steps back. WHAT? What is going on with all this weirdness!

"Create Outlines" is causing text to move from its original position !
When outlining text in artwork to send to the printer, the text moves from its original position by a fraction.
This is catastrophic for finished art purposes.
Dealing with misaligned print can be hard enough without the file being off from the beginning.MacOS Sierra

Scrolling mouse wheel over Stroke Weight Bug
To re create the bug:
1) Draw a path with the default path tool.
2) Highlight the path by clicking and dragging across it.
3) Open the Stroke Panel
4) Using a mouse that has a scroll wheel (in my case a $20 Logitech mouse), scroll up or down while the mouse pointer is hovering over the number for the stroke weight.
5) The weight does not change until you go 2 full weights passed the original weight.Sometimes the weight will change but what often happens is that the weight must go at least 2 weights before 1 weight…

Artwork won't display on artboard, but in the layers panel, navigator etc.
AI 23.0.1 / MacOS 10.14.2
When an additional file is opened it sometimes shows the content of a previously opened file on the artboard.
In the layers panel or the navigator the correct content is displayed.
Also upon undocking the tab the correct content is displayed.
